I have recently stayed here for the second time and booked again for May. It is family run, friendly staff, good food and a convenient location. The town of Horley is 10 minutes walk away with nice shops and a pub. Also only 10 minutes from the airport on the shuttle provided by the hotel. The Beds are very uncomfortable, the bedding is very old. and for a 4* hotel they had no one to carry my luggage to my room and their was also no lift. I asked them to book me a taxi service, they used their own bus to drop me off at the airport - a km away from the terminal with a 1 year old baby in the freezing cold! then i have the driver shouting […] at me because he is to lazy to park in the parking area (which i would have paid on top of the fee charged to take me there) To me the service is very bad for a 4star hotel! will never use that Hotel or any of their services again! Just an over night stay, but no complaints, but would not hesitate to use again if necessary. Staff were all very pleasant, and good food.

Absolutely beautiful and convenient for early flights. Dinner was lovely and relaxing. Seemed to be at home. I would for sure come back if I have to stay overnight for an early flight.

The room I was allocated was incredibly small, I had asked for a quiet room but was put next to the kitchen which meant the noise of pots and pans continued into late evening. Door slamming from other rooms were extremely loud continuing into the night. The room was close to the reception so all people checking in and ringing the bell and telephone […] ringing could be heard up until 11pm. I then requested a room change and was obliged to dress, pack my suitcase and cross the road to another part of the hotel. This had adjoining rooms where the television was switched on until about 2am which was clearly heard in my bedroom. Banging doors very disturbing as people arrived and left. Room was not cleaned and made up on my return the second day. Bathroom of first room was so small you had to climb over the toilet to get into the shower. Second bathroom had condensation build up which was starting to discolour the walls with mould. Really definitely not recommended. Devamı

Excellent place to stay, close to airport and the town of Horley. Shuttle to and from Gatwick available at low cost. Good food and drinks. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Definitely will stay again.

Vi ble hentet på flyplassen, suverent ! Et ypprlig og hyggelig sted å overnatte når man kommer til Gatwick og skal videre. De kjører deg til og fra flyplassen. Hyggelig personale !

When I arrived at Gatwick airport the staff of The Corner House Hotel Guest House came and picked me up. I only had one night their but I was so happy with everything. The staff is so kind and funny and helping you with what you need. Just 10minutes walk to Horely "city", nice walk and shopping, cafe for an afternoon.

Nice accomodation close to Gatwick Airport. The room was clean and practical. The hotel is in the countryside, not much to do around the hotel but nice if you want a good nights sleep before going to the Airport. Friendly staff.

God og venlig atmosfære. Meget tiltalende betjening.

Litet, egen personlig stil, lugn omgivning trotts närheten till Gatw.aprt. En bra plats att mellanlanda på, en diskret språngbräda ut i världen. Kanske lite trångt för flerbarnsfamiljer men helt ok för ensamma eller par med mindre bagage. 3 eller 3+ av max 5
