I can't praise this hotel highly enough. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were also fantastic with our 10 month old baby. If this hotel is within your budget then there really is no other choice!

This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It is beautiful and perfectly placed, close to all attractions. Our room was extremely large, bed extremely comfortable and bathroom a delight. The downside, our room was on average 16 degrees which made it near impossible to shower it was so cold. When we reported this to reception we were told […] that it would be addressed however they said that due to it being very cold outside the heating was struggling, however the hotel corridors, bar, reception etc., was lovely and warm..... our problem was not rectified, which overall spoilt our stay, the only way to get warm was to get into bed. The previous time we had stayed we had again reported how cold the room was, again this had not been addressed. Like I say beautiful hotel, but take your thermals ! Devamı

Everything was really fine, service, cleanliness, location, etc. One point of improvement is that sometimes you come in and the lady at the reception does not greet you. Usually they do but I think they should pay more attention to customers, I said it to one of the receptionist as well.

We had high expectations of this hotel, which is top ranked by TripAdvisor. We were not disappointed. The rooms are very good, we had a "studio apartment" which was much larger than an ordinary hotel room. There was a seating area, work space, kitchen, big and beautiful bathroom, wardrobe etc.. If there was something missing, there were no pots and […] pans to the stove. This is probably because the hood was not connected. Cleaning the rooms were done in the afternoon, it was clean and tidy. The service was very good, we always got help when we needed it. When we would go home, we asked whether to keep the room a few hours after check-out. It was unfortunately not because they were expecting new guests. Beds and mattresses were of good quality, and fit my back well. Double beds have double duvets, I prefer simple dunes. We had replaced blanket :-) The fitness room could have been better, it was just a treadmill and strength equipment. The location could not be better, right in the heart of a great city. In Riga standards, this is the upper price range. No budget winner. All in all, this is a hotel that is recommended. Devamı

In all travels throughout Latvia this was the most wonderful hotel that we stayed in. The hotel was beautiful throughout, no just the common areas, the food was very tasteful and the staff exceptional. We made this hotel our home base and they kept our extra luggage whenever we traveled to other cities and countries. Neiburgs is in the middle of Old […] Riga, right next to Doma Church and all the activities; i.e. Opera House, Parks & shops. The hotel rooms are equipped with a refrigerated, microwave, dishwasher, & dishes. It was truly a memorable stay! All my family were very impressed. Devamı

after the long journey, impolite receptionist girl made me very upset, but apart from her, everything was great. I don't understand why this excellent hotel need to hire impolite girl for the front.

Very spacious room. I stayed in a 2-level suite with kitchenette. Great location near everything you'd want to walk to in Riga. Helpful hotel staff. Buffet breakfast included. Delicious food in their restaurant.

In the old part of Riga Hotel Neiburgs is a cosy, not-too-big hotel with friendly staff and spacious rooms equiped with kitchenette. I can recommend for business travellers aswell for those having holidays. I think I have never before had such a good sleep in hotel: the bed was superb and it was so quiet. The only negative thing was my keycard: after […] having a second one it still did not work but I was not travelling alone so my travellingcompanion was the one lettings us into the elevator and into the room. In a perfect spot near the center of Riga's old town. Rooms and common areas are beautiful and comfortable. And the restaurant is so good that we ate there twice.

I travel all over the world. Haven't been this pleased with a hotel in a while. Great location. Very modern hotel. Perfect service. Breakfast is fantastic. Internet works well. Price was right. Nothing to complain about really.

A brand new, very comfortable hotel with modern design. Delicious breakfast, unfortunately no fresh juice. People say their restaurant is one of BIT, but had other places to go, so couldn't try it.

perfect location in middle of Riga old town - staff very helpful and friendly - building is beautifully restored Art Nouveau building - reception/restaurant/lounge area very modern and stylish - rooms are large with huge, comfy beds, kitchen and lounge area and stylish bathrooms - overall I'd highly recommend this hotel...you'd pay three times as much […] for something this stylish elsewhere in Europe! The lobby and rooms look like they were just renovated yesterday. Sparkling clean and modern, but still maintaining the charm of the Old Town. The staff was extremely helpful and efficient. breakfast was nice. We were a group of 5. We stayed in 3 rooms for 3 nights and all agreed we would absolutely stay again if/when we return to Riga.

I spent two nights in Riga following a conference - it was not very good weather and I was minorly ill & what really saved my mini break was how lovely this hotel was and how helpful the staff. The hotel is gorgeous inside and out - a refurbished art deco building the tour groups outside stop at - and the hotel bedroom somehow combined having a mini […] kitchen of very high quality with still feeling like a luxurious boutique hotel room - quite a trick. The staff spoke fantastic English and did their best to put me straight on taxis, maps etc. But the best of all is the restaurant which is fantastic , packed full of locals and very good value for top class food. They don;t tell you but you can in fact ask for the food to be delivered to your room tho there's no menu there. Slightly annoying, but it's lightyears from stale hotel food. The only othr problem is that it's pedestrianised taxis have to stop about 50 yards away. Altogether very highly recommended! Devamı

Breakfast does not quite reach the quality of the hotel. No parking, no access by car to the entrance, or if there is it is difficult to find. Very limited number of TV channels.

VERY VERY WELL DESIGNED, WAS SIMPLY GREAT ROOM AND STUNNING HOTEL. THE AREA IS ALSO VERY GOOD IN THE OLD TOWN 5 MIN. WALK TO THE RIVER. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND , ONE THING THEY SHOULD IMPROVE IS THE BREAKFAST... ENJOY.

I changed my hotel from hotel Metropol to hotel Neiburg. It was the best decision. The hotel is beautiful , and affordable. The staff are very helpful and proffesional. Alle 6 var svært fornøyde med oppholdet på Neiburg - store hyggelige rom, hyggelige mennesker i resepsjonen og behagelig atmosfære. Et lite minus var at baren stengte kl. 23 hver kveld, kunne vært hyggelig å ta en drink når vi kom tilbake til hotellet omtrent på den tiden.Neiburg er ikke en bomaskin men et hotell med sjel og ligger midt i hjertet av […] gamlebyen. Alt var bra der i mars 2012. Eneste minus var at det fredag og lørdag kveld var noe støy fra en nattklubb i nærheten. Denne holdt det gående til kl. 06 på morgenen, ikke for å skremme, men det var til å leve med

Vi bodde i et studio delux rom som var kjempestort og veldig hyggelig , med kjøkkenkrok, sofagruppe, stort badekar og alt hva man trenger .Topp moderne og smakfullt ned til minste detalj - alt i Art nouveau stil. Høyt under taket og med lysekrone. Dette var verdt det lille ekstra det kostet for et slikt rom. Utvilsomt et av av de flotteste hotellene […] i Riga. Ligger også midt i smørøyet med kort gangavstand til alt i gamlebyen. Veldig hyggelig restaurant / frokostsal.. Restauranten var en gourmetopplevelse, mens frokosten var ganske ordinær. Eneste lille minuset ved rommet var at sengene var litt vel harde, men vi la noen tepper under lakenet så var det ordnet.. Velger du dette hotellet skal det mye til for ikke å bli fornøyd. Vil også anbefale at man bor i gamlebyen - det er der det er noe spennende å se og oppleve. Anbefaler også TAKA spa som ligger 10 minutters gange fra hotellet - en utrolig opplevelse. Devamı

Готов присоедениться ко многим отзывам - что отель весьиа удобен. Больше всего понравился размер номера. просторно и уютно. Хорошая сантехника. Чуть жестковатая кровать. Из минусов - за четыре дня не разу не мыли пол в номере. В первый день осталось на полу несколько капель от раствора для линз. Так и не смыли их. Не плохая сауна - если прогреют за […] ранее. Devamı

Beläget i centrum av "the old town" och med sevärdheter, restauranger och mysiga caféer som man når med bara ett par steg. Fantastiska rum som varierar i storlek men med hög standard. Sköna sängar att sova ut i efter promenader på gamla stans kullerstenar. Litet spa med torr- och ångbastu och minimalt gym. (Ett "bubbelbad" hade inte varit så dumt.). […] Tjusig lobby med direkt anslutning till bar och restaurang. Hit återvänder vi gärna. Devamı

Vi fikk et forholdsvis lite, men flott hotellrom i gamlebyen i Riga. Alt var luksuriøst og delikat og betjeningen var serviceinnstilt. Området rundt hotellet var utrolig koselig og det var kort vei til alt. Lite trafikk utenfor i de smale, brosteinsbelagte gatene så vi fikk absolutt sove om natten- og om dagen, hvis vi trengte det:) Hvis jeg skal påpeke […] en liten ting så må det være at sengen var så som så...ellers var alt prima! Var gjester ved hotellet 4 netter i slutten av oktober. Svært fornøyd med rommet som hadde god plass for oss tre jenter. (Mamma og to døtre på spatur) Rommet var komfortabelt med alt vi trengte for å ha noen luksusdager i Riga. I tillegg ble vi møtt med smilende og hyggelige resepsjonsansatte. God service, god frokost og fin beliggenhet i gamlebyen. […] Vi kommer gjerne tilbake og anbefaler også andre hotell Neiburgs og Riga! Devamı

Hei Fikk anbefalt hotellet av andre så da jentegjengen skulle på tur , valgte vi Neiburgs . Dette angret vi ikke på - flott beliggenhet og fine rom. Etter en lang dag i Jurmala prøvde vi også restauranten til middag på kvelden. Nydelig mat og flott service . Et hotell vi ikek har problemer med og anbefalle andre . Mvh Fram veterandamer

Pent og delikat hotel. Fin og skjermet beliggenhet i gamlebyen. Serviceinstilt personale og rolig atmosfære. Enkel og god frokost.

Fint hotell med topp beliggenhet og store rom. Kjenner meg ikke igjen i at servicen skulle være så bra for den var kun middels og noen av resepsjonistene var ikke hjelpsomme i det hele tatt. Det var også lite utvalg ved frokosten.

Stort flott rom, mjuk og god seng. Sofaer og flatskjerm tv på veggen. Stor bad med badekar for to. :) Morgenkåper, tøfler og baderomsartiklar som bestod av en deilig spa-mineral serie! Deilig frukostbuffe. Berre eit par minutters gange til alt; Dei beste restaurantane, supershopping og flott arkitektur! Hyggeleg betjening!

Olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä hotellin sijaintiin, palveluihin ja huoneiden kokoon. Yllätyimme positiivisesti ympäristön siisteydestä. Negatiivisena huomiona voisi mainita sen, että kadunpuolen huoneisiin kuuluin yöllä melua kadulta. Suosittelen mielellään hotellia.

Su ubicación no puede ser mejor. Estando en la terraza del restaurante puedes pensar que estas en un pequeño plató de rodaje solo con observar la calle. La funcionalidad del hotel no esta reñida con el estilo. Su majestuosa fachada esconde una estupenda comodidad en sus apartamentos. Muy buena elección.

Hotell Neiburgs svarte til forventningene. Store flotte rom (leilighet), god mat og hjelpsomt personale. Et klart førstevalg!
