We stayed over night after arriving at the airport. The free shuttle to the hotel was very convinient and the room was comfy. The view outside was also very beautiful. The staff was friendly.

I was forced to spend the night at Narita because of a missed connection. The hotel was well located and easy to get to. The bus service back to the airport was a little manic. I recommend you take a taxi to and from the airport if you can afford it. The rooms were dated but very clean. The room was unbearably hot and it wasn't clear to me how you […] could regulate the temperature. I had to open the windows to get it to a comfortable temperature. If you're facing the street you'll have a lot of noise. Bring some earplugs. I also ate at the bar upstairs which was surprisingly good. The breakfast was ok. Neither terrible or especially good. The Excel Hotel Tokyu is a large, modern and no-nonsense business/tourist class hotel - it is not deluxe, but definantly not shabby - probably it would be fair to call it a bit 'boring', but most guests are probably just looking for a decent reasonably priced place to sleep close to the airport. It has a nice garden with a reasonable large pond with […] Koi carps though. I'd call the hotel typical for Japan, eg. high quality for a reasonable price which appeals to people who do not wish to spend a huge amount on accomodation, but still would like a certain comfort/standard. The shuttle bus was fine, but as I didn't know the schedule when arriving at Narita it was a little stressful waiting and not knowing when(if) it would come in the evening(I was there around 20:00 hrs. Probably it would be a good idea to find out in advance by contacting the hotel, but a rule of thumb is that it comes every 30 minutes from morning until midnight- The journey to the hotel takes 15-20 minutes, so a shuttle is definantly handy. The hotel itself is a modern high rise - it has many facilities, but I only used the bar which has also some food dishes you can order. There are 3 restaurants in total. The restaurant has what you'd call hotel prices, but it is not excessive(at least not in the bar). There is also a shop you can buy some basic foodstuffs if you prefer, but I didn't check it in detail. The room itself is clean, quiet and even if a few years old, well maintained and modern. The tv has both japanese and international channels such as BBC, CNN etc. A bit bland is what springs to mind, but clean, modern and comfortable. There is a small fridge in the room, but no minibar. Staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast perhaps not surprisingly is primarily japanese, but you can get fruit juices, coffee, scrambled eggs and bacon also as is normal with most hotels of this standard. good, big room, clean, good view and near narita airport, the hotel has shuttle bus to airport, takes about 15-20 mins.

We stayed here for one night, however we were a little bit disappointed. Not all services were available or completely free of charge. The outdoor pool was closed due to maintenance. The indoor pool was open and complementary, however, we had to pay for the towels and swimming cap. Sauna was available but not for free (approx. 5 Euro). The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The hotel was well maintained.

Hotelllet ligger lige ved Narita Airport med bekvem shuttle but transport. Service er eksemplarisk og hotellet har intet af den ofte lidt kedelige "lufthavnshotel atmosfære". Desuden var det (Nov. 2011) meget billigt i forhold til den meget høje kvalitet. Jeg kan anbefale enten den Japanske eller den Kinesiske Penthouse restaurant eller baren på smame […] etage jvor man også kan få serveret varm mad. Alle med eksemplarisk service, mad langt over gennemsnittet og absolut rimelig pris. Jeg har anvendt hotellet 2 gange (1010/2011) ved udflyvning fra Narita og anbefaler det uden forbehold. Devamı

Nada melhor do que pernoitar num hotel ao lado do aeroporto para garantir que você não chegará atrasado ao seu chackin no dia seguinte , sem enfrentar o engarrafamento das avenidas de Tokyo. O hotel Exel é confortável e tem um serviço de shuttle que o leva direto ao aeroporto a cada 30 minutos. O bar do hotel é muito bom e o restaurante tem bons pratos. O […] quarto é confortável. OK hotel for business or pleasure. Good value for money. Free shuttle bus to Narita city which was very nice and to the airport.
