Would not have wanted to stay anywhere else on riverwalk. Location was perfect as easy access to river and close to all the action but situated on quiet section of river for relaxing less congested travel. Excellent free breakfast and managers reception. This place is awesome,directly on river walk. Great hot break,bacon,sausage fresh made omelets, even reception two hours free drinks, Three room suites two tv,s and I could go on and on. It's great

Nice and convenient to the Alamo & River walk. Was surprized by the $27 + tax for 24 hr parking.

Our fi rst time to San Antonio. Very old city, Riverwalk was nice. After seeing the Alamo and Riverwalk there wasn't anything else that interested us. So we left town and wound up in Gruene (30miles out) an authentic Texan Town. WONDERFUL! I should have stayed at one of their bed and breakfasts! There are other small towns to visit and Im sure other […] areas to really explore Texas. San Antonio is out for me. Devamı

This is a beautiful hotel and has a great staff! The breakfast was not as good as expected, but adequate. It was a great location to access the riverwalk and downtown.

We are in San Antonio often and stay in the Riverwalk area whenever we can. Have stayed in the Crockett, La Mansion, Emily Morgan, Gunter and the Hilton Palacios. This new recently built Embassy Suites is the best we have sampled so far. Superior condition, location, and service from the staff. Luke's, the in house oyster bar is a perfect place for […] a light dinner on the river without the crowds and long waiting periods of the other popular spots just a few minutes further down on the river. For those coming to attend a theatre event at the Majestic this the perfect choice. Only the coffee needs improvement but luckily there is a Starbucks nearby. Devamı

Our stay at the Embassy Suites Riverwalk Hotel was very enjoyable. The staff was extremely nice and everyone went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The buffet breakfast was great - everything you could want, including cooked-to-order omelets. And the nightly manager's reception, with food and drinks, was much more than expected. Breakfast was awesome. Omlets made to order. Only downside was night desk was not too friendly. Room was very comfortable but shower pressure was bad and no fan in bathroom. Would stay here again for sure.

Hotel stay was great, had a problem during the night but the manager was prompt to solve the issue. Management was very professional . I will definetly stay there again.

could not have asked for anything more location was great, right on the river 2 hours of free food and drink every evening was unexpected along with the great cook to order breakfest this hotel is deffently woth it and we will return on our next visit

I had stayed at this hotel a year ago and liked it, which is why I chose to book it again. This year, it wasn't half as nice, though. We first received a room that didn't have any daylight at all and was looking down into the lobby. In addition, it hadn't been vacuumed properly and there was still trash in the trashcans. We were able to change rooms, […] the second room was a lot better, but there were still issues. The bathroom floor had dirt smears on it (I didn't bother calling the front desk again burt rather wiped it up myself with some antibacterial wipes)and this room looked out onto the pool. Unfortunately, there was a large group of teenagers staying at the hotel at the same time we did and they were extremely noisy in the pool late at night, so we weren't able to go to sleep. Their teacher didn't do anything about it and I had to call the front desk after 11 o'clock ( which is when the pool officially closed) to ask them to get the kids out of the pool. I think they should have had security tell the kids it was time to get their things and leave shortly before closing time!!! Also, I think they need to decide what tiype of customers they want to attract! Devamı

The hotel was in a very good location. The river walk was just steps away. Places to eat were everywhere. The hotel hand place to eat named Luke, the had a great happy hour. Only 2 compaints: 1-They ran out of postage stamps, 2 - The breakfast staffing was slim so it took a while to find a clean table. Other that that we had a great time.

It was a great weekend getaway! We were loved everything about this place. The room service, staff and especially the managers reception were great. Seems like a great place for families even though we were kid free for the weekend we were there. Only bad thing I could say was the LUKE restaurant had a very odd menu and decor. Hotel was great only small issue with ac in room. wish they would provide maps marking this is where your hotel is and how to get from there to riverwalk or other attractions the road can get very confusing. Overall would stay there again.

The hotel was very clean, comfy. The rooms are very spacious and perfect location for San Antonio Riverwalk. Already making plans for another visit, and will be staying there again.

It was a gorgeous hotel but it is quite a ways from the restaurants and clubs on the river walk, staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and had a huge variety of food

I would reccomnd this hotel to anyone. I would rate it 4 out 5.

2nd stay in 2 months. Great value for my needs.

This was one of the greatest hotel experiences we've ever had. Everything about our stay from the check-in process to checkout was A-1. A magnificent suite, delicious cooked to order breakfast, relaxing evening cocktails, and attentive, courteous service was provided by every staff member we came in contact with.

I couldn't have been more pleased with my stay. A very nice hotel, in all regards. Keep up the good work.

The location was great and we did not need a car. The breakfast was fabulous but the afternoon buffet was especially nice. This hotel really made our trip.

Good food, loved the hot breakfast. Great room size. Got the corner suite as suggested, it was bigger than my first apartment! We enjoyed it very much. Stayed on the 17th floor and enjoyed the street view. Had asked for a riverwalk view but when we got there were corner suites had only street views.

We came to see the Christmas lights and caroling on the Riverwalk in San Antonio for a weekend. The staff very nicely relocated my daughter's family to the same floor I was on after a mix up in the reservation request. The manager's Happy Hour was a nice touch after the long drive up. Stayed on a Friday night, check-in was a breeze and room exceeded expectations! Enjoyed the Managers Happy Hour with complimentary drinks and the free breakfast buffet. Didn't have any waiting in line or seating problems as others have mentioned. We had a great time. Location was ideal to allow a morning outing, back to the room for naps for the kids,and then back again in the evening. Our suite was also perfect to allow kids to go to bed but allow parents to stay up and chat. Service was good. Amenities were excellent.
