Ozark Valley Inn - Branson

We did not stay at the Ozark as it was closed for the winter but Hotels.com changed our reservations to the Radisson. An awesome hotel which they gave us for the same price as the Ozark. We had stayed at the Ozard previously and had been very pleased with it also. We heartily recommend Hotels.com to any and all.

The rooms were roomy and very clean. The lobby and breakfast rooms were also spotless. It was a very good value.

When we first booked the hotel, we were not sure about staying that far out from of the strip. But since we were going to Silver Dollar City, it was VERY convenient. Also, we saw the Pierce Arrow Show, billed as the hottest variety show in Branson, which was right down the street. We ate at Golden Corral & Red Lobster also conveniently located down […] the street. The IMAX is right across the street. The hotel staff, especially Tia, were very friendly and extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to stay there again and would gladly recommend it to others. Devamı

Staff was very courteous & helpful. Nice, quiet location.

dirty towel in bathroom, bug on wall and in my bed, soapmounted on on wall in shower and by the sink, treated us like we were going to steal something. will not stay there again. don't reccommend this place to anyone. rates were cheap and now i know why.

It's always hard to find a motel that accepts pets, but this one does and that's a point in it's favor. The people at the desk were very friendly. However, I realize that we needed a room for a pet but it did not smell clean and was not the cleanest room I've ever stayed in. The shower curtain had mold and mildew all over it and smelled bad, there was […] some hair in the sheets on one of the beds and the air conditioner was very noisy. The location was perfect for all the places we wanted to go, but more than likely we will not stay there again unless we cannot find another pet friendly motel. This was a budget priced notel and was clean and the queen sized bed were comfortable. We took our little poodle and it was fine. It is pet friendlky and we took our little poodle. The contiental breakfast was good and served from 7 to 10am. We would stay there again.

The owners were very nice. Hotel Clean but not a comfortable bed. Air worked but only kept it cool to hot would have liked it to be cooler. Pool was nice and clean. However it was just a one night gitaway and affordable for the night.

We go to Branson every summer and have stayed in several hotels but this one takes the cake. Let me see where to start: The air conditioner was broke and the bathroom had not been cleaned at ALL!!! so disguisting. We moved to room next door which had an ancient beat up TV,no coffee maker and hair dryer didn't work as well as lights by the bed. I would […] have loved to cancel my whole stay there but we were already through hotels.com. Also the picture is way misleading,there are no pretty flowers by the pool just an assortment of broken outdoor furniture. I reccomend hotels.com remove them from their site. One more thing, I hope you like spiders if you stay here beings that there are spider all over room including furniture. I felt so dirty in this room,we tried to be gone as much as possible just so we didn't have to be there. The asian lady at the front desk was the only pleasant thing there. When we checked in we were charged an additional $10.00 for our 2 children per night. This was not mentioned on the website. Hotel was adequate. Even though we paid extra for the kids, we had to make an extra trip to the desk the get additional towels. This will be our last time staying here because of the non disclosure of the extra charges for the […] kids. Devamı

The hotel was good the breakfast area the A/C could have been turned on. The person at the front desk his english was not very good, They needed a refrigerator to keep the milk in instead of putting it on ice in the breakfast area. Overall the hotel was good for us and was a good price.

It was a good location, cleaning staff was polite, front desk man was not friendly at all!! Needs to be updated in the rooms! When we got there we was ready to cool off and swim, but a family let thier kid throw up in the pool! Ruined that! Not that its the hotels fault! But just a bad stay! Good for the price though!

This is not a great hotel...but it's not bad. If what you need is a place for just a couple of adults to have a place to sleep, then it's quite sufficient. I would feel better taking my 2 year old to a different and .. more inviting place. We didn't really feel unsafe..but it didn't inspire a super safe feeling being on the backside of this hotel, and […] no one enjoyed climbing two tall flights of stairs to the room. I was a little concerned for the vehicle..but we had no incidents. There was hardly any TP in the room and the A/C was off when we got there, so it was super hot for about an hour. (We stayed in July). The pool closes at 11. Reasonable I guess...but it would be nice if you could unwind in the pool after a long day of vacationing at least until midnight..but then I guess the kids would keep everyone up. Maybe...close it for kids at 11 and let adults stay and swim. We got politely ran off at 11 and we weren't bothering anyone. Oh well. The staff was nice and gave me TP when I came and asked with no apology for there being none in the room. This hotel is a little run down...but like I said..it suffices for a place to flop with no frills. It was in a pretty convenient place for a cruise down the main strip in Branson and a good starting point for getting to Silver Dollar City. The hotel charged us extra for my two little kids even though we marked that our kids would be with us when we paid on hotel.com. Also, the toilet handle was broken and difficult to flush. I am only 5'9 and had to lean way down to gt my head low enough to be under the shower head. I was not impressed at all.

Nice hotel, would stay at it again. Clean rooms. Beware hotels.com tells you that you can check it at anytime, not true!! The front desk closes at 11 p.m. so if you arrive later than that you have to find another hotel!

room clean,near alot of places to go and see and do.nice pool,even had a pool table to play pool!!!needed a downstairs room due to bad knees and there weren't any;when there were plenty.i realize i got a discount room;but i feel that when i explained why i needed that room i should have gotten it.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly but we did not sleep well. The beds were very uncomfortable. They had a pad that made you sweat. Mattresses were in bad shape. It took two pillows to make the thickness of one normal pillow. The shower seemed to be designed for a short person and the toilet was very small (even my short friend was uncomfortable […] using the bathroom facilities). We were booked for two nights. Ozark Valley Inn in Branson - Good location to atractions and resturants. Clean, confortable rooms, reasonable rates.

The Ozark Valley Inn was just off the busy 76 hwy. and close enough to all events. The continential breakfast was very good and all the other visitors were friendly.

Ozark Valley Hotel wasn't the greatest hotel that I have ever stayed at, but it most certainly wasn't the worst. The location was right on Shepard of the Hills Expressway so it was close to some things. The view from the room was AMAZING. The only thing that was bad was the room above us had a dog that barked and barked. I almost had to call up front […] and see if we could be moved to another room. But it finally shut up. I was very pleased with this motel. Very friendly nice location. Clean and close to a lot of things. I will stay there again.

Great location. Close to everything but away from the traffic.

While this is not like a Holiday Inn it was perfectly adequate and very reasonably priced. We booked very last minute so we were very happy to be able to get a decent room. Room was clean enough, sheets were clean. Swimming pool wasn't large, but it was nice. Outdoor jaccuzi. Conveniently located. No problems.

They were very accomodating to any special requests. They gave us adjoining rooms, showed us shortcuts to shows, let us swim a little longer than normal if we were quite, warmed the jaquzzi, etc. Breakfast room was nice, too. Loved the view from our room. We will stay there again.

Upon checking in we received an additional charge of $10 per night because our children were with us. Other hotels in the area do not charge for children. The pillows were non existent & the bed was rock hard. Service was sub-par at best. In my experience, there are many other budget hotels in Branson that would be a better choice.

We enjoyed our room for the price. The hotel staff was friendly.

This is a very nice hotel, our room was very clean, it was nice and quiet. The view was breath taking. Our host were very polite and accommodating. We would have no problem staying here again.
