Charlie's Place Hotel - Bogota

Location is far away from everything, in the middle of nowhere. Misleading advertisement: I booked a room, when I arrive I am informed that my room doesn't have a private bathroom, instead shares one with other rooms, and tried to offer me an upgrade by an extra cost, of course. The hotel staff are all excellent and friendly. They made all the difference in being a high quality experience from just another hotel. They great you right away, remember your name, think of service and are just smart and friendly. I was staying in this area to be near my family so the choice for me was fine. If I wanted to be in Candelaria, the old […] section, its a long taxi ride (they are not that expensive) but with Bogota traffice its terrible during morning and evening rush hour. i liked the super friendly staff. here to help you with everythign. breakst was very personal and good. the rooms were ok, but really noisy! i didnt sleep well. besides the noise everything ok. one thing i didnt like was that i had to pay more money as the bathrooms were susposted to be shared. and when booking, the hotel, this was not written nowhere. […] so i had to pay about 25 dollars more per night. overall, i had a good stay with that friendly and helpful staff . but i would appreciate to know all the room details in advance, before booking it next time Devamı

Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel en bogota, el servicio y amabilidad del personal es inmejorable, su ubicacion perrmite una facil movilidad en el norte de Bogota.

El hotel, esta en una buena ubicacion, a una cuadra del Centro Comercial. La atencion del personal es buena. El problema es que no tienen plancha y tampoco cafetera en los cuartos.

Todo el personal es muy atento en general. Lo unico es que sirven poco desayuno y no hay calefaccion pero en general todo es ok...Muchas gracias..

hola , pues el trato fue mas ke bueno y la gente ke trabaja alli tanto los empleados como los jefes muy agradables y muy atentos con todo lo recomiendo a todo el mundo ke vaya alli a pasar unos buenos dias y a disfrutar de todos sus servicios . mando un saludo a las chicas y chicos de recepcion y a las chicas de limpieza y cocina y al encargado y el […] chico del taxi , todos me trataron como si fuera de su familia , un abrazoo a todoss y fue un gusto pasar esos dias alli en el hotel . Un hotel pequeño pero calido, con un excelente servicio y un precio razonable, buen servicio por parte de la administracion, un agradecimiento especial al taxista Don Gustavo y a Nathaly en recepcion, lo consideraria para volver a hospedarme, muy cercano del area de negocios
