The hotel staff were friendly and helpful,the room clean. I will stay there again if in the area.

Area now soo good...but when u go indise everything is modern,new,staff at desk is polite,cameras throught halls inside hotel and parking lot areas...Room inside is average...very comfortable bed,sheets,...flat screen,microw,small frig....Continental breakfeast is good,clean...u can make ur own waffles... I will start with the area location....Not so great location areas stores are Fenced..right.off freeway exit...about 5 miles...Well when you walk inside everything is modern,clean, pleasant staff at desk. Room double beds are average space area for 2 beds,...Matresses are super comfortable,pillow top, covers are great and soft, flat screen,microw,frig,room […] size.Continental breakfeast is desent...u can make ur own waffles...clean..To me its included with the rate !!! Parking is semi small under roof...but most important Safe !! There are cameras in parking lot and in the halls inside Hotel...which didnt bother me...24 hr. Person at Hotel desk. Not located in the best of neighborhoods (older largely commercial area) this motel still provides modern conveniences, good service, clean and comfortable rooms. Rooms are a good size, beds are very comfortable. Only drawback is shopping or dining, which would require about a 12 minute drive to downtown Burbank. But the freeway is very accessible. The motel is located on the border of a commercial area north of North Hollywood. It appears to be primarily Hispanic as there is a bodega across the street and a nice little Guatemalan restaurant around the corner with good breakfasts and lunches. Hotel is not located in the greatest area, but the hotel itself is new, offered a free breakfast, and is not too far from major sites.

working with a local company, needed to find a decent hotel close by. Not a ton of options...this hotel is very new and clean. Almost felt like staying at a friends house. The neighborhood is not the best, but not as bad as some would have you think. Although the hotel facility is fairly new and kept up very well, there were a few things that were inconvenient to say the least. Parking at the hotel is limited and if you arrive during the evening hours, you will find yourself stuck in a tandem type of parking situation that requires you to leave your vehicle keys at the front desk. Not happy about […] this. Secondly, if you arrive off of the I-5, you will find that on and off ramps in the area are closed due to construction. For those not familiar with the area, it can be problematic. Lastly, the area around the hotel is not the greatest. Bars on windows etc.. in an industrial type area. Before booking the Best Western Burbank Airport Hotel, I read all the reviews about people freaking out over its location. These are people who haven't been to Mexico or understand that the location of this hotel is in a low-income, industrial part of North Hollywood. People often operate out of fear. The neighborhood is just what it is. This is the […] poor part of North Hollywood. You're not going to be mugged or robbed. It's just not pretty. This is in sharp contrast to the hotel itself, just like everyone keeps saying on the internet. Enjoy this fantastic HOTEL with the wonderful garage parking, the fabulous rooms with the amazingly comfortable beds. If you're noise oriented, ask for a room on the BACK SIDE of the hotel, not facing either Lankersheim or Saticoy Roads. Enjoy the free breakfast and the great service. Devamı

The Best Western Burbank Airport Inn is a NEW Hotel, that is a PERFECT 10 with respect to room amentities, cleanliness and comfort. The rooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds and high-tech LCD television and wireless network. The hotel has secure off-street parking in an underground parking garage that is free-of-charge. The hotel itself is nice. They provide parking for you. The location is convenient if you live in the San Fernando Valley. The area is not nice but the rooms in the hotel are nice and for a good price.

It's a best western, so you can't expect the perks and extras that come with other, more expensive hotels. But, for the price, it was clean and kept very nice. Our room had a cozy bed, microwave, and flat screen tv. The bathroom had upgrades and the windows had nice privacy blinds. The only thing that was missing for us is a vending machine. There were […] drink machines, but no snacks or onsite food in the evening. We had to walk across the street to the 7-11, which wasn't in the best area. Liked the hotel. Clean, comfortable, Staff was helpful and friendly. A disadvantage was the lack of an airport shuttle which made transport there after a late evening flighr difficult because of rental car rental complications that were not the hotels fault. I will always love this place because my son met his birth mother there.

Not the best neighborhood but close to the area I needed to be and it was a great hotel. I found the bed to be exceptionally comfortable and the staff welcoming and friendly. I will definitely stay here again!

Nice clean hotels with great beds and located next to a great japanese restaraunt

Nice sized clean room, friendly staff and located within 15 mins of Universal Studios. The only bad points were the size of the parking area and a very minimal breakfast in a tiny dining area.

Great staff and a nice hotel but in a BAD neighbourhood Apparently we were not the only ones that thought the hotel had a pool. Front desk told us many people think there is a pool at the hotel, as I did but it is just a patio area with a pond. A full picture of the pool area would be better than a thumnail picture from door. me and my wife needed a place to crash neer Universal city , this hotel had a good price and 15 min to 20 min from universal. looks like this hotel (at list our room), new inside. also a very good breakfest and a very good WiFi connection.

Everything was perfect expect for the one strand of hair and one pubic hair we found on the bed, eek! But with 2 toddlers I'm sure I've had worse germs around me, we would definetely go back if the rates don't go up.

I was a little nervous arriving at this hotel because the surrounding area is like a 1960s Mexican time warp. But the hotel itself was wonderful. There was plenty of parking, the staff was very friendly, and the rooms were large and well-decorated. After reading previous reviews I was a little scared to stay in this hotel as others described the area as "unsafe". There could of been nothing farther from the truth. Depending on where you are from helps your expectations to differ. The room was clean and well kept, carpet was clean enough to walk around barefooted in. Beds were very comfortable. […] Refrigerator and microwave in each room was a plus, although you really did not need it as the complimentary breakfast in the morning was great, with a nice variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the parking lot appeared very safe. The location was GREAT. The hotel is located next to a 24 hour Yum Yum donuts, a 7 Eleven across the street and (my favorite) a laundry center. The location made the area very accessible and accommodating. For the price this hotel it is quite above what was expected. Although the clerks were a bit gloomy, they stay was pleasant, and the beds were super comfy. It looks pretty nice inside.

We needed a hotel close to the Burbank Aiport for an early morning flight. Surrounding area seemed a little rough, so when we pulled up to the hotel I was unsure of how it would be, but the lobby was inviting. And the further you got into the hotel, WOW. Surrounding area is not the best, and if you scare easily, or feel you're the classy type, then spend more and go somewhere else. I don't really know if I should share this, I would kind of like to keep it a secret for myself, but I would definitely go back! (but I've lived in Hells Kitchen, NY!). We weren't exactly on a vacation, it was for work purposes, so not having a spa or expensive restaurant was fine. For vacation, I would treat myself to more, but this served its purpose. One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in at that price range. Room was big, clean, modern and quiet. Air conditioner worked very well. In fact, everything was in excellent condition. Good selection of foods for breakfast.

A nice hotel for the the rate they are offering. There are lots of reviews about the location. Anyways there is no need for us to get out of the room without a car. So we didn't care about the surroundings. Overall its worth the money we spent.

As I was driving to my hotel I thought, "do I have the wrong address?" The neighborhood around the hotel is pretty grim. However, I was completely happy with the hotel itself. The front desk staff was not very helpful about giving information. The cleaning staff was excellent and very friendly. The hotel, itself was in good condition and well maintained. The underbuilding parking felt safe, but was small. I would not return there because of the surrounding area.

This hotel is obviously newer & had one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! Very nice staff & good breakfast. They actually had eggs :) It is a smaller hotel & had no pool which was the only down side. Would definitely stay there again.

I was a little worried by the neihgborhood but once inside I was quite surprised. I had read a lot of reviews with the same comments and I am pretty picky with hotels but this was really nice and the beds were very soft.
