Fiyat ve kalite açısından beklentileri karşılayan, rahat ve konforlu bir otel.. Zengin açık büfe kahvaltıları ve business lounge'daki ücretsiz içki-snack servisleri etkileyiciydi.. Ayrıca tüm personel son derece güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi, özellikle resepsiyon görevlisi Mr. Nathanieel konaklamamız süresince bizlere çok yardımcı oldu, kendisine ve emeği geçen herkese bir kere daha çok teşekkürler...

Ortalama maliyetle 4 yıldız bir otelde konaklamak istiyorsanız bu oteli tercih edebilirsiniz. Odaları geniş ve temiz. Yetişkin çocuğu olup ekstra yatak nasıl olur diye düşünmeyin, deluxe odada bulunan yatakların aynısını koyuyorlar. Otelin kendi taksi servisini biz çok rahat kullandık. Personel gerçekten çok yakın ve sıcak kanlı. Alış veriş merkezlerine 10-15 dakika taksi mesafesinde. Ancak taksi ücretleri çok düşük olduğu için sorun değil. Biz üçgün kaldık ve genelde memnun olarak ayrıldık.

Otelin konumu ve odaların temizliği harika, odalar hergün temizlendi, personel güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Ayrıca metro 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde olması çok iyi. Burj Al Arab ve plajada taksi ile 10 dk mesafede, fiyatına göre cok kaliteli bir otel.

The densely packed skyscrapers along this busy highway thin out slightly through New Dubai, a residential and commercial zone of malls, golf courses, art galleries and nightspots. The green expanses of Safa Park are popular with local families while the Mall of the Emirates has an indoor ski slope. Further south, the Golf and Diamond Park offers guided factory tours. Off Intersection 5, Dubai Marina is surrounded by luxury developments.

Thank you very much for your review. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay and we would like to apologize for the service shortfalls you encountered. We would, however, like to respectfully point out that we do have flowers and pictures in our lobby and that our Pub recently won the award for "Best Pub Grub in Dubai";. Also, as our bathtubs are free-standing, the possibility that water splashes out can, of course, not entirely be ruled.

Hotel was excellently situated close Jumeirah beach and a 5 minute walk to th metro. The staff hotel and stay was excellent. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone considering it.

In regards to the location, it obviously depends on where in Dubai you want to be. We are 5 minutes from the nearest Metro station, and 10 minutes walk from Dubai Marina. We also provide twice daily shuttles to various malls and the beach. We were sorry to hear that you did not find the location suitable for your purposes, but do hope that we will be able to welcome you back in the future if business or pleasure takes you to our part of Dubai.

a very difficult hotel to get to by taxi as there is a very complex road system. also a lot of building work in surrounding area causing traffic diversions. room was nice, although annoyed we were locked out after breakfast and returning at 11am even though checkout was at 12midday close to metro station, about 20 minutes to beach via metro station […] to cross road Devamı

It's a shame that a five start hotel doesn't have free access to internet, having to buy a tickets each time that you want to connect. This reduces considerably the quality of the services. The Swimming pool it's another big lack, there is always shadow, obviously is in the middle of the building. But this is not so easy to fix than the first one. […] Regards Devamı

As you pointed out re. our pool, there is not much we can do, however, many guests actually like the fact that the area provides a shady bathing experience. We stayed in a 1 bed apartment, it was a smaller than others we've stayed at. I would say the hotel just scrapes a 5 star. The price was amazing but probably due to the fact there was still a lot of construction in the area. We however would not stay at the hotel again as they or the company they use for their visa process are awfull and caused us considerable […] problems, We have arranged visas with 5 other hotels in Dubai over the last 2 years and had never had a problem, just this hotel seemed not to be able to offer a good service. Beautiful 5* hotel. Very comfortable apartment. Classy fixtures & fittings with excellent room service. All the concierge were very helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely stay at this hotel in the future.

First class service all the way. Rudy at the front desk was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble (Thanks Rudy). Breakfast is a must, cheap with a good variety. Pity the hotel was so far out of town although they do have a free shuttle twice daily. Not a thing within walking distance.

"Kanon hotell!"
Vi trivdes mycket bra på Bonninton. Gratis shuttle till många ställen, tog bara 10-15 min att gå till stranden. Vi åker gärna tillbaka, trevlig personal o mycket fint hotell, bra mat (något dyr frukost dock). Bra pool, uppvärmd! We like it!

Dette hotellet ligger ganske øde til, kun en supermarked i nærheten. Hadde forventet mye bedre service, finere lobby, bedre mat på restauranten når det er en 5 stjerners hotell. Vi ble lurt av hotellet, altså vi betalte for et rom vi aldri fikk. De hadde ikke flere igjen av de rommene fikk vi beskjed om, og fikk et dårligere romtype. Takk for dine kommentarer. Vi beklager at du ikke likte oppholdet. Området rundt hotellet har faktisk fire innsjøer og et stort antall butikker og restauranter. Hotellet ligger også svært nær metro og Dubai Marina. Vi er ikke sikker på hva du mener med å si at du har betalt for et rom du aldri fikk. Vi sjekket våre opplysninger, men uten nærmere opplysninger er det umulig å finne ut mer. Vi ønsker å beklager eventuelle problemer som har blitt forårsaket.

hotel moderne mais sans charme particulier. à noter superbe piscine au 11eme etage. le thé à disposition dans les chambres est excellent.

Nous nous efforçons en permanence de faire évoluer notre hôtel, notamment au niveau de la décoration, des standards et des produits d’accueil. De ce fait, nous avons tout récemment changé de marque de thé et sommes ravis de voir que vous l’avez apprécié. Må bare opleves. 5 Stjerner er velfortjent. Her bliver man ikke skuffet. Super behageligt og profesionelt personale. Dit ønske opfyldes. Hotellet er Værelser og mad udsøgt. Kan kun anbefales.

"BESTE 5 STJERNES HOTELET I VERDEN ;-)"
Det var den beste 5 stjernes hotellet jeg og min mann har vært på. BRA service, snille folk. alt skjer presis og hotellet betjeningen hjelper mye til med alt man lurer på. Rom service er veldig bra. rent og pent. barnevennlig. Tbanen var rett ved, bare putene var litt for store, hehe men resten bra. PERFEKT HOTEL ;-)
