The staff was very good. Our only complaint was the sofabed. Only a child could sleep on the thin, very uncomfortable mattress. Would stay here again.

What a beautiful hotel, very comfortable.

What a great hotel! I love being greeted with a smile and all the staff members I encountered had one on their face...even very late in the evening and early morning. Stayed in a 2BR unit, each room had it's own temperature control and the rooms were quiet and the beds were comfy!

We had a power outage for about 8 hours. No lights and a/c . The staff was very helpful and friendly. Very caring.

The room was very clean & tidy. The studio was nicely equipped with basic necessities. The refrigerator, for example, came in handy with the left over food from the Mexican restaurant that we ate at. It was nice to have the gas station within walking distance as well. I was very pleased with the hotel. Great place!

The hotel was good. Close to Legoland but not much else. The beds we not that great. The breakfast consists of cerials and microwave suasage and egg sandwiches. The room had a full kitchen with plates utinsels, full frig and small stove. This was a great economic plus.

Finally a hotel chain understands what people want.. Perfect room. Very clean. I would stay again. A/C and refrigerator were a little too loud and pull out sofa is only good for a small child.

We checked in just after midnight with a car full of cranky kids from the drive. They had fresh cookies and drinks in the lobby. Despite all the frustration of two carloads of kids checking in at different times the middle of the night the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We rented 2 two bedrooms units. The rooms (mini apartments) are small […] but very functional. We contemplated the idea of bring a blow up mattress so the kids would not be in the same bed. That was a no go only on single could fit not a queen. The fold out sofa is kid comfortable not for adults and about a full size. The actual bedroom where small but comfortable with a flat screen TV in each room, queen size beds, MP3 ready alarm clocks, and the great room area. The kitchen is small but very functional limited utensils and a compact stove with four burners and oven with cookie sheet. The refrigerator has ice trays no icemaker. No cake pans just a heads up. The pool was a hit with the kids not very deep at all maybe four feet. Breakfast was very dull. I expected a waffle maker or some thing. It consisted of packets of oatmeal frozen breakfast sandwiches. The fruit was fresh and juice was good. Starbucks is located across the parking lot. The hotel location is about 20-30 minutes from the Wild Animal Park depending on traffic. Grocery store is about 10 minutes away on the same street. The location was very safe with hiking trails and a park less than 5 min away. Devamı

This was a very nice clean place. I thought the rate was a little high. Very good Customer Service everywhere.

This hotel was very clean, comfortable and very affordable. I am going to stay there everytime I go to the San Diego area. The employees were nice, kind and very helpful. I appreciate the house keeping staff for keeping the room so clean and smelling good. Anytime I needed anything they rushed to make me happy and I do appreciate good service with a […] smile. This hotel deserve a minimum of 3 full star rating.

The hotel was well off the beaten track and very casual and uropean style in it's spartan furnishings and smallness of room sizes and spaces. Place was clean and quiet but nothing special.

We were impressed with the hotel overall. The decor was modern, had free wi-fi, flat panel t.v., and a full kitchen. The bed was comfortable and dressed with nice linens. The breakfast was pleasant and they even had fresh flowers on the tables. Great service too!

This was a great place to stay, HOWEVER, the a/c kept kicking on or off at the opposite time we needed it to. We trid to fiddle with the thermostat, but it was a mute point. Overall it was clean, the breakfast was a little limited, but enough if you wanted a small start to the day. Clean new rooms-feels like home. Kitchen even has pots cutting board utensils just like home-but who wants to cook while on vacation? Beautiful decor. Front desk always follows through with help and courtesy (many thanks). Free bkfst simple but fresh and fully stocked to the end so you can sleep later. Hotel in quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Hotel […] very safe -access to all areas require your room key-great safety feature. Laundromat clean and even has chairs with table and air conditioning to stay cool. Only complaint - two bottom dryers don't dry clothing even after three rounds. Could use change machine in laundry room. Also studio rooms very small. When sofabed was open the end was flush with king bed -had to climb on either bed to get to window side of bed. Sofabed uncomfortable. Room really meant for 2 people max.
