Family Inns of America West - Pigeon Forge

Location is close by Pigeon Forge sights.

motel was old & in bad need of repair. blinds on door was very dirty. curtains were torn & several hangers were missing so curtains not hanging right. wash clothes & towels stained black & looked dirty. water was off all day Tuesday due to hot water heater not working. We had do not disturb sign on door & while we were gone someone came in our room […] & turned the air conditioner on high cool. Not a bad place to stay. Good prices. Not super clean or up to date but a good deal for the money. Good location. Near everything. Nice people.

We booked for 2 adults and two children and expect beds larger. The air conditioning system was too noisy

The lobby stinks..front desk guys don't know nothing about hospitality..a dumb bald young kid wearing a dog tag..and other three idiots accompanying him..not at all recommended for descent family..don't know how these guys even pass inspection.

It was very laid back I liked that we could swim anytime ~ the air conditioning worked great ~ BUT we did NOT have enough towels and the free breakfast wasn't available - the rooms need some maintenance done however for the price we paid it was fine. Yes I would stay again however I would take my own towels next time.

my hotel room was not cleaned except for the first day we was there. my mother and i had to go to the office to get towels and wash cloths. the carpet was so dirty that when you pulled off your shoes and walked around on the carpet that your feet was as black as coal.you had to wash your feet before you got in bed.they did not change the bed cover the […] whole time we was there. The hotel has potential but needs lots of help. The chairs in the room was so dirty I couldn't believe they were left in the room.

after having reservation at family inn ,we were transfered to the the grand motel. we had reservation for three days, wehad to leave after two days because of a death of a fellow legionare.was told no refunds , i asked for a free day day later in the year, no responce. the grand had no pool .

This hotel is horrible.the room look liked a crack den in some ghetto

This Hotel is a great place to stay..it is affordable and always clean..It is also close to all major attractions in the area..I would recommend the Family Inn to anyone on a budget...

When I arrived to the room there was no heat, dust in the creases of the curtains, carpet dirty and the chairs had dreadful stains on them. No I will not stay at another Family Inn. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
