very nice stay - loved the terrace and the big soft bed in my room. service was good and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was also above average.

This lovely small hotel really excels in service. They setup a great private tour guide for us, a great Turkish bath and even left a gift in our room for my birthday. The Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia are in easy walking distance as is great shopping and dining. Highly recommend and will to there again myself.

The Hotel Amira is located near all the major attractions in historic Istanbul. And the staff could not be any nicer if they tried. I recommend this hotel don't hesitate to stay in.

I hardly ever review places I've stayed, but we stayed here with Welcome Rewards nights recently and I was really impressed. From the welcome to the quality of the rooms, the breakfast and the helpful service it was top class from start to finish. It's much more intimate than your usual 5-star hotel and all the better for it. Highly recommended.

Amazing service, it the little things that count, like sitting you down after you long flight, offering turkish tea, and a personalised map for what to do and see. They were friendly and professional at all times, felt very pampered. Great breakfast bar, great free wifi connectivity. Very nice hotel, perfect location, very friendly, we got a welcome drink and 30 mn explanations about the main touristic places to visit. Possibility to book nice restaurants (Mikla for instance) from the hotel.

Amira is located in Sultanahmet, just a short walk to the Blue Mosque, Ayasofia, Hippodrome, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi palace, etc - so if that's what you are looking to see, i definitely suggest staying there (we stayed at another hotel in Nisantasi (new city) for the first few nights, before moving to Amira. Rooms are charming, cosy, and clean, staff […] are cordial and speak English, and there is a rooftop terrace in the summer perfect for a nice city view. The hotel created their own map that indicates sightseeing locations and also their recommendations for the best restaurants around (not that many in Sultanahmed; Beyoglu and to a lesser degree Nisantasi are much better for that) but we tried two of their suggestions and were not disappointed. would definitely return and would definitely recommend staying at Amira. I stayed at the Hotel Amira for a long weekend and it was excellent in every way. Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and nicely furnished, excellent breakfast and a lovely rooftop bar. The hotel offered welcome drinks and provided afternoon tea free of charge. We stayed in this hotel for 9 nights in May 2011 and were over-whelmed by the exceptional service from all staff, the wide variety of breakfast selections, the willingness of all in this beautiful city to be helpful, the close proximity to all tourist attractions and the breath-taking view from the hotel roof garden. This hotel lives up to its top-class reputation (built up over just a year), particularly due to the friendlness and helpfulness of its staff. Our only (minor) reservations were: a) the sauna is (apparently) so small that only individual bookings are accepted - and these go fast; b) the desk claims to stock useful tram jetons, but these can sell out […] early; c) our top-floor room sprang a roof-leak into the bathroom on a VERY wet day. My daughter and I stayed at the Amira for four nights. The staff was knowlegible, friendly and very helpful with suggestions and directions for restaurants, sights to see, negotiating trams, etc. The hotel is within easy walking distance from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basillica Cistern, Grand Bazaar and great Turkish restaurants. An easily accessible […] tram ride takes you to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, a pedestrian-only street with shops, restaurants, etc. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous and offers something for every taste. From the warm welcome to the time spent with staff to chart-out a personal walking tour, I could not have been happier with my choice of hotels. The location was excellent-convenient to the tram and to many of the historical locations.

This hotel was charming. A real boutique find. The sun terrace was a lovely rest from the teeming hordes and a glass of wine after a hard day's sight-seeing was v welcome.

Very good service. Attentive personnel. The check in process was seamless. Once we handed our passports to the concierge, they took us to the bar and gave us complimentary drinks while they explained a bit about the hotel and the city to us. Once we were finished we were shown directly to our room. The location of the hotel is perfect. Walking distance […] to Aya Sofia and the Blue Mosque. Overall, the staff was friendly, the rooms were aesthetically beautiful and clean. They staff even helped us get reservations in the best night spots and restaurants. Devamı

This is an very pleasant hotel in a quiet part of istanbul but within walking distance of all the main visitor attractions. The breakfast was very good. The roof terrace is a very good place to relax. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.

This was a perfect hotel. It is very clean and comfortable. They have a great roof top deck for food, drinks and enjoying the views. The hotel is conveniently located by all the attractions. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. I will stay here on my next visit to Istanbul.

Hotellet levede fuldt op til vores forventninger. Personalet var utrolig venligsindede og gjorde deres yderste for at leve op til vores forventninger. Beliggenheden var fin, området bag hotellet er charmerende med deres mange små "sydstats-hoteller" Bedre service findes ikke! Jeg kan kun anbefale hotellet!

Vi boede 4 prægtige nætter på Hotel Amira, hvor vi blev budt velkommen med te og kage og råd og vejledning omkring vort besøg i Istanbul. Værelset var godt og rent, hotellets service forbilledlig. Dejlig morgenmad og eftermiddags-te. Sjældent oplever man så venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Meget anbefalelsesværdigt.

ホテルは新しく綺麗。 スタッフも明るく、いつも爽やかです。 私たちのつたない英語力でも、一生懸命理解していただき、ホテル周辺の観光スポットやオススメ情報などをわかりやすく説明してくれました。 到着早々、飲み物のサービスがあり、無事到着できたことに白ワインで乾杯しました。 部屋の大きさはさまざまで、2部屋使用したのですが、どの部屋もセンスが良く、素敵な滞在になりました。 朝食会場もこじんまりしていますが、パンの種類が多く、朝から食べ過ぎてしまいます。 また、ブルーモスクやアヤソフィアも坂は上ることにはなりますが、５分以内で行ける好立地です。 近くにはレストランやコンビニ程度のショップもありました。 少し歩けばトラムの停留所もあり、大いに利用しました。 また、機会があれば利用したいホテルです。

Vi møtte et fantastisk hotellpersonale som var behjelpelig med rest. bestillinger, drosjebest. og anbefaling av gode restauranter. God frokost og til og med nydelig kake på gebursdagen min. Gode råd fikk vi av et alltid smilende personale.

Hotell Amira ligger sentralt plassert i gamlebyen i Istanbul med gangavstand til alle highlights. Moderne og rene, om enn litt små, rom. Deilig frokostbuffet og en meget hyggelig og imøtekommende betjening som yter service av høy kvalitet. Βολικη τοποθεσια,αριστα εκπαιδευμενο και φιλικο προσωπικο παντα προθυμο σε οτιδηποτε ερωτηθει.

Es un hotel recientemente inaugurado. Con un muy buen nivel de atención y amable servicio, hemos pasado una semana de maravilla. El desayuno buffet es completo, las habitaciones modernas, cómodas y limpias incluyen café y té, TV plasma e internet. Nos hospedamos en una suite, que además de hidromasaje y ducha doble tiene un balcón con una muy linda […] vista al Mar de Mármara. La zona es tranquila y muy bien ubicada próxima a Sultanahmed, que es donde están la mayoría de las atracciones. El precio es muy conveniente en comparación con hoteles similares y debo agradecer a todo el personal que ha colaborado mucho en hacer nuestra estadía inolvidable. Esperamos regresar pronto! Sugiero llevar un mapa impreso con la ubicación del hotel, ya que al ser tan nuevo, algunos taxistas aún no lo conocen, cosa que harán muy pronto, lo aseguro. Devamı
