The service was poor room service never picked up and the staff ignored you. We had a pool view but woken every. Morning at 5am with children screaming in pool until gone 11pm at nite. It is a taxi drive to the main shops not a walk and we had to wait 45 minnutes for a taxi the restaurant was hot with no aircon and only food catered for is asian

The hotel is nice and looked like the photo's BUT the rooms were much smaller than what they showed and as nice as it was the rooms looked very tired and ready for a revamp. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were absolutely gorgeous and the service was fantastic. So besides the rooms needing a freshen up our stay was great.

I have visited Bali many times but usually stay in Villas or 5 star but as this was a quick weekend away for 4 nights we chose to go for something a little cheaper. We were a little surprised actually as the hotel was nice, tidy and breakfast selection was good. The bed however was hard hard hard and the bali massage was a necessity rather than a luxury. […] The pool needs a little attention in the cleaning area but overall was pleasant. Just got back from stayin at Bali Kuta Resort a few days ago, it was very quiet, some days we had the pool to ourselves! Staff were always friendly and helpful. For the cheap price of this hotel it was so worth it, definately go back. Buffet breakfast was delicious, wide variety of foods. 5 minute walk to main kuta street and clubs. I've stayed in expensive […] villas and the only thing different is your rooms are a lot smaller, but they are clean and comfortable. Tiny bit of traffic noise but thats Bali at any hotel with all the scooters. Absolutely loved it! If you are single and looking for a busy hotel to meet other people at happy hour, I wouldnt suggest this hotel, but we wanted something quiet, but then it was so close to Kuta when we wanted to go out clubbing it wasn't far away. Our room faced the street and the noise was really anoying. We asked the front desk to change our room for a room facing the pool insteado of the street and they wanted to charge us extra money despite that the hotel occupancy was less than 50%. I think that was roude and any other hotel would have changed us inmediatley if we let them feel how uncomfortable […] we were with all that noise. The Hotel is very quiet and walking distance to most places. The pool area is great with a nice swim up pool bar and very friendly staff. A very good place to stay in Bali.

We originally were in 2 rooms close to the road but the traffic noise was too loud, requested rooms away from road & were relocated on the spot. Staff were very professional although some were not very fluent in english (which of course is their 2nd language). The hotel was nice enough in appearance, however that is where the experience falls apart. On arrival we were given an incorrect room (not the upgraded one we paid for) and were subsequently moved to a "superior poolside room". What a grave error. It was by far the loudest room I have ever stayed in in my life. We were situated right next to the lobby […] were not only the guests but the staff were extremely noisy. To add to that we were opposite the elevators, and heard every piece of luggage delivered by the worlds most decrepit trolleys. 10 minute walk to central Kuta, 20 mins to Matarhari shopping centre, Great pool and 50% off happy hour. Good quality breakfast and wifi works well. Fantastic staff and good choice of movie channels. Taxis are easy to catch out front of Hotel.

Me and my boyfriend stayed in junior suite for 9 days and the stay was very pleasant.Hotel very clean inside out and service was great.King size bed was very comfortable.Hotel is located in side street with lot of traffic but we hired a scooter and it was very easy to get around as everything is close.If you like to walk then everything is about 15-20 […] min away.The bad thing about the hotel was restaurant food at Pink pepper.Breakfast is not that good.maybe not my taste but very differnt than what western people are used to. not just the hotel everywhere in Bali.If u plan on drinking at the hotel is still cheap but you would be better off getting youn own bottle prior to coming there. room service is yum and fast.pool is also nice but buliding very tall so not always sunny. Poor front desk service, small rooms, overall the hotel had a feeling of a cheap holiday circa 1982!!! A bit worried about the pool when certain "guests" drank liters of Bintang beer, but did not leave the pool to use the toilets......what where they doing I ask! I know I did not let my kids swim!!!!

Staff at the hotel were very helpful. The hotel is situated about 10 min away from the main strip in Kuta. We found this really great as it kept us away from the crowds but still close enough to get to quickly. The hotel food wasn't the best but was palatable. The quality of our room was high and was nice and cool in the hot weather. I would recommend […] this hotel to those who are looking for accommodation close to Kuta but away from the hustle and bustle. It is safe and nice for families, couples and the older crowd. The Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly, on arrival we had a slight problem on check but it was sorted straight away. It was a slight walk to the main area of Kuta but it was also good because you are away from all the noise and hustle and bustle. Overall it was a most enjoyable stay and i would recommend this hotel.

Kuta Was a cultural shock, and like most reviews written on here, the complaint about footpaths was hard to understand until you get there. The hotel was lovely although one half seems unfinished, and humidity of course plays havoc with paint which can give it a worn look for the upper areas externally. It's situated close to Kuta easily walking distance. Pro's -Lovely […] sized room in the suite, the polished porcelain floors everywhere looked attractive. Rooms had 2 aircons which made them fantastic to return too after a hot days stroll around kuta. -Pool was comforting, clean and has its own pool bar with great 2 for 1 happy hour deals 5-7 -Their meal pricing where about average for the area, but the service at the restaurant was fantastic, the staff aimed to please. - Hotel was far enough away from the street that it was quiet and plenty silent for sleeping at night. ` Free Wifi ~ Breakfast was a nice buffet selection of everything, although missed having pork bacon. CONS ` No Wifi in our room, it seemed the hotspot was in the lobby and did not extend well through the stone walls ~ The footpaths surrounding the hotel are dreadful and dangerous to walk on often missing covers to the drains. Now this is not really the hotels fault, just be prepared if your choosing to stay here and walking about, use the back alleys when you can, Kuta roads can be very busy. ~ Pillows in the rooms were too high and overstuffed, but that can just be a personal preference Devamı

Im sorry to say we were not impressed. We booked this room last minute as we decided to arrive in bali a day earlier than planned. After a long trip from NZ we finally got to the hotel, only to be told that they did not have our booking..even though we had already paid! We were told that the hotel was fully booked but after an hour waiting in the hot […] lobby at 10.30pm, i had to request for a welcome drink. A room was eventually found for us although it was not the one that we had booked online. Room was clean and bed comfortable. The breakfast buffet in the morning was revolting! Served in a non air conditioned area. The rooms all faced towards each other which was awful since it was raining and the balcony was tiny. We were very glad to be leaving this hotel after our one night stay and were very happy at our new hotel for the rest our 8 night holiday. Devamı

Unless your in an expensive suit your stuck in a ground floor tiny room off reception. not only do you get people constantly walking by, you cant open your glass doors, or your curtains. I booked this hotel specifically b/c it advertised a fitness center and wireless internet. The hotel DID NOT have a fitness center and when I inquired about it their response was that it was being built however it did not specify that on the website. They also did not have the steam room or sauna as advertised. They couldn't even show me the fitness […] center that was being built. The wireless internet was very slow and spotty in the rooms. This was more like a really good 3star than a 4star hotel. We booked a standard room which was fully booked when we arrived but they kindly upgraded us to a junior suite which was really nice. The junior suite's decor was not really to my taste but thats personal. The bathroom smelt of urine and cigarettes and stayed during the whole duration of our […] stay. The room did not have a safe and when we requested one they said they were limited and offered the main reception one for our valuables. They said there is a security camera in reception but I still did not feel safe so we just locked our suitcase with our valuables in it every time we left our room. PROS: The breakfast was good quality. The pool is really nice. The staff were nice. The fact they upgraded us. CONS: More like 10-15 walk to the beach than the 5mins advertised. They do have a free shuttle service but it was inconvenient hours for late risers like us (8am, 10am and then 15pm). To get to the beach you have to turn right out of the hotel and the road is really badly paved with wobbly bricks which can be especially dangerous at night as only car lights light up the road. This of course is not the hotel's fault but we did not like walking down this road to and from the beach. DIRECTIONS TO BEACH: Turn right of hotel and at end of road turn right. Keep walking, walking...if you see lots of shops on either side you're going in the right direction..keep walking and you'll soon hit it. That road is probably 10mins long. I wouldn't recommend this hotel purely because I don't think its worth the price and the location is a bit far from the beach, but it really is a nice okay hotel. No major problems, just the walk and road outside it. Devamı

Quite a walk to Kuta. The food at the resort(if you can call it that) was not good. The pool was not very appealing with the green tiles. Customer Service did not seem very interested in us. I wouldn't stay there again.

if you want english or american breakfast its the wrong hotel, about 2 kilometers to kuta beach on the worst footpaths you could imagine,overall the staff were very good but the hotel is not 4 star it could do with a good spruce up.Value for money i would give it 3 out of 5.

Not enough lighting in the bedroom. There is no light provided at the writing table. Have to depend on the light emitted from the bathroom, bed lamps and wardrobe lighting. Service from the waiters/waittress at the Pink & Pepper restaurant is poor. Food range limited.

Welcoming drinks upon arrival was nice, breakfast selection was really various and rich, swimming pool was convenient. Service was great and fast, but the neighborhood of the hotel is not that pleasant and the distance to the beach is not that close for walking.

My partner and i stayed in a pool view suite for 7 nights and we had a lovely experience. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was average but the food in the restaurant was excellent we ate in 3 nights because it was just so great! If your after something cheap but comfortable, this is the hotel to stay at, service is pretty terrible, you could sit around the pool area all day and not one person would ask you if you would like a drink or anything. This is the first time I've visited Bali. I have heard mixed reveiws from people I know and have also read hotel reviews on the internet. The main reason I end up chosing this hotel was based on price and the pictures of the hotel on the internet. (Cleaniness of the hotel room is a major factor). We (3 adults) stayed at Bali Kuta Resort for 6 days. […] There was a small complication when we checked into the hotel. We've booked a Superior Room online and paid the price for 3 adults. When we arrived at the hotel to check in, reception clerk said the Superior Room was too small and are unable to fit an extra bed for the 3rd adult. They were later kind enough to upgrade us to a one-bedroom suite for no extra cost (I would hate to have find out then and there if there were any hidden charges as we have fully paid for 3 adults). The room was very clean and modern, with all the necessary amenities provided. WIFI access in the room was free and fast (which was a bonus!). Hotel staff are polite and attentive, especially the housekeeping staff (they always stop what they were doing when we walked pass and always greets us with a smile). The hotel has a spa/massage facility which I would recommend to everyone. Even though it is more than what you would pay elsewhere in Bali, it is worth it. The hotel's food and drinks are reasonably priced and the quality acceptable. If I must give a negative feedback then it would be the location of the hotel. The hotel is located on a small street, about 5mins walking distance to the main road, however the footpath is poorly maintained. There are many broken water drains on the footpath which is hazardous to footpath users, especially at night when there are not enough street lights. This is not a fault to the hotel but the local authorities however I thought to indicate this to future hotel guests. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay in Bali and at this hotel. I would be happy to stay at this hotel again next time I visit Bali and would not hesi Devamı

Really nice place, with excellent customer service. All the staff were always really happy and friendly. We had 3 rooms and 1 toilet got clogged and one shower also got blocked, but these were fixed straight away and it was no issue. Area is safe and its easy to get a scooter or taxi to where ever you want to go. Walk the little side streets as you […] will be sure to find a shortcut. We were a group of young partygoers and this hotel didnt have the atmosphere we were hoping. The average age was a bit more than us. In first days the funny Karaoke of yours at the first floor made me mad! It was very funny that your colleagues put a loud noisy Karaoke which was bothering us in 5th floor! I had to ask it in 3 constant nights to reduce that noisy voice of the Karaoke. Furthermore, a miracle of them quite disappointed me. Just imagine that after a whole day swimming […] in ocean and an oily massage you come back to your room with very tired condition and suddenly you discovered that your room does not have hot water !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I believe that having hot water is the most basic service even in 1 star hotels!!! The funniest point is that, I spoke to the hotel manager and she said me that the hot water will be open in 1 hour!!!! I am wondering how I could ask my wife to wait hot water to be open for 1 hour in the bath room of a 4 star hotel !!! .
