Awesome hotel to stay. We got a very good deal. Room was very clean, very comfortable, nicely decorated. Best of all was their hot breakfast. They have outdoor fire pit too. Close to Legoland.

I was very impressed with the room. It looked exactly like the picture on line when I booked it. Most don't. The maid service was great. Used the grill in the courtyard one night. Very enjoyable.

I would have have givn a 5 on every choice, except we have a complaint about the noice in the room. Our room was perfectly wonderful - clean, decorated very nicely, perfect items in "kitchen" - but when we tried to get to sleep the air conditioner was exctremely noisy. We tried to keep the temp at 68 deg...but both the air conditioner and fan would […] come on LOUDLY about every 3 min. It really kept us awake. We had to turn the temp up to an uncomfortable 71 (for us) to have it run less often. Devamı

We were in town to attend a funeral and needed to check in early, which they allowed us to do with no problem. The room was spotless and very comfortable. We also took advantage of the "happy hour" barbeque. What a treat! We would definitely recommend the San Marcos Marriott! Super friendly staff and excellent accommodations.

This was my 2nd time staying there and I couldn't have been more pleased! Beautiful hotel great rooms and rates as well as great service from the employees!

The San Marcos/Vista area has never really had an abundance of nice, semi-upscale hotels to choose from, so it was nice to see that Marriott added a Residence Inn to the option list. This is a pretty nice hotel. Not opulent, but nice. Well appointed, clean rooms with a full kitchen. Good location with easy freeway access. The front desk associates were […] efficient and friendly.The available breakfast buffet is appreciated, especially if you're toting kids. We did not use any of the facilities, i.e. Pool, Billiard room, Fitness room, etc...so I can't offer any input there. However, I have no complaints with the hotel itself. My only real complaint, if you can call it that, was the girl that was working the breakfast buffet. Both my wife and myself commented to each other, for different reasons, about her less than pleasant attitude. We're not snobs and we don't have overly high expectations, but we do understand the importance of good customer service, regardless of your particular function. Maybe this stood out to me more only because the company that I work for (a major auto manufacturer) had recently embarked on an in-house training program administered, in part, by the Ritz-Carlton staff. Apparently, Ritz-Carlton markets their "wow moment" philosophy as a corporate training tool that is taught the world over. Seeing as how Marriott owns the Ritz-Carton brand, I found it ironic that it might be beneficial to Marriott itself that they share this same training within their other core brands, such as Residence Inn. I only mention this as constructive criticism for the hotel and not as a reflection on the hotel experience as a whole. This is a very nice hotel and we truly enjoyed our stay. Aside from this trivial annoyance, I found this hotel to be a great place to stay and I would most definitely recommend it hotel to anyone planning a stay in the San Marcos/Vista area. Devamı

First of all, you would be a fool if you did not book a room here. This is was a hotel that i booked on the fly, and it was awesome, The hotel is only about a year old. The hotel staff was very nice upon arrival and we checked in with no problem. The hotel lobby was very nice and super chic. Upon arriving in our room, we were surprised at the size of […] it. The suite was super spacious, decorated ultra modern, and very neat and clean.Everything about this room seemed luxurious. Also, the have food and free drinks at nights and then in the Am they have an awesome breakfast buffet. The location was also super convenient as it was right off the highway. From the evening wine reception to the hot breakfast, this hotel was extremely hospitable, clean and comfortable. It is also convenient for sight seeing and for outdoor comfort at the pool and spa.

Very nice property, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was ready and clean and comfy! Love the comforter & fluffy pillows, and slept well! Not to mention they have the best belgian waffles available with their included breakfast. Its a great place to stay, and a nice town with conveniences to just about everything. Pros: Very friendly staff. Immaculate and spacious room with kitchen and basic kitchenware. Generous complimentary breakfast. Conveniently close to our day"s destinations. Cons: Weak coffee (bring your own for the 8 cup coffee maker) No micro market. Only vending machine type items.

My boyfriend and I decided on this hotel for our Valentine's Day getaway - even though it is only about 10 miles from where we live. What drew me in initially was the pool pictures and the reviews regarding how well-kept the hotel is. I can definitely agree! It actually *did* smell like fresh paint, which was nice and I can't say I saw any common area […] that didn't look well kept and clean. The room was impeccable, with a stylish design. This has been our favorite room to date. The kitchen was truly fully stocked but the daily breakfasts made it hard to want to cook. With Belgian Waffles, eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes and an array of breads, we looked forward to it both days. On Monday through Thursday nights, they make dinner for you! Can't beat that. Our only complaints were the check-in staff really bumbled and almost charged me again for my stay; the toilet in the room DID NOT work, even though we asked someone to fix it, they did nothing. The hot tub and heated pool were sparkling and clean, the common outdoor areas were really cool and they had a pool table. This really is for a perfect getaway of relaxation; suggested for travelers who like to feel at home, or someone who really wants to enjoy a relaxing time on vacation. Devamı

Close to San Diego zoo safari park and close to 78 and the outlet center.

Lobby was clean. Staff was very helpful. Easy location to find. Shopping and restaurants are nearby.

Completely surprised. I lived in San Marcos and came back for a visit. This hotel is a 5 star and they impress from start to finish. The rooms are outstanding. Try it and you will always stay.

Sparkling new hotel! Better than a 3 star rating. Room layout is perfect. Will definitely travel an extra distance to stay if in the area. Staff was very friendly. Location was also great, right off the freeway and near shopping

The room was more than we expected. It was very spacious and quite comfortable. It even had that "new hotel" smell. The rooms come stocked with everything - plates, bowls, cups, silverware, can opener, measuring cups/spoons, various pots/pans, dish detergent, dish soap, sponges -everything you would find in my kitchen at home sans food. They even have […] condiments on the dining table! The kitchen has a stove, microwave, dishwasher & fridge. The location is great - right off the freeway and close to an outdoor shopping center and lots of restaurants. The bathroom is spacious and has a seperate vanity area. The bed was comfortable with the right amount of pillows. The pool area was nice and includes a BBQ. There is even a pool table for guests to use. The fitness center has enough equipment for a great workout. Pretty tasty continental breakfast as well. We will definitely be staying here more often. サンマルコスのパロマカレッジに近いので、宿泊しました。 まだ、リニューアルしたばかりなので、新しく部屋も素敵でした。 毎日、イベントが催され、楽しめるようですが、私たちは参加しませんでした。 ５分ほど歩いたところに、ショッピングモールがあり、食糧から衣料品、家庭用品まで買えるので毎日出かけていました。 レストランも多数あり、食事も苦労せず、便利です。 ただし、車がないとどこに出かけるのに不便です。 近くに、スプリンターというトローリーが走っているので、オーシャンサイドまで電車でも出ることが可能です。
