Days Inn Brampton - Brampton

One bad thing, Hotel is suppose to be smoke free and the entire place reeked of old stale smoke. I was told it was an old strip club.

The overall service at the hotel was great except the rule of check in and check out time. We booked 4 nights at the hotel and checked in almost 12 the first night and were told we had to check out by 11 on the 4th day.

The Days Inn on Queen Street in Brampton ON provided a very positive experience. The inside was very clean with a tile floor off which I could have eaten. The service was extremely co-operative and helpful. The room was as ordered and again, very clean. There was some unruliness during the night in an adjacent room and it was attended to quite swiftly […] and certainly with no questions asked; the noise makers stopped forthwith. My one item to be addressed is that the bath be provided with either some substance/stick-ons, to make it less slippery and/or a grab bar on the wall. The continental breakfast was well laid out and more than adequate. Kudos to the management for maintaining a fine hotelry. Devamı

Hotelt is excellent, Chinese restaurant within a block excellent, taxi from airport has a flat rate and is extremely high even though its a 15 min taxi ride, return taxi to airport less than half.

We acctualy extended our stay for onr more week!

For a 2 star rating it was better then other 3 star rated in Toronto. Shane

The hotel was clean and quiet. The continental breakfast was adequate. Cereal, toast, coffee, muffins, bagels fresh fruit, and juice. Get you through to lunch.

This hotel is pretty new and it's obvious the staff is working hard to keep it looking that way. Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, you definitely can't beat the rates! The breakfast doesn't have the greatest selection (muffins and cereal) but everything else more than makes up for that. this hotel advertised as all non smoking, however first day there was smoke coming through bathroom vent. None of the exercise machines worked and there was loud banging noises throughout the night and into the morning. Walls are paper thin. would never go back.

This is by far the cleanest, friendliest and most comfortable hotel in our 8 day trip. We had our best night's sleep on these new beds. The room was very large and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful when we couldn't figure out how to work the TV. Can't say enough good about this Days Inn.

My experience here was very good. My stay was only two nights, and my needs were very basic. In spite of the hotel being located on a busy street surrounded by many businesses, my room was quiet. I would stay here again.

I would not reccomend this hotel. My main reason being the door handle on the bathroom did not work properly and my friend was stuck in the bathroom and when I called for help they laughed at me. Hotel was very clean and modernly decorated and staff were fairly friendly. Door knob was broken on bathroom handle as I have seen other reviewers post, and they require an additional $50 refundable security deposit. Breakfast was nothing special by any means. The room was clean, the hotel staff very polite and helpfull. Okay for people in wheelchair, very accessible. Location very good, many stores and restaurants at hands.

the air conditioned didn't work and the room was really hot. I called one night and they told me that they could fix it the next day, The next day I came back to my room and same problem, I called the front desk and they set some one to my room about an hour later, he didn't fix the problem. I was very pleased with the value and cleanliness of the hotel. Great location and nice decor. It felt like a 5 star with a 3 star price. However, the front desk staff are not friendly AT ALL!!!!! We had to wait for her to get off a personal call to check us in, and wait for her to cuss out a "smoking" guest before we could check out

The front desk clerk rolled her eyes when I asked for directions to a major attraction (The Royal Ontario Museum) in Toronto and said "I assume it's in Toronto." Not very helpful. My husband asked if a liquor store was open and she snorted and said "Sure, if you want to drive 4 hours to Montreal." The breakfast was terrible - a few bagels and cereal. While we wanted a hotel closer to Orangeville for the Huntfest, it was worth the drive. Fantastic!!!! value. You made our trek from North Bay much easier. Thank you. Edith and Wes Geauvreau

great new rooms and friendly management. no noise from the street. good breakfast.

Was told that trip to airport was going to be $35 Canadian - no surprise there. But $52 FROM the airport was quite a surprise. Also about 2.5 hours to get downtown was quite frustrating - unless I had taken a $75 (approx) cab rise! Better to spend more on downtown hotel and use their free (or inexpensive) rides to and from airport!

Overall I had a good experience , very clean and spacious rooms. Upon arriving I was told the check in time was 3pm..we had to wait about an hour before getting room...the staff wasn't that friendly..and didn't do much to help..

Not as close to the airport as I expected, but on a main road with public transport and shops for meals and shopping. Overall ecxelent value for the momey paid.

very narrow doorway, only shower, no tub hotel staff insisted on charging me a $50 deposit.

Stayed one night after landing at Toronto - reasonably priced, fairly easy to find, clean, and close to a variety of food choices.

Needed a place that was close to a 60th Wedding anniversary party that was not expensive and to my surprise room also included a fridge and microwave which came in handy since I was traveling with my 4 yr old. Typical Continental Breakfast - little disappointed - more and more hotels have added the waffle maker as well as Oatmeal packets. Just adding […] these 2 options will make your guests feel more like home and with a warmer choice for the chiller mornings. The door handled for the bathroom kept falling off, I do hope they fixed it before a child gets locked in there. If you need to stay in Brampton, this Days Inn is just fine. My room was clean and newly renovated. It also had a fridge, microwave and coffee pot which were appreciated as conveniences. The neighbourhood isn't one you'd want to walk around in at night, but if you're driving the parking lot appears safe - I didn't have any issues. Overall, very good […] value for money. I was quite impressed with this small but upgraded hotel. Surrounded by excellent restaurants, easy access to the 410 and major arteries of the city, and close to malls and other shopping, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The exercise room was small and intimate and suited my needs. I loved the decor, especially the bedding.

Clean, quiet, easy to find, lots of restaurants around.

The hotel is pretty new, rooms are beautful and clean. the decor is simple but elegant, the price range is very affordable. the only issue i had was with the continental breakfast, there was not much on the menu. My overall experience was a very positive, I would recommend it to anyone travelling through toronto or visitng the city

Nice, modern hotel in a convenient location. The only negative would be the free continental breakfast--they could do better. Hawthorn Suites (owned by the same company) offers a full hot breakfast buffet at a much cheaper room rate.

My husband and I were very pleased with the cleanliness and quietness of this hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel appears to be newly remodeled, so rooms were clean, well kept. Staff were very friendly, would stay there again.

Coffee maker didn't work in our room. We stayed for two nights and mentioned this on the first day, but nothing was done about it. That was a little disappointing. My brother in law, who stayed at the same hotel on the same dates, was upset as the toilet would not flush properly. He also informed the staff and nothing was done about that either.
