We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were in town for my nephews graduation @ Lackland AF base. The staff was super professional. Breakfast was good and filling. Only complaint was I liked the egg patties better than the scrambled ones. Room was nice, roomy, modern and bright. Hotel was convenient to everything including base, downtown, malls, Walmart […] (lol) restaurants(try the 54st grill next door) and airport. The entire staff including the maids were nice. The hotel was great. When i came I figured that it would be crowded with children due to the location being close to Seaworld but it wasn't. It never was overcrowded, even at breakfast. The only negative things I have to say is the pool is really small and the parking lot needs to be monitored. People from the bar and grill next door park at the hotel […] leaving no room for the hotel guest. Besides that is a great place to stay. Devamı

This place was awesome clean,close to access road , easy to find. Theirs stores such as Walmart,Academy,Banks-Wells Fargo and Chase there in the same area. Five min away from Sea World .Great location!

Upon arrival front desk staff was very helpful. I was given room on the 4th floor not to thrilled about that when there was plenty of other open rooms. However I smiled and accepted. I like SpringHill Suites because of the spacious rooms and awesome colors. I was a little unhappy when I was not able to hook my laptop up to tv through little aux box. […] I asked front desk if maintenance guy could come take a look. He determined that box was not functioning properly and said that he would get hotel to switch me rooms. I was switched to room right next door which was convient so I didn't have to haul luggage all over the place. I was very happy until finding out the aux box did not work either. Devamı

Everything was good except for the breakfast. The eggs and bacon were cold on the first morning. The second morning it was better.

This hotel was great! Very clean, staff was super nice & helpful and great location! Several restaurants & fast food nearby and just a hop/skip/jump from Sea World. My daughter loved the indoor pool. Will definitely stay here again.

Overall we were satisfied. Great value. I think if it were not for the parking problems, we would be raving about the hotel. The hotel is next door to 54th St Grill and a sign at the restaurant encourages patrons to use the hotel's parking lot. This is probably not a big deal, but for 2 of the 3 nights we were there the hotel parking lot was full without […] a place to park. When I asked the front desk about where to park, the answer was "We can't do anything about it. If you park in an undesignated space, you might get a ticket." This was given with a very sarcastic "Sorry--you can talk to the manager if you want to." I noticed other patrons complaining about this to the desk staff and it was obvious the staff had become accustomed to this complaint as they were very nonchalant in the response that patrons could be ticketed if they parked illegally (curb, handicap zone, etc). It appeared that the manager could care less about this aspect of his/her hotel. Unfortunate. Otherwise, had a nice room, fair breakfast, and great location. Devamı

Hotel is conveniently located close to Sea World and shopping malls and restaurants. It's clean and pretty good in general. However, I was disappointed by the included breakfast, it provides you the tons of calories (carbs and fats) you need, but it doesn't taste good. Nice hotel, room service came by really late and the pool was emitting fumes of chlorine. parking was hard to find. But overall would stay there again. I think it was just a very busy weekend because of the Spring breakers.

It is generally good! The only thing is for breakfast, the oatmeal is kind of not hot enough, the bacon is overcooked. Otherwise, it is a good hotel.

If anyone who worked there had to sleep on the pullout couch bed they would get new ones. They were absolutely terrible. They also need new cribs as they only had 4 for the whole hotel and one was broken! The pool was closed two of the days we were there. There was also no manager on duty at nights.

The Hotel is an upgraded motel, I like the modern touches that it had in lobby and room. However, the lobby was tight. People fight over breakfast. The mechanical room of elevator stinks fluids.The room was well planned nice and bright. The vanity light never worked. There was a few stains on the floor (carpet). We really liked the modern touches but […] what really ruined the experience is the cheap mattress. For $30 extra per night we could have moved up to a resort with full service. We thought the hotel was just perfect. It was very close Lackland AFB where our son was graduating from basic training. We stayed for almost a week. The hotel was very clean, the staff was great. The breakfast was good and the restaurant next door was incredible! The pool was nice and clean. The hotel was close to the Airport and downtown as well. We were in the area for our daughter's AF Graduation. We booked a two bed suite and found we had plenty of room for our family of 4. At one time we had our daughter plus 5 others in the room at one time visiting (10 total people) and we never felt we were crammed in the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast area did fill up quickly during […] our stay but we did notice there were several other AF families staying also so everyone was trying to eat breakfast about the same time, but again it was very good. We enjoyed our 3 night stay. I am a Springhill fan because they make it easier for us to travel with 3 children. The place was busy!! Many families were staying for Air Force graduation. Even with a lot of people in the place, we had a restful sleep. My only complaints are not enough parking, and a kid who was stomping around on the floor above us. […] We found that hotels.com had a better rate than the marriot page. This hotel is approximately 2-3 miles from Lackland AFB and as a result, if they have military personnel who need a room or need to extend their stay, you run the likelihood of being bumped. Yes, this happened to my daughter who reserved a room, and to me in a fashion. When I arrived, I was not given the room that I'd reserved(a double queen), but was […] given a single queen. (Um, hello, we ordered a double queen because that's what we needed!) When my daughter arrived (having made her reservation well in advance), she was told they no longer had a room for her. We chose this hotel because it is close to Lackland AFB, we were there to see our son graduate from basic training. He asked for homemade cookies. We flew to San Antonio and I did not want to carry cookies through airports while changing flights. I contacted the hotel before our arrival and asked if I could have a package delivered. Of course. It happened […] that my son's graduation was delayed another week. The hotel graciously stored the cookies for us until we returned the following week. This hotel is close to shopping areas (we bought snacks), historic San Antonio, the Riverwalk, and the air force base. We took advantage of visiting the wineries in nearby Fredricksburg. So we were able to purchase a couple of bottles and enjoy them later in our room. Which made the room's refrigerator and microwave convenient for us. For those with green thumbs, Wildseed Farms is 6 miles out of Fredricksburg. The breakfast was very good. It was a very enjoyable stay. Clean rooms, affordable rates Devamı

The hotel was great and everything was amazing. The staff was polite and helpful. The only complaint I probably had was that one of my rooms was ready 2 hours AFTER the check-in time... But other than that I loved the hotel. It was beautiful and I'd definitely come back again if I visit San Antonio again.

The hotel is quite modern and looks new. Unfortunately, the customer service is not so good. We had asked for a Crib 2 nights in a row and we were told that we needed to remind them all day because otherwise the crib will be assigned to another room... The hotel was great. The location was very convenient, the room was nice and breakfast was even pretty good. The one complaint I would have is that there is not enough parking. The last thing we wanted to do after a day of themeparks or bowl games was drive around for 15 minutes looking for a parking spot. I loved every moment of the stay. The rooms are great. I love the layout of the two separate bath areas. The staff was very nice. Great price for a great room. Kept very clean and smells great too.

My family and I enjoyed the hotel. It is minutes from Sea World, they serve hot breakfast every morning, indoor pool. The only complait that I have is that the beds were uncomfortable and we had a huge carpet stain on the floor. Not exactly what we were expecting when we arrived. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. The rooms are comfortable and modern. The WiFi was pretty slow. We found that using our 3G on phones and other devices was more accomodating. The breakfast was terrible for the most part. The indoor pool was fun! We really enjoyed sitting outside with other guests in their outdoor sitting areas.

My husband and I took our grandson to Seaworld. It was very close to there. The Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was nice and clean in the room. Would go back again.
