Silk Path Hotel - Hanoi

I enjoyed my stay very much. I will definitely go back on my next trip.

This hotel was located in the center of the city, and the lobby and corridors are beautiful. However, the hotel is not cheap (for Hanoi standards) and the room description was WAY off. We were expecting a beautiful room with a balcony and fireplace as described online. Unfortunately we were sorely disappointed. To make matters worse, we spent over two […] hours on the phone with Hotels.com customer service and the hotel manager to remedy the situation. Sadly the customer service rep was unable to place us in a room that matched the description because apparently it didn't exist. We were saddened to spend our last night in Hanoi in a tiny room in such a poorly managed hotel. Devamı

Hotel room was clean, location was great, and the service was excellent! We stayed here from 13-18 December 2011. As it's a small boutique hotel, the staff are able to attend to you very quickly and it's always done with a smile. There is a jacuzzi on the top floor of the hotel that you can use for free if you want. The breakfast provided was good […] too, nice spread of food. Location is great - the hotel is right in the heart of the Old Quarter, yet you don't get disturbed by road noise. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel! good location and good quality hotel to come to.

I would not recommend this property. The room wasnt clean properly, service is so so and the window of our room looked direclty to the corridor of the hotel outside...Specially avoid using the concierge in this property, they sell at expensive prices what you would not even want if it was free (be specially careful if buying tickets for the bus to Cambodia, […] do it through someone else...and it is not only about the money why I say it, but the quality of the company they will try to sell you) The Spa was good though. The Silk Path hotel will be a nice location for an overnight stay in Hanoi. Staying longer though it did not meet my expectations. It is a very new building; so, the rooms are clean and the furniture, carpets etc. feel new and clean. At the same time many things feel ill designed. That includes the shower system, the toilet seat which closes only after […] applying rude force, the lack of drawers or closet space, the lack of space for utensils particularly in the bath room etc. Heck, maybe only my room was bad.. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a total of 3 nights last week and would recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi. The hotel is in a great central location making it easy to walk to all of the major tourist spots and the staff are very pleasant and eager to help. ホアンキエム湖とシルク通りと呼ばれているハンガイ通りに面し場所の利便性はとてもいい。ホテルの建物も2012年にオープンしたという総大理石の壁面で豪華で清潔ですし、巨大ホテルが好きではないので丁度良い大きさでした。ただ、水回りの器具がデザインはよいのですが、使いづらくシャワーなど、一苦労しました。英語とフランス語の客が多かったようです。

Très bon hotel dans le vieux quartier. Service agréable et de qualité. Chambre très propre

När jag skriver detta börjar de tre veckorna i Vietnam lida mot sitt slut, och det var endast de få första nätterna som spenderades på Silk Path. Målet med vår bokning var att hitta ett bra, lite extra fint, hotell för just de första nätterna när man är trött efter flygning osv. Vi blev mer än väl tillfredställda av det hotellet hade att erbjuda. […] Vacker inredning, trevlig personal som pratade god engelska. En underbar frukostbuffé och därtill ett gym/spa på översta våningen som vi visserligen inte provade, men fick mycket gott mottagande på när gick dit för att inspektera. Som helhet kan man enkelt säga att jag är mycket nöjd med min vistelse på Silk Path. Att hotellet bara ligger en liten promenad från sjön och bargatorna i Hanois gamla kvarter var självklart heller ingen nackdel. Ta bara höger ut genom dörren och följ gatan så står du snart och tittar ut genom sjön mitt i smeten. ;) Devamı
