"Hotel Indigo is the perfect hotel!"
My husband and I stayed at Hotel Indigo in Baton Rouge during the Final Four weekend in New Orleans. It was perfect in every way! The staff was wonderful, friendly and very accommodating. Great personalized attention, the manager was very attentive and friendly. We have a free upgrade room. Free breakfast and cocktails! It was one of my best nights in Baton Rouge!

I enjoyed my stay and everything was good with the accomadations and the front desk and valet staff.My only issue was the dining service. The servers were not attentive of me or acknowledged me while sitting there awaiting service. But overall the hotel is a nice hotel and convenient to other places to eat.

"Convenient to Convention Center"
Rooms are a bit on the small side but very clean and well-kept. Staff is very friendly, especially Alonso, the kitchen manager, who went out of his way to get me served when the waiter was delayed.

"Hotel Indigo Baton Rouge- Great Bar Tender!"
The best thing about the Baton Rouge Indigo hotel is the bar tender named Ken . He made out ladies 50th celebration week end so special. His drinks were fabulous and his personality made us want to hang out at the bar. Best to KEN!
"Friendly Staff, but Lacks Amenities"
PROS: The staff of this hotel was amazing - friendly and personable. The "theme" of the hotel was local artwork and was beautiful. The bar/restaurant was very attractive. The room was decorated nicely. The location is perfect for Downtown attractions. The hotel offers bikes and helmets for the guests! CONS: The a/c blew full force on the bed so we […] were either freezing or stuffy (when we couldn't take the gale force wind anymore and turned it off). "Baton Rouge, Lousiana"
The room was very clean, nice view. nice people. very convient to surrounding places. but the only bad thing was no parking around the area unless you paid to park in a garage or paid for vallet parking
"Outstanding"
I stay in about 50-60 hotels a year of all different brands. This hotel's service really stood out and made for a memorable stay. Very well run, clean, comfortable, well located hotel. Perfect for business.

"Wonderful all around hotel"
We stayed here for 3 nights in August, 2011. Staff was superb, both friendly and helpful, rooms were nicely decorated, beds were comfortable and linens were first class. Hotel is perfectly located for downtown or around town activities as both are easily accessable. The only drawback is lack of hotel parking. We parked in city garage one block down […] which was convenient but it was closed and locked up from 3 a.m. to 8 a.m. which would be problematic for someone needing their car before 8 a.m. Otherwise, it was a perfect hotel and location. "Loved this hotel even though..."
I really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo even though we had a late check-in due to no available rooms. They were very apologetic and I really didn't mind. The room was very modern and clean. The bed was comfy and I slept great. The bathroom was clean and functional. We needed a crib which they brought up in a very timely matter. "Hotel Indigo-a visual experience"
Very beautiful hotel. The staff is very nice and attentive. Don't know about the cleanliness. When I got in bed, I found rolled up money between the sheets. Which makes me think the sheets were not changed. :(

The staff here was great! The manager on staff, Bubba, was very helpful, very friendly, and everyone seemed to go out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. They had a nice crowd overflow from the Hilton to the Indigo for a "hipper" feel, and the rooms were very nice - very nicely appointed with strong AC! Can't wait to come again

"It's about access"
Hotel Indigo is located in downtown Baton Rouge with quick walking access to art museums, the Shaw Center, Saturday Red Stick Farmers Market, the Capitol, riverfront, casinos, etc., etc. In spite of the Indigo being in the midst of the transition from set up to operational, the hotel staff were always friendly and helpful, eager that our stay be comfortable […] and enjoyable. We ate several meals at the restaurant. Each was creatively done and delicious. The service was never lacking. Being there in late February, our stay included three Mardi Gras parades.
