I am not keen on Phuket, this was a couple of nights stay after great trip to Koh Phi Phi and we needed to take early morning flight leaving Phuket. Perfect location if you want to stay away from the nightlife of Bangla Road, but yet comfortable walking distance or a short tuk-tuk ride away. Much quieter area. Beautiful place, perfect location to hit it all!! Staff was very helpful and welcoming. The only downside, I wouldn't pay extra for a poolside room. The pool situation is a bit deceiving. Otherwise it was a perfect stay... Walking distance to Phuket City, across the street from beautiful Patong Beach!

We had a pleasant experience here. We were greeted by polite staff and introduced to our grand deluxe suite with an outdoor jacuzzi. The room is big and clean. Me and hubby enjoyed the bubble bath in our jacuzzi. Minibar is free. We were also given daily complimentary drinks at the bar. The seafood buffet is creative which gives us choices on the way […] to be cooked. I like the see-through pool where we had fun taking photos underwater. I also enjoyed the arts around the lobby which makes me feel I am staying in an art gallery. Location of the hotel is near to the beach but not so near to shops. But you can easily access to the shops just few min walk behind the hotel. Walk for 10mins to Nicky's Handlebar to enjoy nice Australian breakfast, love the crossiant. Devamı

my stay at b-lay tong was very unsatisfied, its very different than the pictures and quality of the hotel is not a four star hotel, cleaness of room is very poor, front desk attendants are very very disrespectful, there was a blood stain on the middle of the bed sheet (tells where the blood is from) and molds all over the bathroom vanity area. I really […] cant understand how this hotel is a four star hotel. I checked out a day earlier than what i've planned because i didnt feel clean at all. A nice stay at this hotel in Phuket. Was the first time there and will definitely go back if I will come back to Phuket. Friendly staff but should improve the language skills. Overall a nice stay with a nice pool there. The location is at the end of Patong Beach so you still have a nice and quiet area around you and not all the alcoholics.....

We will be back to stay at this hotel. The staff are wonderful and the hotel location is about a 20 min walk. Taxi & Tuk Tuks are parked directly opposite the hotel for a very small fee into town. We mainly used a Tuk Tuk on our way back from town and it was only 200 baht ($6) Australian. The food at the hotel restaurant was good as was the breakfast […] buffet. Devamı

Hotel has a modern, trendy, and hip style to it. It's right across from the beach. It is situated on the northern end of Patong beach. As another reviewer said, it's far enough from the main night life area making it much quieter at night but close enough to walk over to have a good time. Absolutely loved every minute at B-Lay. We were upgraded to a Jacuzi Suite and it was fantastic! Massive room and balcony, new and modern and clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the mini bar is free and stocked daily and the internet is free. The food at their restaurant is delicious and the breakfasts amazing! Great pool and swim up […] bar. Location was perfect - at the end of Patong Beach so a little bit quieter but still walking distance to the heart of Patong. I had a wonderful stay in B-Lay Tong hotel. The front office manager upgraded my wife and I to deluxe suite room. The room is huge, chic, modern and even had a personal outdoor jacuzzi tub on the balcony. We had the view of the sea, sunset and even the beautiful moon at night. The beach is just across the road and the hustle and bustle of Patong shopping […] and night life is just 10mins walk away. I've been to many hotels in the world. This was one of my favorite hotels! We had a pool access room and it was great!!! The location was very convenient. It only took us around 10-15 minutes to walk to all the restaurants and shops. I love the location of the hotel, which is very close by Patong beach. The food at the hotel restaurant was good but […] a bit expensive in local standard. We also joined two tours. One was the Phi phi Island tour, which was by speedboat. If you've never been on a speedboat, don't try this. Everyone was pretty dizzy by the time we got to our first island because it took us about an hour to get there. Our second tour was GREAT. It was the James bond island tour. We booked it with Frontier. And they suggested us to join a great tour. We went canoeing three times. The food was good. Everything was very pleasant. Great layout! From the moment I walked through the lobby doors, I was overwhelmed by the artistic designs and creations..and took plenty of photos :-) My room, which was situated on the second floor in a back building, didn't have an ocean view. However the room over looked the garden, and the personal hot tub on my balcony made up for it. Also from […] what I could see it also had the biggest balcony. The lower floors get access to a mini pool you can soak in. Perfect for kids as it isn't to deep (2-3 feet) great to sit in and have a drink. I loved the pool and swim up bar, Its nice to not have to leave the pool to eat, and the sunsets perfectly through the palm trees to make an amazing sunset pool dinner :-). Phuket is an everyday paradise. The hotel is across the street, BEWARE of the traffic in Thailand. The night scene is located on the other side of Patong. Over all I was very pleased with my stay. This hotel is as advertised with an attentive and helpful staff, beautiful and stunning grounds and accommodations. With the design of the hotel I don't think its possible to get a bad room. Location is great because its close enough to walk to the main area but far enough away to not be noisy.

The reviews on other sites were excellent, I used these to make my decision. When we arrived we found the hotel was undergoing a major renovation including draining the pool. I enquired why I had not been advised about this, to be told it was on the website for 2 months (I booked before this time). The websites no longer working. I was also told it […] was not the responsibility of the hotel to advise me! I was upgraded and told there were 2 other pools. I was lead through a dark hall way past piles of building rubbish to a top floor unit. I noted the 2 pools were Pool unit access and surrounded by garden. I requested the manager. I returned to the lobby and waited for the manager (who was off site). The manager advised that the hotel took no responsibility for alerting me to the renovations. I asked for a refund, they refused. I was upgraded to a pool access room. This room had 1 sun chair (there were 2 of us). It was adjacent to a building that was undergoing renovation and another pool being repaired. Each day saw builders in the pool and the use of power tools with constant noise. The breakfast was the next issue, we were provided with a menu with 3 choices. The buffet was closed . The room service menu had 9 items on it, and no real selection. The full service spa had a total of six treatments. The shops were all closed and boarded up. Piles of rubbish and building materials were scattered throughout the grounds. Très belle chambre bien entretenue et bien décorée. Personnel accueillant. Très bonne cuisine. Piscine superbe. Mini-bar gratuit en chambre et un verre gratuit le soir à l'apéro du bar. Seul bémol :une route sépare l'hôtel de la plage. L'hôtel ne dispose ainsi pas de plage privée.

Selve hotellet er komfortabel og rent. God service. Flott basseng og flott sjøutsikt fra rommet vårt i 4. etasje. Et flott hotell selv om det er mer enn 1 km unna hovedgata på Patong.

我们一行四个小女生，为了体验不同酒店的风格，两个住在B-LAY TONG，两个住在附近的另一家，晚上我们四个人就在B的房间里玩扑克，结果接到酒店电话，“友情提醒”说不能四个人住一间，我们说我们清楚明白，结果对方还是执意提醒了NNNNN遍！不是善意的提醒！到后来我们本来开开心心的，都被惹的一肚子气，就是那种新闻里经常看到的超市非要抓一个人说他是小偷的那种轻蔑高傲的语气！我们真特么无语，我入住的时候还是用的雅高集团的白金卡，但发现在这里人家根本不鸟你，完全是地头蛇的感觉。你这酒店不就是地理位置好了一点，怎么能拽成这个样子，一点服务行业的基本素质都没有！反正给我钱我都不会再住了！

こちらのサイトを見て決めたホテルでしたが、写真以上に素敵なホテルでした。 特にプールは最高！日がな一日プールと目の前のビーチで好きなように過ごせました。 ホテルのスタッフもとてもあたたかく、笑顔を絶やさず接してくれました。 ３泊しましたが、飽きることなく過ごせます。 パトンの繁華街までは歩いて15分程。のんびりとビーチサイドを歩きながら、色んなお店を見ていたらあっという間に繁華街に着きます。 コンビニもすぐ裏にセブンイレブンがあるので何の不便さも感じられません。 ホテルのBARは夕方からハッピーアワーになり、ドリンクが半額になるので毎晩楽しんでました。キレイな夕暮れを見ながらビーチサイドでお酒を飲み、本当に毎日楽しかったです。 部屋も申し分ない広さでした。 目の前がプールになっているお部屋だ […] ったので、気兼ねなく泳ぐ事が出来、日焼けで火照った体を冷やすのには最高でした。 朝のビュッフェもゆったりとした時間が流れており心地良い空間でお食事が出来ました。 ぜひまたお世話になりたいホテルだと思います。 Devamı

Pour nous, cet hotel est idéalement situé, il est loin (15 minutes à pied / 5 en tuk tuk) de la cacophonie et du coeur touristique de Patong. Vous n'avez que les bons côtés de cette célèbre station balnéaire thailandaise.Le personnel est adorable, le restaurant est délicieux, et vous avez la plage au pied de l'hotel ! La piscine est magnifique (un aquarium […] géant) mais je vous recommande les chambres avec piscines privées, quel bonheur de se baigner seul avec son compagnon en soirée après une journée de marche sous le soleil, en plus le mini-bar est gratuit ! 빠통의 중심가까지 걸어서는 시간이 조금 걸립니다.(약20분)택시를 타는 것이 편리하구요. 하지만 조용해서 휴양하는 기분을 내기에는 좋았습니다. 스텝들도 친절했고 깨끗하게 청소해주시는 편이라 생각됩니다. 조식도 6:30~11:00 라서 여유롭게 즐길수 있었습니다.

Nous avions choisi cet hotel pour notre 8ème voyage à Phuket. L'hotel est propre et neuf c'est le seul point positif. A notre arrivée on nous a demandé de faire une carte bleue de 7000 baths ! On ne nous a rien expliqué sur l'hotel (où se trouvait par exemple les ordinateurs pour aller sur internet), donc accueil froid pas celui que nous avions connu […] lors de nos précédents séjours (le dernier datait de 6 ans). Nous avons pris une chambre avec jacuzzi sur le balcon (jacuzzi génial !) mais beaucoup de vis a vis et le paravant masquant le blacon était trop petit. Au niveau du snack et des boissons la qualité n'est pas au rendez vous et le service est nul. Donc en résumé, nous ne retournerons pas dans cet hotel comme nous l'avons indiqué au manager en lui précisant que nous ne reconnaissions pas la thailande que nous avions connu auparavant. Devamı
