Homewood Ste Allentown West - Allentown

Brand new and beautiful hotel. Nice fireplace at entrance to great you on a cold night. New spacious suites/rooms with quality large bedding. I would have rated this hotel as a 5 but a few points took away from the overall experience and were very irritating to say the least. If you are coming to stay on the weekend and plan on eating breakfast - make […] sure you do so before 10:30AM. No exceptions. Everything is broken down and food is taken away and you are left with nothing. Its one thing if this is a regular weekday and business travelers are up and away from the hotel by 9am, but on the weekend most people will like to stay and check out by 12pm (noon). Secondly, not sure what it is with hotels and substandard pillows, but nearly every hotel is deficient in this manner. This hotel was no different. Plenty of large pillows but all had no resistance and no support. You literally had to use three of them to support yourself and it still was not enough. Again the overall appearance and presentation of the rooms and this hotel overall was fabulous, but just a few points can detract from your stay. Devamı

The suite itself was very nice - we had a two bedroom and it was perfect for a couple and 2 teenagers. However, we arrived about 15 minutes before check-in and were told that no room was available, but should be soon and they would let us know. We waited in the lobby for over 45 minutes. Finally I went to the desk and asked if the room was ready the […] clerk said "oh yes, it's ready, go on up!" When we got to the room and settled in, we discovered the phone was not working and there was no internet service. I called from the elevator phone and they said someone would be right up. 20 minutes later I went to the desk and asked. They looked at the computer and discovered that we were not checked in on the computer! Devamı

We found the Hotel very convenient and easy to find. Lots of places to dine near-by. Hotel was quiet and peaceful. A great place to relax. The breakfast and evening meals are a real plus for and traveler or extended stay resident. Rooms are well furnished.

THE GOOD: very clean, well-maintained, quite and large nicely furnished hotel room with a well-equipped gym and indoor pool. You can tell that this hotel is new. THE BAD: Breakfast! Nothing was prepared, replenished or ready for the holiday weekend. Worst than that, the staff told us over and over again that the food was coming out and we waited and […] waited for over an hour and finally just gave up and went elsewhere. They should have just informed everyone waiting that there was no food and not kept everyone standing around. The TRUTH could have set us free! Devamı

My wife and I travel by car from North Carolina to New York for the Holidays with our 2 dogs. Homewood Suites is a great hotel easily located about 1.5 miles off the interstate. The hotel is clean, has ample room to walk your dog, plenty of parking, very clean and comfortable rooms (suites), a great breakfast in the morning and a paper at your doorstep […] in the morning. We even ordered pizza for dinner which was delivered to our room.. This was a great experience and we'll stay here again in our future travels to see family!! Devamı

This hotel was such a pleasant retreat after a long day of driving on the road. Great room, complete with a kitchen, a desk and living area and a sleeping area. Hotel had a large room, very clean and cozy, heated pool, and the best free breakfast served at any hotel ever. Tv's are unrestricted so you can hookup video games and such

Overall, it was a great place to stay. We went to Allentown for my son's soccer tournament and they really accommodated our very large group. The facility really was perfect for a large group. The only complaint I have is that they refused to extend our checkout time from 12pm to 1pm. We got stuck on the soccer field and could not get back before 12 […] due to unforeseen circumstances and the hotel did not help us out. We were told that we would be charged a half day if we were late checking out. So, we had to miss the first part of my son's soccer game to drive back to the hotel to checkout. It was a shame that our stay had to end that way because overall everything else was great. Devamı

Absolutely beautiful/clean room. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. I highly recommend and would stay again and again. The staff was very nice and concerned my needs were met.

This hotel worked well for me as I was passing through the area and needed a room for the night. I experienced few of the hotel facilities, but I thought the breakfast was good.

Excellent hotel. We stayed a night at the hotel and this came up to our expectations of a Homewood suite hotel. The checkin staff was friendly, made us feel welcome, and catered to the kids request for a top floor room. The room was clean, well maintained. The breakfast was complimentary and we liked it. This place was amazing! Its so beautiful and everyone is so friendly. It was perfect. I definitely wanna stay here again.

No complaints about the room, it was very nice, except that the room was on the busy road side, so alot of road noise and the window with the air conditioner in it, there were no drapes that you could close,so people could look in if they strained. There was sheer drapes though. My biggest complaint was with the breakfast bar. The hours during the weekend […] were 7am-10am., during the week 6am-10am. Went down there at 615am on a Tuesday and there wasn't anything there, just opening up. Asked the guy who was doing the bar if there was any coffee and he didn't say a word, just looked at me like he wanted to kick my you know what. The service was great and people were friendly. The hotel was clean an the breakfast & evening light dinner was great. I cant wait to go back. I would definatly go back.

The hotel was very nice and we would absolutely stay again. Great room and service. Nice workout room. Did not use pool. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Hotselection was poor. Fruit bowl was never replenished.

Really nice hotel staff. Hot breakfast was very good and our room was kept clean. Indoor pool was nice on days when it wasn't so nice outside. Hotel is right off the highway and it took us minutes to get to Dorney. I liked the location because it was quiet and not right on top of the tourist spots. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Loved this hotel! Rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are very comfortable! THe morning breakfast was well stocked and the hot items never ran low as in some hotels! This is our new place to stay in the Allentown area!

This was not too far away from the Crayola factory in Easton, and close to the Leheigh Valley Zoo. The hotel was great for our family, with a roomy suite and plenty of space for our son's cot (usually a tight squeeze in a hotel.) The rooms were very clean and the bed very comfortable. we will certainly be staying at the Homewood from now on. It was the best. Showers were simple to operate. It has a walk in door that was wide what a great idea.The beds were so comfortable. We loved the idea of a ceiling fan. We got used to that in the Carribbean as it clears the air when not using AC. The breakfast was excelllent. No where else did […] we get such freshly made scrambled eggs.This hotel is spotless. Everyone tries so hard to please. we have been coming to Macungie for several years to see our daughter and chosed other hotels. We even stayed an extra night. We were 3 adults and 3 small children and we throughly enjoyed our stay at the Homewood Suites for two nights. We had asked for a portable crib and it was waiting for us up in the room upon our arrival. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel, new, super clean, beautiful room and nice breakfast. We were really impressed and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. It's also convenient to Dorney Park and our daughter will consider a package this summer just based on our satisfaction with our experience.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel with great rooms. I was shocked to see the bedroom/bathrooms. It would be nice to have a grocery store nearby to get food. Pantry was elementary. Definitely needs a better breakfast, a restaurant and bar. Room service would also be great. Although there was noise above us. I called down and it was taken care of. […] Staff very nice. There were a lot of families at this hotel and I was unfortunate enough to be below a family that made so much noise banging, jumping, dragging something around, that I complained 3 x. The hotel staff called them and went to see them but nothing worked and I had to move. 新しいホテルということもあり、部屋は非常に清潔でとてもきれいなしつらえでした。比較的低価格であるにもかかわらず、大満足の宿泊でした。ただひとつ残念だったのは、部屋にシャワーしかなく、バスタブがなかったことです。これは分かっていて予約したのですが、長時間の車移動の疲れをいやすにはやはりバスタブが欲しかったところです。このホテルは高速道路の出口にあるので、当然そういった顧客を対象をしているはずですし、近隣の工業地帯への出張ビジネスマンも対象のはずなので、シャワーオンリーなのは残念です。そのため、真冬の宿泊先としてはお勧めできないですね。無料の朝食、夕食（月ー木のみ）は必要にして十分なものでした。総合的には大満足です。
