I am a constant traveller, been to many hilton hotels, has always been a satisfied guest, but this time, it was far from my expectation..the room is very average, small tV, squeaking bed,.dont even have a shower cap which is very basic..Breakfast was very limited....the worst part is SERVICE::: staff aren't friendly and service oriented at all.. I was […] with my norwegian husband and my girl friend when we went back to the hotel around midnight, once of the lady staff at the reception, stopped us and asked if we were guests and which room..when we went down again, I asked her what for she asked us if we were guests? we wouldnt be going in there if we werent. Then the rude lady said it's for security reasons, (which i totally understand) but then she made a comment, we want to avoid our guests bringing in girls... to me it was very rude..with her facial expression she was hinting something that we could be those kind of girls....these kind of people shouldnt be allowed to work at all..they should be taught courtesy..there's always a nice way of saying things...Double tree by hilton..never again!!!!! Excellent service at front desk. Needed to print some papers. Carl at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating. Had bicycle rental cards to return the next day to the information centre but we were leaving before they opened. Carl offered to return them and then sent me an email to confirm it was done.Excellent service at breakfast with […] capuccino/espresso available when asked for. This hotel is located centrally, with easy access to all main attractions, restaurants, and the information center. The hotel staff is extremely pleasant and helpful and offered us each a warm, fresh cookie upon our arrival. The room was exquisite, clean, and had a lovely view of the main square below. All in all, a perfect, well-maintained hotel. The […] staff allowed us to leave our luggage there for an entire day and evening while we continued to explore the city. Show head didn't work, hose for hand wand leaked, and water went everywhere. Floor is extremely slippery when wet. Front desk never answered the phone!

Only go to this hotel if you like to hear a drum beating all night long. It was horrible. Hotel admitted that they have this problem. We paid a high price for our room and expected a quiet night's sleep.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Oslo Doubletree over a nice spring weekend. There was round-the-clock activity in the plaza across the street. Short walking distance to the major sights, the port, shopping and the Metro. Lots of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. I dined one evening in the hotel 's restaurant and it was excellent.

This hotel had a great location parallel to the famous pedestrian street Johans Gate. It's close to the National Theatre which has a convenient Tram, Bus, and Subway stop. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the service was great where they will cook omelettes, eggs or pancakes made to order. We had complimentary wi-fi which was convenient. This is a great hotel, ideally located in the centre of Oslo. Its easy to get to from the National Theatre station and the local and regional trains run there directly from the Airport. The staff were very helpful and the breakfasts were worth paying extra for, especially in such an expensive city. Would definitely recommend and will look to stay there […] again on my next visit. The staff could not have been more helpful.they told me where and what to see .Called for reservations and also assisted and printed my airline boarding pass for the next day.

Very contemporary hotel in a useful location for Oslo business activities. Somewhat under-staffed with reception and bar personnel racing about trying to do a number of jobs. Room was a bit small - only a bed and a small table for tv - but comfortable bed and good bathroom.

This hotel is in a location that was perfect for the traveler without a car. My husband and I enjoyed Christmas shopping and sightseeing in Oslo, but never felt we were overburdened with packages because we could just pop in to the hotel and drop things off. The bed was ultra soft, with a down comforter and fantastic down pillows. After a cold November […] night walk back from one of the nearby restaurants, I was glad to have it. The breakfast was good, but nothing to write home about. There are bakeries right across the square that have delicious pastries and coffee if that is more your style. The only thing missing was hand lotion in the bathroom. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap smelled good, but the cold dry air was hard on my skin and some lotion would have been nice. Veldig fornøyd med hotel rommet og beligenhet. Deilig med dusj fra taket(anbefales). Litt støy fra diskotekene men det må man regne med. Hilsen fornøyd hotel gjest :)

Min vistelse började inte så bra på Hilton. Först och främst var den enda gästhissen trasig och den reparerades inte under hela veckan. Och med rum på 6e våningen så blev det många trappor att gå i. Rummen var fräscha. Duschen hade dåligt tryck så det tog väldigt lång tid att tvätta håret. Blev något bättre sedan jag reklammerat det. På 6e våningen […] har man inte heller telefoner. Internetuppkopplingen var svag men det ingick i alla fall. Frukosten var under all kritik. Varmrätterna var kalla, de 2 första dagarna fanns inte någon apelsinjouice. Frukten var inte fräsch och dåligt utbud. Det ligger väldigt centralt men det finns många andra hotell med centralt läge som har minst lika bra rum och mycket bättre frukost. Så jag kommer inte att välja det här hotellet igen om andra som faktiskt är billigare och bättre är lediga. För mig så levde det här hotellet inte upp till vanlig Hiltonstandard. Devamı

Helt greit hotell med god service. Men vær obs på støy fra klokkeklang fra rådhuset - de hørtes meget godt og ble et irriterende moment. ( stille etter kl 24:00) .

Dette hotel ligger perfekt i forhold til lufthavnstoget. Jeg ankom meget sent og der blev budt velkommen med en varm cookies, fin ide. Værelset er godt, men meget lille og sengen er meget blød. Værelset var koldt og det samme var badeværelset, det skal dog tilføjes at der var minus 15 garder udenfor, så måske forståeligt. Jeg har også boet på dette […] hotel om sommeren hvor man skal have vinduet stående åbent, og der er en klokke på en bygning bageved hotellet som slår hvert 15 minut, og derfor kan det være meget svært at sove om natten. Fint beläget hotell mitt i centrum och nära alla nöjesställen men trafikstört ut mot Karl Johan från tidig morgon på mitt rum som vätte ut mot gatan med bussar,sopbilar mm som drar ner betyget.Ambitionen har varit ett designer hotell men man lyckas inte prestera ambitionen med själva hotellkänslan.Ostädat på rummet och pinklukt tyvärr i duschen och […] inget toa papper i mitt rum där den komiska poängen när man påtalade detta till receptionisten var att man skulle vänta till nästa morgon......Ingen frukost på hotellet heller under vistelsen då restaurangen renoverades men efter lång latens ordnade morgonreceptionen en bra frukostbricka...tror att hotellet skulle kunna vara riktigt bra men behöver nog strama upp sin management och kolla igenom detaljer på hur man får till en trevligare och bättre vistelse på DoubleTree by Hilton Oslo City Centre Devamı

Jeg hadde bestillt frokos på rommet kl. 07.00, etter flere purringer kom frokosten førts kl. 07.00. Dagen etter da jeg spiste frokost i frokostsalen som skulle åpne kl. 08.00, var det ikke klart.

Veldig sentral beliggenhet, kun minutters gange fra Nasjonaltheateret stasjon. Noe trafikkstøy. Litt merkelig og ubrukelig baderomsdesign. Ellers komfortabelt og greit sted.

Room was like a dark closet. Radiator made noise all day. No cleaning on my second day. Fancy bathroom glass door was really heavy to open. There was a "Spanish disco" at breakfast (loud disco music in spanish). Breakfast looked dry and tired. The room service breakfast was very late, and there was no coffee/tea in it. Ikke noe spesielt å utsette på dette hotellet. Ligger sentralt og var ikke plaget av støy eller andre ting. Rommene er litt slitt, men for prisen jeg betalte er dette hotellet vel verdt pengene. Varm kake ved ankomst!

Sehr schön gelegen, sehr zentral, Zimmer allerdings sehr klein, Badezimmer auch, unverputztes Loch in der Wand. Es werden gerade zusätzliche Zimmer gebaut, das bringt etwas Dreck mit sich. Die Taxi-Fahrer kennen das Hotel noch nicht, es ist ein ehemaliges Theater und ist nur als solches bekannt - aber mit der Adresse finden sie es auch. Bei hotel.com […] war Frühstück nicht inklusive - kostet 20 EUR! Bin dann lieber in eine nette Bäckerei in der Nähe gegangen. Einem Kollegen wurde eine Kamera aus dem Zimmer gestohlen, er hat sie dann aber vor der Abreise zurück bekommen nachdem er den Diebstahl gemeldet hatte. Devamı

작지만 편안한 호텔임. 실내 디자인도 괜찮았고, 아침식사도 괜찮음. 위치도 중심가에 있음. 새벽에 국립극장 앞 마당 청소하는 차가 좀 시끄러웠던것 말고는 좋은 느낌을 받음. 호텔비가 워낙 비싼 동네라 가격대비 좋은 선택이었던것으로 생각됨.

Et dejligt hotel med meget, meget sød betjening ved morgenmaden. En del støj fra nattelivet, men da det ligger centralt, må man vel forvente det. Charmerende værelser.

Upplevde det som ett lite ofräscht design hotel. Röklukt o ofräsch doft från sängkläder. Synd annars på trevligt hotel, dock bra men hutlös dyr frukostbuffé

Mye støy rundt hotellet. Hørte alt inn på rommet. Trikken og bilene. Ble også vekket halv 2 om natten av mye bråk i gantene.

Veldig mye bråk utfor hotellet (meget høy musikk) til langt på natt.

Hilton Double Tree i Oslo ligger midt i smørøyet, nær alle teatre og mange restauranter. Rommene er elegante, men det er mye støy fra gaten om natten. Trommemusikk til kl. 0.30, og trikkestøy fra ca. 0.60. Lydisoleringen er dårlig mellom toilett- og sovedel. Ved vårt besøk fantes det bare håndklær i frimerkestørrelse. Frokosten er utmerket og alt personale […] vennlig og hyggelig. Kommer gjerne tilbake, men da til rom med vindu mot bakgård! Devamı

naast het hotel zit een disco waarvan de muziek luid doorklinkt tot in de kamers (in het weekend). Pas laat in de nacht ging de muziek uit. Met oordopjes in toch nog kunnen slapen. Personeel heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ligging in hartje centrum aan mooi goot plein.

Ble skuffet over dette hotellet. Fine rom, men veldig mørke - ikke mulig å sminke seg i noen speil. Vi bodde i 4 etg mot Stortingsgata. Det resulterte i at vi ikke fikk sove før nærmere 04.00 på natta. Støyen fra musikk, uteliv og trafikk var voldsom. Frokosten var også en nedtur - dårlig service og manglende utvalg.

Topp plassering, men mykje kan bli bedre. Støy utanfrå på både bakrom og rom mot gata og dårleg ventilasjon på rom/bad. Frose brød til frukost er ikkje noko ein ynskjer seg til ein hotellfrukost!!!

Het enige negatieve aan dit hotel is dat er constant koude lucht in de kamer wordt geblazen. Dit kun je niet uitzetten. De koude lucht slaat s'nachts op je gezicht zodat je op de tocht zit. hierdoor kwamen wij niet in slaap. Tevens maakt dit systeem ook flink wat geluid.
