Lovely modern hotel in the middle of nowhere. It has a gorgeous pool but is NOT heated. Has no adjoining rooms - which caused major problems throughout our week stay. They do not cater for children - so do not go there if you have any. Staff our very polite & are very keen to help although had problems with the General Manager who was very rude & aggressive […] towards my husband. Breakfast started off badly but after we complained the standard was improved. The hotel has a gym which is a bonus. Best breakfast ever! Everything from omelets to cereal, yogurt, meats, cheeses, fruit and Prosecco. Room was very comfortable. Definitely need a means of transportation to get around. We drove into the city,but saw people walking from the hotel to the city centre. Staff was very pleasant. Pool was being renovated, so could not use. Location of the hotel was excellent - very close to the airport and also within walking distance of the city center. Rooms are large with the added advantage of a balcony. An almost empty minibar enabled us to keep our wine etc chilled. Bathroom was clean with walk-in shower which was the best I have used in a hotel so far. Very generous with complimentary […] toiletries. Breakfast was excellent although there were a lot of chipped crockery. Dinner was a disaster as food such as steak, veg etc was served cold and service was really bad. A complaint to the restaurant manager who also turned out to be one of the serving staff was not dealt with to our satisfaction. It was difficult to know where responsibility for complaints lay. The hotel has a lovely outdoor pool but the water was very cold as it was not heated and as the pool was quite deep, heating by the sun was not very effective. No wonder you hardly saw anyone using it! Fitness centre was okay but could benefit from cable weights. The hotel was excellent in many ways but lacked a certain ambiance. The hotel is in a peculiar place to get to if you are using public transport but they do offer a taxi service to and from the airport I believe. We just didn't know that they would have picked us up until we checked-in. The welcome cookie was very nice and the all the staff we very polite despite the language barrier. There is no internet in the rooms. The hotel is o.k., but not at the level of the others Hilton hotels I have been before. The services are not very good. No mini bar in the room, just refrigerator.

We found Olbia for a price we couldn't refuse on Expedia, a little bit dubious as to where the place was but we trusted the 'Hilton' name for hotel quality and we are sure glad that we did!!! We went in May and, despite what the locals said, it was very warm and sunny and there is a need for sun-tan lotion. The rooms were amazing and to die for, top […] quality bedding, grand en-suite and the staff were so helpful with the local beaches, bus routes and little villages + shops. The bus route is a few minutes walk from the hotel and easy to get to the beaches, a lovely stroll past the ports and lakes to the little shopping area. I have not a bad word to say about this place, other than the pool wasn't open due to their 'winter' season, and to not leave your windows open for long, as mosquitos want to share the amazing holiday experience with you! Defo would recommend to anyone, but maybe for a long weekend 4 days, not for two weeks. Devamı

The hotel did exactly what we needed it to - provide a place to unwind before our flight home following 10 days driving round this great island. Not a pretty immediate surrounding area but walking distance to nice restaurants.

Sono stato al Hilton Double Tree di Olbia 3 anni fa, qualche mese dopo l'apertura. Sono tornato ben volontieri perche' mi sono trovato bene - in pratica, e' il mio albergo preferito (finora!) nel mondo! Ero contento da vedere che e' rimasto sempre ben pulito e moderno. Tornerei volentieri.

Olimme vaimon kanssa kahdestaan ja olimme viikon lepolomalla. Hotelli itsessään on siisti ja palvelu ystävällistä ja respassa pärjää englannilla. Hotellissa ei ole mitään ylimääräisiä viihtyvyystekijöitä tai ajanvietemahdollisuuksia, joten sielä on ehdottomasti otettava suunta pois päin. Eli auto on tuossa pakollinen, koska myöskään aivan vieressä ei […] ole mitään ravintoiloita tai nähtävää. Kurjaa, mutta yksi asia silti jäi mieleen kaikkein päällimmäisenä: hotellin käytännössä alarvoinen keittiö- ja ravintolapuoli. Useampaan kertaan annos oli muuta kuin olin tilannut ja kielimuurin yli ravintolahenkilökunta ei ymmärtänyt ongelmaa. Pihvi oli selkeästi kiireessä epäonnostunut, joten se oli peitelty salaatilla ja juustolla. Palautin sen keittiöön jolloin, se tuli takaisin uudelleen käristettynä ja liha oli monin paikoin alunalkeankin syömä kelotonta. Vadelmamousse, olikin jäähileistä vaniljajäätelöä mansikoilla ja mustikoilla. Pesto ja aurinkokuivatut tomaatit muuttui matkalla tomaattikastikkeeksi, kuin myös seuraaavan päivän mustaherukkakastike. Ja tätä toiminta oli koko ajan. En usko että tuo menisi Hiltonin sihdin läpi ja siksi vain by Hilton eikä Hilton. Olen varma että löydätte parempiakin hotelleja. Jo sadan metrin päästä hotelli näyttää kuin se olisi rakenteilla/kesken. Kylmä, keskeneräinen ja betoninen maku jäi kokonaisuudessaan. Devamı

Das Hotel ist noch sehr neu und bietet für erstaunlich günstige Preise ein solides Produkt. Leider wurde meine HHonors Gold Mitgliedschaft quasi gar nicht berücksichtigt. Gerade die Zimmer sind im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels dieser Kategorie in Italien deutlich besser. Der Service ist in Ordnung und das Frühstück ist gut.

Perfekt nyopført hotel. Marmor udenpå. Ser ret fedt ud. Luksus seng som jeg havde drømme i alle dage jeg var der. Sådan en seng vil jeg meget gerne eje:) super service, blev rykket op til et bedre værelse pga komplikationer med vores reservation gennem hotels. Og fik morgenmad med i prisen pga det. Polecamy ten hotel jako baza noclegowa do zwiedzania Sardynii, jest dogodnie położony ale trzeba od razu na lotnisku wypożyczyć samochód, bo centrum Olbii jest około 15 minut na pieszo ale wzdłuż ruchliwej drogi szybkiego ruchu. Pokoje są bardzo komfortowe, duże i bardzo dobrze codziennie sprzątane! Balkony duże i z fajnym widokiem. basen ma czysta […] wodę i ratownika, który czuwa, leżaki i ręczniki w cenie i prawie nigdy nie ma tam tłoku. jedyny minus, który razi z basenu odłażą płaty farby i wygląda to okropnie!!!!! Jedzenie w restauracji jest bardzo dobre a la carte, śniadania wystarcząjące, Co do kawy do jak na Włoch jest niedobra - kwaśna (dziwna odmiana). Szef kelnerów jest super miły i usłużny w trakcie obiadu lub kolacji (dania są bardzo dobre i duże, a ceny podobne jak w Olbii na starym mieście. Minus to to że w trakcie śniadania ok . 9,00 kelnerzy sobie nie radzą gdy jest dużo ludzi oraz to, że w sezonie śniadania są tylko od 7,00 do 10,00 to za krótko na tyle ludzi. Ogólnie jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni choć hotel jest na uboczu miejscowości, polecamy go wszystkim, którzy zamierzają zwiedzić Sardynię, a czasami chcą zostać by odpocząć na pustym basenie. Obsługa w recepcji jest OK, ale tylko jeśli chodzi o Panów tam pracujących, bo panie są mało zorientowane na temat okolicy i samej Sardynii, nie doradzą wam nic na temat wycieczek sklepów plaż, no i w hotelu nie ma prawie w ogóle żadnych map, folderów. Hemos estado alojados mi pareja y yo durante ocho dias en este fatastico hotel! Volvería sin pensar en caso de regresar a olbia. No esta en el centro pero personalmente lo prefiero, te ofrece mas tranquilidad. El personal del hotel es fantástico y siempre a tu disposición para cualquier cosa que necesites. un superbe hôtel bien situé mais le seul problème c'est de le trouver ? sans GPS très dur pas de signalisation sauf a l'entrée de Olbia et plus rien, débrouille toi, avec tous les sans interdit introuvable même en passant devant la rue, pas une flèche pour indiquer l'hôtel et heureusement que je connait Olbia et que je s'avais que la sortie était a […] proximativement pas loin et écrit en grand Double Free et non Hilton écrit en tout petit un immense Hôtel sans le voir de loin car à la vente c'est Hilton. L'hotel est de construction récente donc moderne et de style contemporain. Proche de la Costa Smeralda et des plages idéal pour découvrir le nord de la Sardaigne. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très agréables. Mais quelques points noirs viennent ternir son image. Le liner de la piscine se décollent et de la peinture flotte dans la piscine. Le buffet […] du petit déjeuner et très pauvres et le service n'existe tout simplement pas, dépasser par les évènement et vraiment pas aimable. l'hotel est flambant neuf donc immobilier tres confortable et recent. Il faut toutefois avoir une voiture pour profiter de la ville et des alentours. seul bemol, il faut descendre a la reception tous les jours pour recuperer le code d'internet et la service est parfois approximatif meme si tout le staff a ete tres gentil et prevenant.

The hotel was perfect in every aspect, it is newly build in a field in the outskirts of the city centre so there is no down town feeling but on the other hand that is only a 5 min walk.

Ottimo per qualità, accoglienza e stanza. Parcheggio esterno chiuso di notte e gratuito. Sky in camera gratuita. Ho solo avuto qualche problema con la tenuta del wifi in camera. Sicuramente un'ottima referenza su Olbia sia per lavoro che per piacere.

Taking a cab is not recommended in Olbia as cabs take for ever to arrive plus they are ridiculously expensive. The buses take you everywhere you need to get. Italiaans eten blijft behelpen maar de kwaliteit in Doubletree is gewoon goed. Ik vraag me altijd af waarom de pizza's hier nooit zo lekker zijn als in andere landen en in dit hotel weten ze dat! Het staat niet op de kaart. Ontbijt is triest. Veel keuze maar eigenlijk niets dat smaakt. Hotel bien situé par rapport aux plages de la costa smeralda , mais un peu isolé par rapport à Olbia . A noter que la climatisation ne marchait pas dans une des chambres , et que la douche était cassée ce qui est étonnant pour cette catégorie d'hotel ...
