The lightings are so darkness, not comfortable. and the cleanliness is not so good as well.

Checking out should have been easy as I'd already paid Hotels.com but the receptionist said I hadn't and demanded 'Room Rate.' I insisted that I'd paid and she insisted that I hadn't. She said I'd booked and paid for Motel 198 in Beijing and would have to cancel it. I pointed out that when I checked in, they had my details so it was definitely the correct […] hotel. I found the receipt from Hotels.com but she didn't understand 'charged in full,' and continued to insist that I pay 'room rate.' which she said would be refunded if she discovered that I'd paid twice. Reluctantly, I signed and paid so that I could get away as the process had taken 1 and a half hours and I was desparate to get to the Great Wall before leaving for the airport. I emailed Hotels.com and told them about the problem but couldn't wait for their reply. As I was leaving, she said she'd contacted her office and found that I had paid after all. I was very angry and embarrassed by the experience which had been witnessed by everyone who passed through reception in that hour and a half. It ruined what had been a fantastic holiday. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful, although they didn't all speak English. The toilet walls were glass which might have been a bit awkward if sharing but I was on my own. The location was fantastic - right beside Wangfujing, the pedestrian street and also the food street where stalls set up at night. Wangfujing subway station was about a 10 min walk along the pedestrian street so easy to get to. The Forbidden City and Tianneman Square were also within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again but hope they have their check out problems resolved before then. Devamı

Hôtel très bien situé. Nous avions une chambre sans fenêtre ce qui n'est pas agréable, mais il y a tant de choses à découvrir que l'on y passe peu de temps.

何度頼んでもトイレの紙を補充してくれなかった。 夜、蚊が6匹いた。撃退するのに朝まで格闘。

хоть сам отель не совсем "мечта",. зато его удобнейшее расположение компенсирует абсолютно все его недостатки. с начала , когда мы заселились, причем с начала нас селили в смешные номера без окон, потом с двумя кроватями, а бронировали с одной большой, я немного подрасстроилась, но когда мы там пожили день,другой, мы оценили его))) номера скромные, […] но все необходимое есть, очень удобно, что есть интернет в номере, берешь нэтбук и ты на связи со всеми и можешь решать рабочие моменты. в общим, я бы повторила проживание в этом отеле. рекомендую! The location is good and near subway. The price is reasonable. you may consider hotel 268 if you are going to spend whole day outside because the room is not really clean enough!

Esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de restaurantes, comercio, la ciudad prohibida, pero el hotel esta bastante deteriorado, las instalaciones se ven descuidadas, a las habitaciones les hacen una "limpieza" demasiado superficial (cambio de toallas, recoleccion de basura, arreglo de cama), pero no aspiran con frecuencia, asi que te puedes encontrar bastante […] basura en el suelo, el baño es muy regular, da la impresión de suciedad (las paredes). En cuanto al desayuno, es muy barato, (20 rmb) pero solo tenían menú chino, que tampoco es que fuera muy bueno. EL personal del hotel es muy amable y trata de ayudarte en todo lo que puedan, pero no manejan muy bien el inglés así que la comunicación puede no fluir lo suficiente. Si solo vas a estar en la habitacion para dormir y no te incomoda la suciedad es aceptable, pero si esperas un poco más (lease limpieza), hay otras opciones mejores. No me volvería a hospedar en este hotel. Devamı
