Eurana Boutique Hotel - Chiang Mai

Overall this was a good place to stay. The hotel is beautiful! Breakfast buffet was good, but the same everyday. Staff was very good. Service was excellent. The price was right. The only disapointement was the cleanliness of our room. If you're not picky it's ok, but there was mold on our shower curtain which they got rid of after 2 days, the sheets […] were stained with dirt (white sheets), the tub had mildew, and things like creamers and sugar were sometimes not replenished, and we had to run for towels and face cloths that were also not replenished. Hotel locates in good old town area in city. very next to local food market. It was fun. from the pictures shown on web, I expected a nice boutique hotel however bargain price room was a cheap guest house interior with no view window. i found friendly and good guest house in area afterward. Though a little old, the place is well-kept and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. However, if you enjoy suntanning at your hotel, this may not be a good choice. Just 3 minutes away from Eurana, you would find a cheap and clean Thai massage parlour, 7-eleven and the Sunday Street Market is only 5 minutes away! I felt so lucky to have booked Eurana for our stay in Chiang Mai - the location is fantastic (easy walking distance to numerous temples, restaurants, and markets) and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. Excellent hotel for the price!

Hotel is in a great location and the staff is very friendly. Was perfect for our first visit to Chain Mai/

The staff was overly courteous but hate to say that they were grossly incompetent. Don't try booking any tour or even airport transfer with them. Other than that everything was wonderful and we enjoyed staying at the hotel.

The Hotel is spread out over a two buildings, with a little garden in the middle. The rooms are comfortable , decorated, and have a bit of a boutique feeling. Breakfast is nice and the staff is helpful. Location is great, in the center of town. We had a great time.

Lo mejor del hotel es la pileta. La ubicacion no es mala, pero igual esta un poco lejos de lugares para cenar y pasear (si volviese elegiría una ubicacion mas cercana a la Sunday st que es donde esta todo). La habitacion es limpia y el baño es digno. El desayuno esta bien en cuanto a variedad, quizas un poco frio.

酒店位置在大路巷口，里面环境很好，房间也很舒适，就是木质门窗时间久了会有些太旧的感觉

God service , boede iden gamle del af hotellet som virkede nedslidt. Swimming pool indeklemt, selv ved faa personer omkring pool var det svaert at faa plads. Vinduer fra hotelroom vendte ind mod vaeg paa anden side.

Zimmer waren nicht bereit (und dies nach 2pm), Zimmer nicht ordentlich geputzt, Fotos sehen schöner aus als Hotel effektiv ist. Ok für kurze Nacht, es hat jedoch bessere Alternativen.

酒店位置很好，有个很漂亮的庭院，自助早餐不错，服务也很好，只是房间非常陈旧。

予約では、ベット２台、バスタブ付きだったのにそれもなく。 へやも、うす汚く、隣の部屋とドアでつながっていて、宿泊客はいないからと言うが、従業員は出入りできるだろうし・・・・ 鍵も簡単なもので・・・・安いとはいえ、このランクでチェンマイなら、もっと安いはず・・・・ ちょっと納得がいかない。 チェックアウトのあとに荷物を預けたのですが、預ける場所に入れる時も出す時も、わたしが運ばなくてはならず、従業員も面倒臭そうだった。 このホテルより安いホテルに泊まったことはありますが、いくらなんでも、そんな対応は初めてでした。

Personallet var utrolig søde og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden ikke det store at skrive om. Hotellet var svært at finde. Der måtte ikke smides toiletpapir i toilettet. Døren til toilettet var en foldedør.

Gunstige prijs/prestatie verhouding. Klantvriendelijk en service-gericht personeel. Speels maar compact, motel-achtig gebouwencomplex, met een aangename, half-open lobbie en een klein maar bruikbaar zwembad. De kwaliteit van de kamer bleek goed; alles werkte en het bed is prima, alleen het uitzicht vanuit de kamer was tamelijk beperkt. Het uitgebreide […] ontbijt is van goede kwaliteit.
