It is a little on the noisy side if you get a room by the elevator and ice machine…
could hear the person next door snoring. hallways noisey. beds and pillows extremely uncomfortable
"Double charged for my room and lobby staff rude."
This hotel is very far from the highway and therefore not terribly convenient. The rooms were nice and were fairly clean. The front desk clerk at check-in refused to listen to reason after being told the room had been booked through hotels.com and therefore paid for and subsequently charged my credit card for the same night. The next morning, the "manager" […] on duty was unconcerned and rude. The charge remains on my credit card despite manager stating my card had never been charged. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Devamı

"Not really a suite hotel"
While the hotel was pleasant and clean, we chose it because we were travelling with our two children and wanted a suite with a separate sleeping area. When we got into our room we thought at first they must have given us the wrong room. While there was a seating area and kitchenette, what we got was really just a long room with each area defined by […] a 2 foot wall. There was no door to separate the seating and sleeping areas so the four of us all had to go to bed at the same time which is not how we like to travel. Additionally the one TV in the room is by the beds, not in the seating area, so sleeping and TV watching could not be done separately. We were disappointed to say the least. If what you're looking for is a nice big hotel room, then this is a fine place. If you want a true suite, go somewhere else. Devamı
