"A Great Place To Be"
My husband & I were both pleased with our accommodations and also with the friendliness of the staff. We had relied on our GPS and got lost. We were only 15 min. away from the hotel and a lovely, patient young woman directed us to it via back roads. She was terrific! "Awesome place to stay with little kids!"
Great location close to trains, and activities. The hotel put on a magic show as well as other activities every day. The pool was perfect for the kids.

"Lancaster Hilton Double Tree Resort"
Loved the place! The room we had over looked the banquet area with the window facing it. There was a wedding reception with very loud music that lasted until 10pm. Good thing we didn't have very small children with us. I felt sorry for the one's that did.
"Elevator noise"
I appreciated the very comfy beds, but we had to move a room. We were adjacent to the linen room, which is next to the elevator. The elevator vibration could be heard in our room.
"Spring Get away"
Loved the hotel. Will come back again. My children loved the water play area which was a good size and the pool.

Pool sucks unclean, and open all the time so when does it really get cleaned? The room was hot and noisy(next to the elevator)

I was looking for a hotel that my boyfriend and I could just take a few days away from life and unwind. We picked a winner. From the moment we walked in we felt welcome. Micah was at the front desk and he was very helpful. He outlined a map for us and suggested different places for us to visit. Our room was incredibly comfortable (the heat was not working properly, but we were sill incredibly comfortable). My boyfriend to this day still wants me to find the mattress and buy it. I usually make my family stay at a cheapy motels so this was luxourous to our standards. The room was big with 2 doubles and a pull out sleeper sofa. There was a mini fridge. My kids loved the pool and water park area but there was so much chlorine that my son was crying about his eyes after an hour. I think he was not the only one because the gift […] shop in the hotel next door sells visine. Bring your goggles. I guess we were supposed to get a cookie at check in (said a notice in the room) but were not offered one. We got a great price and were very comfortable here. "Excellent family stay"
My wife and 6 kids called in advance to get adjoining rooms. They were all set for us when we arrived. The stay was pleasant. The purpose was a Christmas gift to see a show in Lancaster and then spend the night at this hotel with the indoor pools, water slide, and play area. The rooms were very clean. The stay was quiet. Nicely appointed 2 queen sofa bed room. Was clean. Hotel lobby and hallways were nice. Would stay there again. Suggest skipping hotel's breakfast buffet though. Service was very slow and food left much to be desired.

"Double Tree Lancaster - Exceeded Our Expectations"
the hotel exceeded our expectations. Very impressed with offerings. You are greeted with warm cookies for everyone in your party upon check-in, nice touch. Very clean rooms. Family friendly. If you don't want to eat in their restaurant you have a short walk to a restaurant/buffet which the hotel advertises in their in-room literature. There is also […] a 24 hr grocery store across the road if you need first aid, pharmacy items, snacks, drinks or diapers at any time. Would stay here again. "Doubletree Resort Willow Valley (Lancaster, PA)"
This Doubletree impressed us from the very beginning. The resort employees were nice and accomodating (the warm cookies they give you when checking in is a nice touch). The resort is beautifully appointed from the lobby to the rooms. My husband enjoyed the golf course, while our kids loved the indoor pool playground, as well as the outdoor movie at […] the adjoining Willow Valley Inn (the movie is open to all guests of the Doubletree Resort). We just booked the room on a whim for a last minute Labor Day weekend vacation, and we were not disappointed. Since it was last minute, we did not book a suite. Just a regular room with two queen beds. Nonetheless, our room had a very nice view overlooking the first floor decorated with palm trees. While the room itself was smaller because it wasn't a suite (but still very comfortable), it didn't matter. Our goal wasn't to spend time in our room. It was to get out and enjoy the weekend, which we did thoroughly thanks to all the great things that the resort and Lancaster have to offer. Devamı

The hotel was beautiful, service incredible (warm cookies upon arrival too!), and the rooms were great. The pool area was exactly what was in the pictures & there was a lifeguard for the kiddie area. We were very satisfied from the second we pulled up to the Hotel. The kids had a great time. The nicest hotel we saw in the surrounding area. So glad we chose this one. "DoubleTree is double nice"
This hotel has a bit of everything: 9-hole golf course, indoor mini-waterpark for the kids, larger pool w/hot tub, and a game room. Our room was very comfortable. The warm cookies at check-in are always a nice touch. We stayed here as "home base" for 2 nights while taking the kids to Dutch Wonderland, Hersheypark, and Hershey's Chocolate World. "Double Tree Resort Lancaster"
We had a nice stay at the Double Tree. The only inconvenience is that our rooom did not match our confirmed reservation, however the hotel was very accommodating which I appreciated after traveling in the car for 4 hours with two 6 year olds and two 3 year olds.

This was an excellent hotel ae a great price, staff was friendly hotel was convenient for going to Dutch Wonderland. Our kids loved the pool and water slide. Breakfast buffet was awsome.

"June stay"
Enjoyed clean, well staffed hotel. Request an outside room if there on Fri or Sat nite though. Weddings or parties can get loud till 11pm or so......especially for the young ones.
"Dont go on the wekeends"
In the hotel inner, there are weddings going on at night and they go to 10pm. If you dont mind hearing blasting music it is fine but we had kids and were not happy with the loud music. Our room window overlooked the weddings.

This is such a beautiful and grand looking hotel, very kid friendly with all the fun amenities for them, restaurant had the most fresh and delicious food ever tasted at a hotel. Breakfast was wonderful, had lunch and dinner there as well. Kids had a blast at the indoor waterpark and outdoor playground. Rooms were very nice and updated with contemporary […] furniture. I just wish they provided microwaves in the rooms or even at request because it was difficult for me to feed my infant warm milk at night and too much of a hassle to go to lobby to use microwave so instead I put hot water in ice bucket to warm up. I would still return to this hotel though because it's worth it and my children and I had a blast!!! Has all the amenities you could ask for in a hotel. Although it would be very nice if they added a spa/ salon to their hotel but that's just wishful thinking. Devamı

The hotel is conveniently located near Dutch Wonderland and provides convenient amenities and activities such as an indoor water park (kids will love it), golf, gym, catering/weddings, etc. I caution any customer staying at this hotel with only a couple of small issues, however. If there is a meeting or wedding being held in Palm Court, be sure to […] ask for a room not facing the court or else you won't get any rest or privacy. Reserved ajoining room. This did not happen. Also was told that there was s microwave in the rooms. Traveling with babies that needed food warmed.

Memorial Day Weekend 2011 – Visiting for Annual Dance Competition for our daughter at another hotel (where we usually stay). From the moment we checked in, we were in love! The cookies got the kids amped and we were able to check out the property with 2 happy campers (7 &3) in tow. The grounds and the room were beautiful... my wife said it was the […] nicest hotel she had ever been to! As far as the amenities go... indoor water park - AWESOME, pool and gym - AWESOME, playground, tennis & basketball courts - AWESOME. The even have a golf course! There were even kid activities at the hotel and a family movie night... on our last night there was a bonfire at the lake and we got to roast marshmallows. It was a short drive into the heart of Lancaster.. note that there are 2 ways on getting there.. 1) thru the city part of Lancaster (not recommended) or 2) the back way thru the farmland (highly recommended). This trip was epic and my kids will remember for ever! We are already planning our next visit. No going back to our old hotel. I really can't stop talking about this place!!! Devamı
"Loved the kiddie water park, rooms were immaculate"
We just got back from Memorial Day weekend with the kids at Dutch Wonderland and stayed at the Doubletree and LOVED this hotel. The kiddie waterpark which had two slides, sprinklers, etc and was a huge hit, good for hours of fun (my kids are ages 3,5,and 7 y.o.). There is a separate deeper water pool for laps and adults, older kids. Both nights there […] were big events (proms) going on in the main courtyard, so you may want to request room away from courtyard if noise-sensitive. The room feltbrand-new, stylishly appointed, beautiful thick towels and linens, nice Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries, Moet showerheads, etc. Loved it - felt posh and immaculate. The service was outstanding - we wer given individual warm cookies on arrival, and no wait at the counter. It's a little far from Dutch Wonderland, but an easy 15-20 min drive max. "Love this hotel!"
I picked this hotel because they had a water playground, which was perfect for my 3 year old son. He had a blast at the water playground as well as the rest of the hotel. The staff was wonderful. This hotel is good for when you don't want to be outside. I'm definitely taking my son there again in the future. Highly recommended!

We only stayed one night at this hotel on our six day trip to the Poconos and eastern Pennsylvania, but the Doubletree Resort in Lancaster was by far the best of the four hotels we stayed in during the trip. "Lancaster Pennyslvania Close to all must see thing"
This hotel and pools were exceleltn. IT was clse to excellent shopping, the Joseph stage production was the main reason for us comming to this area and it was excellent. Check it out on sight and sound theater.

"Wonderful for young children in Lancaster"
This was a wonderful quick stay for our family of four with two young children. We enjoyed the comfort and conveniences of the hotel as well as the high quality rooms and services. They have a fantastic indoor pool and water playground for young children. We plan to be frequent visitors now that we've found this gem in the beautiful countryside.

Our oldest daughter had her first sleepover at a cousin's house who lives in the Lancaster area. Since we live over an hour away and since there was a birthday party at their house the next day, we decided it would be wise to spend the night at the DT with our almost 3 year old twins.
