Great hotel second time we have stayed. As an airport hotel would be useful if they had scales to weigh luguage before heading to airport.

Perfect hotel for us (2 adults 2 children 10&14 yrs.old). We stayed for only 1 night. The best thing about the hotel is its approximity to the airport, the free shuttle bus to and from the airport and to/from the center of Zurich, plus the breakfast as early at 4 a.m. The lobby looks nice and elegant and not cheap at all, compared with other hotels […] in the same category. The people at the reception were helpful even though the lobby computer didnt really work well (something wrong with the keyboard). The self-service resto with bar really works well, no big hustle to order meals and drinks. Free internet for 30 minutes and we could print out our boarding passes at the reception with no extra charges. Overall we were very satisfied with the hotel and would stay there again if we need to be at the airport for an early morning flight. Devamı

We booked this hotel because it was close to friends we were visiting. We found it easily with the use of our GPS. The bathroom looked brand new and had a unique bathroom door that closed off the toilet or the entire bathroom, ingenious to let 2 people use the bathroom at the same time. The breakfast buffet was nice.

Great hotel, lovely people. For budget conscious it was nice to be able to have an evening meal in the restaurant. Great breakfast that was included. Nice to have tea and coffee in the room. Staff even fished our daughters bracelet out of the sink when we thought it was lost.

Very convenient, nice, quiet and clean hotel with free breakfast buffet (excellent coffee) and friendly staff. Ideal for families due to additional sofa bed. Unfortunately, the double bed has an extremely soft mattress that makes you sink into the bed by around 15cm (1 person, 80kg - I checked this, as I have never seen such a soft bed before), whereas […] the sofa bed is like concrete. As we didn't sleep well and had bad backs the following morning, I personally would not return, unless the beds were changed... but for people preferring soft mattresses this is a very good place to stay. If you are landing late in Zurich only to catch a flight early in the morning, this hotel will provide for a perfect home for a night. The free shuttle service works like a charm and the morning buffee is great. Be prepared for one and only unexpected surprise. If your room is pre-paid, during the checkout they will demand a small city-tax, something […] like 5 CHF for 2 persons. You better have some Swiss Francs at hand or you will risk missing your shuttle while collecting much unnecessary Swiss currency in exchange for your 20 EUR bill ;-) Devamı

The location and airport shuttle were convenient. The hotel was very crowded; there were unexpected additional fees for taxes, internet, etc.; and the breakfast buffet was underwhelming. With low expectations, the hotel is acceptable for a quick stay.

This is a nice, new, clean and quiet hotel. I didn't spend much time here as I came in late and flew out early the next morning. Also, the staff was friendly and there was good bar food.

The last bus from zurich to the hotel is a battle as there are a lot of people trying to get on it and they do not guarantee a space. Learn the train as well.

I was billed twice for this hotel! Once through hotel.com and Holiday Inn Express. I have filed a fraud complaint with my bank/credit card. Resolution of a credit to my card for one of the charges is apreciated ASAP. thanks

Good clean place to stay. I was not happy to find out that there was a 12 Euro parking fee for the privilege of parking my car.

After 15 days of tiny hotel rooms in Europe this was very spacious. Breakfast especially the coffee maker at the buffet was amazing, wish I had one at home. Staff was very accommodating.

The hotel was very nice, very modern and clean. The breakfast was fine and it was served from 4 - 10 which meets everyone's needs. Service to the airport is every 1/2 hour and a complimentary trip to downtown Zurich every 2 1/2 hours was an added plus. The hotel was fairly pricey but welcome to Switzerland. Close to the airport, clean and a good breakfast. Not much around for dinner though. Short walk to the train and the free shuttle worked - generally. However, the last shuttle out of Zurich at night was full and if you didn't jump on quickly you were told to try the train or they offered to call a taxi - which was pretty expensive. This hotel staff at the Reception Desk have major attitude problem. They are unfriendly and rude. They are short of staff and short of customer skills. They had not provided water bottles in our room which was complimentary from the Hotel. When asked at the Reception Desk they said it was duty of the Housekeeping and they were off duty now. And they […] cannot do anything abt it . When we asked to buy one they only had sparkling bottles. The lights in the room are insufficient. They need to provide more lights in the room. The toilet smell and the airconditioning and the ventillation was insufficient and it was very suffocating. The food choices were limited and service was very late. Infact they had some sort of break down in the morning in the kitchen and therefore there was no lunch served at all. We will never check in that Hotel again. Devamı

Awesome hotel. Very comfortable, quiet and convenient. A little expensive, but great quality for the price.

Everything was bare bones. Food at restaurant marginal. Service poor. Worst for this extremely expensive room, you would expect Internet free to customers. Every other Hilton Express has complementary Internet. Also advertised as free Internet.

I chose this hotel because it was cheaper than some others and had a free shuttle to both the airport and downtown Zurich. It was all great--except that the shuttles only run once per half hour, and when I arrived just in time to board the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, it was already full and I had to wait another half hour. Taking in consideration the time of year, weather, currency exchange, well.... it was a bit pricy compare to other hotels I stayed in the USA. I guess sometimes we have to go outside of the USA to realize how good we have it and try not to compare others by our standards. Overall customer service and for the employes to be more kind and smily, like […] if really enjoying what they do , not just because they have to work to pay their bills, I tell you what, people in customer service , need to learn more about that!! This hotel was very clean. The complementary breakfast was excellent with a nice variety of food choices. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Internet was available at a reasonable fee. The shuttle ran every 2.5 hrs to downtown and every 30 minutes to the airport. There is a charge of 50 CHF to check in before 2PM which was strange, but we stored […] our luggage and went downtown shopping and then returned after 2PM with no problem. There was an additional city tax per day of 5.00 CHF, in addition to the hotel.com charge which I have not resolved with hotels.com yet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Two great things about this hotel: 1. It has all the British tv channels on offer in its rooms. I've never seen that before! 2. Free transport to/from airport and city centre. Really convenient.

Perfect location for visitors and first time travelers. Airport and City shuttle services are great. we enjoyed our 3 days stay in the hotel. overall, it's great value for best price.

clean and spacious friendly, efficient staff free breakfast

The most inexpensive hotel in Zurich that meets a high standard. Comfortable, clean rooms and a friendly staff. Breakfast, while not extensive, is substantial and served from 6-10am. The bar prices are much more reasonable than downtown and the rest of Switzerland. Dinner is available and again pretty reasonable when compared to downtown. On-site parking […] is available and costs 10CHF per night. The downside was the high cost for internet/wi-fi. Most Holiday Inn Express' have at least free wif-fi in the lobby, but not this one. Recommend having a car since the airport is a ways from the city center, but a great budget hotel to get a great night's rest and explore beautiful Switzerland. Devamı

Very tidy, modern and clean airport hotel, breakfast is good (served from 4am for these early flights). Parking is available on site for CHF10 per night, not included in hotel price.

I was not impressed that I would have to pay an additional $50.00 to check in 2 hrs before 2pm. They had a room ready but would not allow me to check in until 2pm or pay the additional $50.00 Unbelievable!

The hotel was very nice and convenient to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even though the restaurant was closed for a holiday, they arranged for a barbecue dinner, which was very nice. The only drawback was that since the address is listed in Zurich but is actually Rumlang, our GPS would not recognize the address and we spent […] quite a bit of time driving around before we found it.
