Taksim Star Express Hotel - İstanbul

Herhangi bir olumsuzluk yaşamadım, minibarı zengin ve uygun fiyatlı , oda yeterince sıcaktı ve televizyon da bir çok kanal var, yalnız tek olumsuzluk kapıya asılan uyarılar göz ardı ediliyor geldiğimde odam temizlenmemişti!

Really clean hotel and we were surprised to see how central and perfect the location is. Near Burger King in Taxim square. Amazing and very helpful staff! I have been to Istanbul before and I would say this is by far the best hotel i have stayed in. Not doubt were I will stay next time i visit the city!

Convenient location two blocks from Taksim Square. The rooms are extremely clean. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Usually at least one person on duty speaks English. The only issues I had were (1) the street it's located on spells like urine; (2) when you ask for tour suggestions, the choices of companies are limited; (3) the rooms have free […] wi-fi but they have to set up a separate account for each guest, which I had issues with every time I had to log in. Convenient location, near to Taksim Square. Room and bathroom are very small, equipped with the basic facilities. Suitable for short stay. Breakfast was quite average and the coffee very weak. The Staff of the Breakfast room was very friendly and helpful. Only one electric socket in the room. Very noisy at night, as is very close to a fast traffic moving […] road. Also the walls are non soundproof, they are like paper. Difficult to sleep, if your neighbors are erotic active. Devamı

On plus side is location within walking distance of Taksim Square. 300m away from Hotel on Taksim Square you find the Funicular which connects to the tram to the main Tourist hotspots. More conveniently on Taksim Square next to McDonalds are economical + fast Havas bus services to both major airports. Hotel has all the basic facilities and is safe. Bathroom tiles extremely moldy. So moldy that it made showers uncomfortable. Beds are okay, towels are okay, but the shower and bathroom is gross. There is no business center even if the website says they have one. Communication is difficult with front desk and they do not take messages. Our tour company would call and leave pick up times for us but […] front desk never gave us that information. Family called one day to see how we liked the area and front desk said they could not take a message and that they would have to talk to the manager. The website also claims a pool and laundry. Taksim Star express does not have a laundry and charge SOOO MUCH for dry cleaning. Do not stay here. Devamı

The hotel has a convenient location ,but the staff speak very poor English, they are very pushy about selling transfers to the airport at higher prices that need to be. You can negotiate the price with taxis standing one block away at the corner of the Marmara Hotel (35 Liras), or just cross the street and walk to the McDonalds where the shuttle service […] tot the airport (Havas) is available for 10 Liras. Be very careful about laundry service, I was offer the most economical price of $ 50 US dollars for a small bag of clothing, and they try to raise in Liras by arguing that the exchange changed. Nice hotel, conveniently located very near Taksim Square, helpful staff, some are pushy though offering airport transfers at very high prices. nice rooms, nice breakfast.

If you want to be near "Times Square" with all the activity that entails, and you don't mind the construction that must take place at night -- this is a good roomy hotel. Breakfast is "Turkey" standard which is 4 1/2 stars. Accessible to public transportation. Helpful hotel staff. Beware of "bargain ride to airport"!

I can not recommend to book this hotel. Price and quality does not match. I had a lot of problem at the hotel.

I stort var personalen hjälpsam och tillmötesgående. Dock några undantag. 1) de bråkade om att jag tog mig med en slät kopp kaffe från frukostbuffén upp på rummet; när jag sa till om att toasitsen satt löst kom de och inspekterade och sa bara att det inte gjordenågot. När jag skulle checka ut och hade litet bråttom till flygbussen morrade de rejält […] om att jag inte fick gå innan de kollat att jag inte tagit något på rummet. En hel del småfel: gardinen täckte inte hela fönstret; bara två galgar lösa skivor på bordet; bara en stol på rummet mm. Inga alvarliga saker, men lite för många. Annars var hotellet i stort sett ok. la chambre que nous occupions est vraiment minuscule, la salle de bain encore plus ! Nous avions le bus à prendre pour l'aéroport, nous étions juste dans les temps nous avons demandé s'il était possible d'avoir un café, on nous as répondu que le petit déjeuner n'était qu'à 7h, il était 6h55, résultat, nous avons attendu jusqu'à 7h15, et le restaurant […] n'étant toujours pas ouvert, nous sommes reparti, sous le regard amusé du personnel, franchement pas cool !!!! Рядом с Площадью таксим метров 100. Улица достаточно глухая. Рядом идет большая стройка так что просыпаться будете под звук отбойных молотков. Отель чистый, есть WiFi 1 мегобит. Номера очень маленькие, двум людям в номере разойтись будет сложно. В номерах есть кондиционеры но нет вентиляции вообще. Между номерами плохая звукоизоляция. Карточки для входа […] в номер работают один раз потом их надо на ресепшене обновлять. Уборка и обслуживание нормальные. Если едите в Стамбул гулять и просто нужно где то спать и не хочется много платить, то этот отель вполне подойдет Devamı

Et koselig lite hotell, hvor vi stortrivdes både med beliggenhet og folket som jobbet der. Bare synd at vi ikke oppdaget det tidligere! Vi fikk bare en natt her, men kommer tilbake og anbefaler gjerne andre dette hotellet.
