The address that they provide brings you to a rather nice house on the other side of town, would be nice if the told me to use a different address.. housekeepers forgot to look behind the bathroom door when they cleaned the bathroom, and left the previous renters lingery handing on the door. talked with the front desk, they came and took it away. other […] than mistakes that i have seen else where this was a very very nice hotel. rooms were clean and roomy, and overall appearance of hotel was great. The hotel is a great place to stay. Our only problem was we booked on hotel.com to get a discount rate and got a room where we could barely walk around the bed. Suppose that is to be expected. Staff is great and the place is very clean.

Hotel hallway and room smelled of mold. Air conditioner would make loud noises making it hard to sleep.

Excellent accommodations coupled with a friendly staff made this a hotel that I would reccommend to others.

Our experience was not at all what we expected, especially for the price. It was off the beaten path. The pictures of the rooms were deceiving. Not nearly as big as they look. No mini fridge, which was a huge inconvience for me; my youngest child has to drink a special milk, and we had no place to put it but in the ice bucket. We didn't find the hairdryer […] until we were leaving.(it was in the closet) The swimming pool was very small. When we first arrived, the front desk person was not friendly and I had to ask where to park, where the pool was, and when breakfast was served. Later, as we were trying to find a place to have dinner we asked if she could recommend a good Italian place, and she acted like it was an inconvience for her to talk to us, and was no help at all. I would not recommend staying at this hotel to anyone. We might as well have been at a Motel 6. Devamı

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel and both times were more than pleased. It is a little off the beaten path of the sights of Tulsa but as parents of an ORU student, it is actually easier to get to and from campus than other locations. This hotel still seems almost brand new. It is extremely clean and fresh. The staff have always been […] helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is always fresh and though nothing out of the ordinary, each day we have something different. Although the location is out a bit from the hub-bub of the city, access to Hwy 169 is great and there are many stores and resturants very close by (not walking distance though). Nice quiet location, easy to find just off major road. Sunday morning breakfast wasn't good but the rest were. The rooms are a little small but are very nice and clean.

The hotel itself was great! I would recommend anyone to stay there. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the address.. there was an issue with the address and my gps sending me into a neighborhood, so check directions. also the pool is much smaller than what it looks in the photos.

This place was great. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice and relaxing. The comp breakfast was excellent. (probably the best comp breakfast I have had yet) They had great sausage gravy, biscuts, pre made omlets, cereals, juices, sausage egg & cheese biscuts, quiche. Very easy access […] off of the highway, but didn't have the road noise you might expect. I will look for mor fairfield inns for my traveling needs. This hotel is new, clean, and very modern and the rooms are very comfortable. We were travelling with our teenage daughter who also loved the hotel. The complimentary breakfast is fantastic. We stayed at this hotel on our way to visit family and were so impressed we stayed there on the way home and the staff all remembered us almost 2 weeks later. The […] staff and management are very very friendly, fun and helpful. I could not fault this hotel at all. I would stay there again and again. This hotel was a new hotel. It was clean, friendly, quietly located, and very comfortable. The free internet, parking, and breakfast the next moring were an added bonus. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room nicely decorated. I highly recommend this hotel. It was the best hotel for the money!

The staff was like family! They were friendly and helpful. The room was extra clean. The location was perfect for the activities we were involved in that weekend. The price was right. We stayed at the Fairfield Inn for one night on a road trip, so we didn't get to see much of the surrounding area, but we were very pleased with this hotel. The staff was excellent, the breakfast was good, and the indoor pool was warm. Our room was clean, and everything in the hotel seemed very new. We would stay here again.

The louvers on the heat pump rattled, It took some pressing and flipping to get it to stop. Otherwise it was a very nice room. Excellant breakfast and helpful staff. Thanks
