Boutique 7 Hotel & Suites - Dubai

The hotel was great. We booked a three bedroom apartment. The rooms were very clean as well as the rest of the apartment. The apartment is very good for a weekend getaway but you'll need to worry about transportation since getting a taxi there is very difficult. So if you rent a car then you're set. Also the kitchen has no utensils in it at all so only […] fridge, stove, and microwave. However if you order room service they're nice enough to get you some stuff that you'd need. Devamı

I used to stay at this hotel before, but this time i changed my mind completely and will never go to this hotel. 1) I booked a 3 bedroom apartment and when i reached they said it's fully booked and instead gave me 2 two-bedroom apartments. 2) the swimming pool was closed for maintainance. 3) they have the most stupid policies in the world, the policy […] says " you can't order any food from outside" ! seriously!! what a stupid policy Devamı

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Boutique 7 Hotel and Suite. The front desk is not that much active. They are not that organized. I remembered them saying that I didnt pay for internet and when the checked the camera, I did paid. Not that much organized. The food is perfect. My wife and I enjoyed it especially the Masala sauce.. wow!

The major advantage of this hotel is very close to MRT/Metro station, approximately 200-300m, so you can explore Dubai easily. The other thing which added value is the location near the supermarket, only 50m. Overall, cleanliness, quality of bed, pillow and etc are very well. However, the microwave was not functional. Hotel need to check.

Boutique 7 is a very good hotel apartment, well situated for a city break in Dubai. The metro is within walking distance and all the places you would want to visit are within a close radius. The apartments are spacious and well serviced. There is the option to eat in the hotel if required. The most important thing you should be aware of in this Hotel is that being a Hotel is secondary to being a very very noisey nightclub. The club is on the ground floor of the hotel and is open every night between 7.30pm to 3am and has live bands with their amps turned up to 11 and boom boom heavy base rave music. The sound travels up the building to […] the 5th floor of this 13 storey hotel. You will not be able to sleep until 3am if you stay in the lower 5 floors. I was initially checked into a room on the 1st floor and on subsequent nights moved to the 2nd, 5th and 13th floors. Even the hotel staff think this is crazy and by the time i left there was nobody staying on the 1st or 2nd floors. Having seen so many rooms in the hotel i am a good position to report on the general their upkeep and maintenance. In the rooms i stayed in there were numerous problems including TV's , electric sockets, a microwave, light fittings that did'nt work as well as sewage smells from the toilet and the icing on the cake was a 5.55am wake up call that i did not request. By the way i checked out the hotel pool and it is the smallest i have ever seen. It more like a big bath and imposible to swim in. If you want a hassle free break where you can sleep normal hours then avoid this hotel at all costs. Devamı

It was our first visit to Dubai, so didn't know the city at all when making our reservation. When it took us half an hour to drive from the city, we had misgivings about how far out it was. These proved unfounded, as we were close to the Metro train which ran every 8 minutes and was very reasonable. The Dubai Mall was two stops away and cost us about […] $1US each way. The room price was much more reasonable than the bigger more central hotels. They are in the process of updating it as it recently changed hands. We had a lovely big one bedroom apartment-sized suite with two decks. Small restaurant on the main floor had a buffet breakfast as well as a coffee shop. In an area of other hotels, some restaurants but not a lot. The concierge was extremely helpful, all staff friendly and anxious to please. Hotel is price competitive and close to the Metro and two stops from the Mall of the Emirates. The hotel and a few nearby have a bar although the air is thick with smoke and drinks are expensive. (maybe don't drink). As with a lot of hotels and buildings in Dubai, the air conditioning is too cold. Sometomes need a light jacket inside - even in the middle […] of Summer. Some difficulties initially finding the hotel coming in late evening from Sharjah, as phone number listed in reservation was a private cell phone number. Hotels.com team came to the rescue after changing to a local taxi didn't do the trick (hotel name / ownership change seems to have thrown off the driver). I reserved an apartment for four days with my friend, I liked the hotel location and car parking, apartment was large and comfortable. The staff seemed helpful when I ask them to provide anything to the room, they promise to bring my needs within few minutes, the facts is: I waited four days and nothing happened. 1- Safety Box was locked 2- No Telephone […] on the first floor in the apartment, and if it rings, I had to go up very fast to catch it ! 3- No Beer opener in the hotel 4- Some of the kitchen accessories were dirty 5- I found hairs on my bed 6- dial up internet 10 years ago is much better than the hotel Internet !!!! 7- My friend doesn't like air-condition, so when it's switched off, it's still working and cold ! 8- When I checked out, the receptionist asked me to pay the Internet for one day, which I got this free from another receptionist on my 2nd day. He insisted for the payment till he called the receptionist on his off time and asked him ! Hotel reception staff was informed several times of points: 1, 2, 3, 4, and 8. Good hotel for the money. Staff was not great as they did not call for my requested wake up call. Make sure to request a non smoking room as all of the floors but 1 allow smoking in the room. Washer and dryer in the room do not work. Shower sprays all over the barroom too.

Absolut prisvärd lägenhet för att sova och ha tillgång till ett eget kök. Inget om man är ute efter mer lyx. Personalen är inte så jätteduktiga på engelska.

Fint Hotel til prisen.Meget stort værelse med køkken , vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Personale er hjælpsomme med alt. Hvis vi skal til Dubai igen ved vi godt hvor vi skal bo.Hvis vi skal sige noget negativt så var madrassen lidt hård og så virkede DVDen ikke på værslset :-( . Men det er også alt Hotellet er lidt svært at finde selv med GPS

War 11 Nächte im Mazoon und hatte ein 1 Bedroom-Apartment gebucht. Da ich sehr früh in Dubai ankam, versuchte ich gegen 11 Uhr einzuchecken. Leider hat man mich wieder weggeschickt, da mein Apartment noch nicht gereinigt und check-in-Time 14 Uhr sei. Das fand ich nicht schön, aber was soll man machen... Nach 14 Uhr ging das einchecken zügig und problemlos. […] Das Apartment war sehr geräumig und auch insgesamt sehr gut ausgestattet und vor allem sauber! Lediglich der Innen-Pool ist schwach. Internet leider nur gegen hohe Tagesgebühr, das kontinentale Breakfast ist auch nicht überragend, aber ok. Das beim check-out erst die Zimmer geprüft werden, ist auch nicht alltäglich... Wenn man auf einen sonnigen Pool im Hotel verzichten kann, ist das Mazoon sehr zu empfehlen. Alles, worauf es ankommt, stimmt: Freundliches Personal, saubere und sehr gute Zimmer! Ich würde es daher jederzeit wieder buchen, war aber sehr froh, einen Mietwagen gebucht zu haben!!! Devamı

Det är ett 3 stjärnigt hotel/apartment inte 4.. Trevlig personal dock väldigt dålig städning, de fyllde inte på med nya handukar när de städat bort de gamla. Det fanns inget vatten på rummet och när jag sa till berättade de att det inte ingick vilket var konstigt eftersom första dagen vi kom så fanns det..fick säga till om en extra badrock eftersom […] vi var två st som bodde där.det finns ingen 24 h roomservice utan du får själv ringa efter take away mat fick broshyrer/menyer i receptionen du får även betala för telefonsamtalen. badrummet var inte i toppskick eftersom badkaret var väldigt slitet och smutsig badrums spegel. kallt på rummen.Läget på hotellet är ok men man får vara beredd på att ta taxi men så är det i Dubai:) Men trots alla små skavanker tycker jag det är ett prisvärt hotell och skulle säkert kunna bo där igen men är du ute efter lite mer service och "lyx" får man välja ett annat hotell med 4 stjärnor helt enkelt. Flott personale, god service, masser av kunnskap om dubai og ommrådet rundt gjorde at de utførte en super jobb som "tur -agenter" og var til stor hjelp! Rommene var store og holdt god standar. Et minus er muligens at det ligger noe utenfor sentrum, men ikke lenger enn en 20min tur med subway`en. Hotellet kan annbefales på det varmeste!
