Loved everything about this hotel, but upon check-in, we noticed quite a bit of dog hair on floor. Front desk person came to sweep it up, but kind of disturbing that room was never vacuumed or mopped. Love the pet friendly policy, but they need to appropriately clean if they're going to allow pets.

Staff were friendly, Hotel was very clean. My only negative response would be that we needed to use the laundry room and the washers were broken. Otherwise very nice place!

just stayed for two nights over spring break and the staff in this Hotel was so Friendly. When we checked in we originally got a room in the front of the hotel and there was alot of road noise. We asked for a room in the back and with no quesions asked they moved our room in less than 90 seconds. Each morning we were welcomed by the sweetest lady in […] the free breakfeast area. Very nice place to stay with your dog. Rooms were comfortable and clean, but greatly appreciated was the convenient and sizeable potty area....plus a nice neighborhood right down the street which provided a very pleasant and lengthy walk/exercise area. Would definitely stay here again.

Looking for quality accommodations with friendly service! Check this place out! Top notch quality from top to bottom!!! I am not an LQ fan but this place is not like other LQs. One of the best hotel stays I have ever had and I'm an HHonors Gold with Hilton!

comfortable staY

After the harrowing trip through Nashville (the traffic is always horrendous) at the end of a 10 hour trip, the La Quinta was a welcome and comforting stop. Couldn't ask for a better hotel room for the price. Clean room and bath, nice bedding and a hearty breakfast. Friendly staff.

Love this hotel. We drive back and forth from Florida to Wisconsin several times a year and we have now stayed there 3 times. It is consistently clean, has a great dog policy, and a wonderful breakfast. We will stay there every time we pass through.

We travel back and forth to Wisconsin from Florida several times a year and have been looking for the perfect waypoint for a long time. We are pleased to have found it. This motel is clean, comfortable, convenient and didn't charge for our dog. It has a very nice breakfast with waffles. We're planning on staying there again in a couple of weeks.

The interstate was just outside our room and it sounded like it was inside. Very thin walls. Unable to regulate the temperature of the room. Hot, then cold all night.

La Quinta in Smyrna, TN was a good choice and I will definitely stay again if given the chance. The bed was of high quality; and the room well laid-out and clean. Even the citrus colors in the bathroom were a memorable touch. The complementary breakfast was ample. If you are looking for a great hotel close to Middle Tennessee State or Nashville, this is an excellent choice. The staff is very friendly. There are great restaurants and shopping nearby. The hot breakfast was good, make it yourself waffles, scrambled eggs, biscuits, sausage, cereal, yougurt, fruit, and various danishes and bagels.The rates were very […] reasonable. The only drawback is the highway noise, if the air/heat runs often, it will drown it out, otherwise, you can hear the road noise. We asked for a room on the back of the hotel, which helped. Devamı

Hotel was clean and new. Bed was incredably comfortable. Staff was all very nice and courteous. Great free breakfast area. Close to interstate but never heard it. Will stay again.

Very clean, nicely decorated, great location off the highway, lots of shopping & restaurants. Would definitely stay there again! The only negative thing was the continental breakfast wasn't the best but everything else was great!

If you like the sound of the interstate for your bedtime sounds, this is the place to sleep. This was the first time at this hotel and the room given was on the front. All night long my family couldn't sleep because we aren't used to cars, trucks, and motorcycles flying by so close. They need to make some kind of sound barrier to help with the noise. […] Our stay was fine minus the noise and someone stealing our Do Not Disturb sign. Which when it was removed, the maid came into our room when we didn't want it. The breakfast was fine, and the internet access was nice. We just won't stay there again. The hotel was decent. If you're just looking for a place to crash with relative proximity to Nashville and/or Manchester, it works. There are several restaurants all within a mile of the hotel...Cracker Barrel, Red Robin, Cheddar's, Chili's, IHOP, etc. Per the other reviews, the walls are, indeed, quite thin so it can be noisy if you have noisy neighbors. […] Overall, not terrible and I'd stay again if I needed to be in that area... I don't understand why, in today's competetive market, when consumers are informed, why customer service is not emphasized by management. This hotel was new, in a great location, the rooms were clean, and they accepted my pet. But the way that my husband and I were treated by the staff was unforgivable and will result in me not returning. They were […] rude, incompetent, untrained, and uncaring! I arranged for a room for my daughter, son-in-law, and 3 children with their small dog after the tornado outbreak in Alabama where they live. This hotel was an answer to our prayers. The hotel was full, mostly Alabama residents evacating from the storm areas. The staff at LaQuinta was very friendly and helpful under extremely stressful conditions.
