I've visited Berlin a number of times and am a huge fan of the city, its sites, its people and its clubs. For a budget hotel the Gat is stylish, clean and comfortable, with a fantastic cocktail bar! We didn't eat there during our stay, but the breakfast and tapas restaurants reflected the cool atmosphere of the hotel. Mitte is a great base for anyone […] visiting the city for the first time, all the major tourist spots are within walking distance, or a short hop on the U-Bhan, which is very easy to navigate. Value for money; location very central.

Very modern looking, clean hotel with excellent service. Close to the subway and some must see sights. I would stay there again.

The room was great and the staff really made this a great place to stay!

I had one of the few twin beds which I wasn't thrilled about. But, the room was well laid out and comfortable so I didnt mind. My 3 friends all had doubles or queen beds. The hotel staff were very friendly. The rooms were very clean (despite our son trying his best to mess it up!). The location was really good for all the sights and the room was very quiet so we got a good nights sleep. They were quite child friendly. The tapas in the hotel restaurant was overpriced althought the Italian next door was lovely. Would happily […] stay here again. Devamı

The hotel is in a great location & if you stay there you must eat the tapas at the restaurant. Keep the window closed during the time the green light at the window comes on until it goes off at 11:30, as the bugs love it. No real issues! Affordable and comfortable.

We felt at home. Very nice people at the reception desk and excellent price.

This is one very funky hotel, the rooms are not massive but do the job perfectly! Everything is fresh & clean. Very handy to transport too. Value for money is very well up there. Would stay again & recommend to any friends visiting Berlin.

Stayed for just one night accompanied by my 2 years old child. It this is a cool and modern hotel at Point Charlie. So as far as for the location - it was a perfect. Rooms are modernly decorated and clean, but bit small - since we were 3 to travel and we had to add a baby-bed. Two downsizes need to be mentioned : Air condition was not working and expensive […] breakfast (but you'll have no problem getting a coffee around the corner). Great breakfast, staff, lovely big clean room. Could not see individual control for air con \ heating. Had to ask for a doona \ blanket as only had a sheet... ?? Highly recommend this hotel. Not much happening at night in this area, but only minutes to everything in cab or metro. Will stay there again.

great hotel, very clean rooms. Funky green shower was a refreshing morning wake-up.. you have to request a blanket, there is only a sheet on the bed, which would be ok for some as the hotel is quite well insulated - very warm (no thermostat in the room, but windows open) We walked everywhere, but there are underground stations close by and taxis are […] super quick. Cafe No! nearby was an excellent dinner , fantastic wine selection. Vive Berlin bike/walking tours were also excellent, and leave from Potsdamer Platz , which is nice and close Devamı

All in all, very good location, close to sights and several subway lines. One thing that could improve - no air conditioning in the hotel, and had to prop the windows to keep them open; made for a hot room! I would definitely stay here again in cooler weather, though.

We stayed recently at Gat Charlie Point hotel and were very satisfied with our stay. It's very close to all major attractions, 100m from metro and Fridrechstrasse. You have plenty of places to eat arround. Hotel is very clean, nice designed and staff is very helpfull. Staff: very helpful. The room: ultra modern and stylish but at the expense of functionality; for instance not enough hanging space, hangers fixed in place and not very accessible. Nice big TV. Bathroom: marvellous huge shower, very small sink (but looks good), could do with another hook or two. Design of the hotel and rooms well thought out. Perfect location,friendly staff and clean rooms. Don't normally eat at hotel restaurants but the Spanish restaurant here is fab!

Virkelig godt hotel i moderne stil, med udmærket morgenmad, fin bar/loumgeområde og god service. Og så ligger det 100 meter fra Checkpoint Charlie, og er dermed en rigtig god central base, hvis Berlin skal opleves.

Fedt hotel, men alt for dyr morgenmad. Kan fåes for det halve lige rundt om hjørnet.

Ok standard og sentral beliggenhet. Nær kollektivtrafikk.

Hotel Gat Point Charlie ligger meget centralt i Berlin, der er ca. 5 minutters gang til den nærmeste U-bahn station og derfra ligger hele Berlin for dine fødder. Betjeningen på hotellet var venlig, de var meget hjælpsomme og imødekommende,absolut et hotel jeg vil benytte næste gang jeg skal til Berlin.

Hotellet ligger i Berlin mitte og som det siger lige midt i Berlin. De fleste af seværdighederne ligger i "næsten" gåafstand fra hotellet. Ellers er U-bahnstationerne Stadtmitte og Mohrenstrasse 250 m væk. Det enkeltværelse jeg havde var i perfekt stand, der var ikke noget at sætte en finger på. Personalet var venligt og imødekommende og kunne svare […] på alle mine spørgsmål. Restauranten brugte jeg kun til morgenmad, der var udvalget også tilpas. Devamı

O Hotel é bastante simples mas com design moderno e agradável. O atendimento da recepção é ótimo mas o restaurante é caro e pouco variado. A acomodação é muito boa dentro da proposta deste hotel. Recomendo!!

Das Hotel Gat Point Charlie ist absolut empfehlenswert! Es liegt super, ist total neu, extrem stylisch und alle sind sehr freundlich! Die Zimmer sind leider eher klein, das Bad nur mit Dusche, aber so modern und stylisch gestaltet, dass man das Gefühl hat in einem echten Design Hotel zu sein. Es gibt aber auch extra große Zimmer. Der Preis ist für das […] was man kriegt und für die Lage absolut unübertreffbar!!! Es liegt in Mitte, sehr nahe am Potzdamer Platz und der Shoppingmeile Friedrichstraße. Das Frühstück habe ich nicht getestet. Einziges Manko, das ich persönlich überhaupt nicht mag: ein, zwei Haare am Bettlaken :-( Mein Fazit: Absolut top für Lage und Style. Für ein Woe in Berlin oder auch länger zu einem guten Preis geht es nicht besser!! Devamı

è esattamente come lo si vede nelle foto! centrale, vicinissimo alla metro, nuovissimo.. peccato non diano la colazione ma questa è usanza diffusa in tutta berlino..

der Preis fürs Frühstück ist eh schon hoch, (Motel One nimmt die hälfte, Stand Ende 2011) aber dass man den Cappucino extra bezahlen muss, ist echt bitter. Filterkaffe gibts allerdings umsonst und die Speisenauswahl ist auch deutlich grösser als beim M.O. Mein Zimmer war klein aber gut eingerichtet. Die Heizungsluft im Zimmer war sehr trocken. Eine […] Steuerung habe ich nicht gefunden. Das Personal schien noch in der Einarbeitungsphase, dafür waren aber sie alle sehr nett. Insgesamt hat mit das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Devamı

The staff was very genle. The room was nice and modern. The location is perfect. And the price is good. I wonder why its not a 4 star hotel.

Sehr empfehlenswert: ideal gelegen, Nähe moderner Stadtteil (Shops) und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Hotel sehr sauber, ruhig, trendy eingerichtet, ideal mit Teenagerkids, Bar. Personal hilfsbereit, sympathisch. Frühstücksbuffet zu teuer, Coffeeshops in der Nähe!

es fällt schwer etwas negatives zu diesem hotel zu finden. halt, eins gibt es: die durchgehende bettdecke. zum einen, weil sie zu warm war und zum anderen, weil sie eben durchgehend, also eine für zwei, war. trotzdem, bis bald mal wieder ...

Hotel ist sehr schnuckelig, Zimmer zwar klein aber zweckmäßig. Bad hat gemuffelt. Frühstück war sehr lecker, aber 15 Euro dafür sind schon etwas heftig. Insgesamt jedoch zu empfehlen.

El hotel está muy bien situado con una estación de metro a tan sólo 5 minutos. Es un punto de partida ideal para conocer la ciudad. La dirección y la recepción del hotel excepcionales. En todo momento están a tu disposición para ayudarte en lo que necesites. Muy limpio y cómodo.

Location perfect and everything was very clean. Some of the employees were not very friendly.

Centrally located hotel - which is newly renovated. Only problem is the speed of the internet and that no parking lots are available - you need to park on the street at approx. 26 EUR per day.

Hotel Gat Point Charlie er et moderne hotel, med en god placering tæt på det hele. Venligt personale. Værelser ok størrelse, sengen er dog en smule hård. Morgenmaden er temmelig dyr på hotellet, men en lille bager omkring hjørnet serverer god morgenmad til en trejdedel af pengene. Hotellet kan varmt anbefales.

Fina stora rum och perfekt läge. Jättetrevlig personal och en kanon frukost.
