Very satisfied with this hotel, staff very helpful, good clean room. Only disappointment was the cost and value for money in the Restaurant (evening meal - breakfast was okay)

Stayed in spacious room. Nicely decolated, very clean, breakfast also good.

The combination of affordable, location and comfort make this hotel one of the best option for staying in Hong Kong. Will definitely use it again in the future.

The hotel location is super convenient, near lots of shops and restaurants, and easy to reach other parts of Hong Kong. The comfort rooms are tiny, which is suitable if you're a single traveler and out all the time. The spacious comfort rooms are definitely better.

Metroppark Wai Chai has great location. From Airport take 11A bus costs HK40 per person takes you right at the door step. Otherwise, hotel bus costs HK180 first person and HK90 second person. Size of room assigned to us was surprisingly good size by comparison as we had stayed in a miserable small room in metropark causewaybay. Room looks renovated. […] Room is clean except that the view is not great. I believe there are rooms with better views. Service is pretty good as they provide extra toiletries when we requested for them. Approx 3 min walk to wanchai stn and near restaurant called Foo Lum with good food. Also near good roast duck, roast pork restaurant at corner of Foo Lum restaurant. Some surrounding areas are sleezy with lots of bars and "call girls" standing outside the premises looking for business. On the whole, a pleasant hotel to stay. Devamı

I liked the location of this Metropark-- it was close to the WanChai metro, near lots of yummy cafes, and across from CoCo Bubble Tea! It was very quick to get around to the attractions.

This hotel is a very nice one to a resonable price in the middle of Hong Kong.

All staff take a extra step to accommodate their customers. Excellent location and decent price. Definitely going back and will recommend to friends that are going to Hong Kong

The hotel is in great condition, excellent location and helpful and friendly staff. The only thing is the directions on hotel.com, they need to be updated to the correct directions.

The hotel Metropark Wanchai is located very closely to the Metro stop Wanchai. The rooms are smallish and very noisy. Staff tries hard but does not deliver. We booked a double bed but only twin was available for first night. Upon changing rooms the next day the lifts were out of service and staff did not carry our bags to the lobby so we had to take […] the stairs. Would not stay there again. Devamı

Hard bed and staff don't read signs. I put up the sign Do Not Disturb, yet early afternoon someone rang the doorbell. When I opened the door, I saw three staffs in suits (2 men and a woman) standing outside with surprised expression on their faces and I had to ask what they needed. Then the woman asked if I wanted to have my room fixed. I wonder if […] there should be a different sign for "No need to make up room". And does it take 3 people (in suits) to do it? the hotel and the water was backing up from the sewer in the bathroom, however it was alright

very nice and easy to get to and close to MRT. awesome breakfast with lots of choice.

try the foot reflexology across the street - excellent. Fabulous location, reasonably priced. I would suspect it is a good 3 stars by US standards. Nice decor. Nothing special about it except the location, but I would stay here again given the price and location.

Great Location, right in the middle of Wanchai. Perfect if your going to the convention center, but great location for overall access to Hong Kong.

Metropark Wanchai is an older hotel refurbished in a modern style. Its a standard type business hotel, with very helpful staff, and a good buffet breakfast (actually very good) Its cheap for what it is, similar to an ordinary Novotel or similar with good service. Id stay again

Very mediocre hotel.

First of all, the check in service needs improvement. I reached the hotel past 3pm [albeit Easter Friday] and had to wait almost 2 hours to get the room. Thankfully they upgraded me to a family room so that helped to soothe some tiredness. Other than that, the staff are very helpful and polite. Very good value hotel, excellent staff, and great position. The Wanchai MTR is only a few minutes walk away so an easy trip from airport. Will definitely stay there again.

Single beds aside the only fly in the ointment was that the internet wasn't working when I first arrived, but that was soon fixed, and was free - very rare and very welcome in a hotel. Everything else was well appointed, beds were comfortable. Very firm mattress and not keen on my pillow, but you can request a soft mattress and 4 different kinds of […] pillow - I was just too tired to do so! An earlier check in would solve all that. If you're on the lower floors the ticking and clicking of the traffic crossing lights may disturb you - that's a Hong Kong wide issue you can't really blame the hotel - but be warned you may need earplugs if you're a light sleeper. All in all though a nice place for the price - you'd pay at least double for somewhere like this in London. It's clean and well serviced that's the main thing. A word of warning - don't think the mile walk from the Airport Express is an easy or pleasant stroll - it's a baffling, incomprehensible maze that takes you up and down walkways and through 2 shopping centres - take a taxi, will only cost you peanuts, (and 3 years off your life when you see how they drive). This hotel is in a really good location close to bars, restaurants, metro station, shopping ... etc. However, it is not built for comfort ..... the first sign of this is the size of the elevator ....... one person with two mid-size suit cases will easily fill it up. This should have been an indicator to us of our room which was obviously built for leprechauns […] because we found it cramped indeed! If you're not planning on staying long then this should not be too much of an issue. Devamı

Overall a very clean, well-appointed and comfortable hotel. My only complaint is that they didn't have one of our two booked rooms available at check-in (even though we were checking in two hours after the check-in time of 2pm, so that should have given them plenty of time). Also, the rooms lacked certain obvious essentials, such as an alarm clock, […] and they did not make it clear that for certain room rates you got internet for free (there were signs all over saying internet cost so much per day, leading us to forgo using the internet when we didn't have to). The rooms were well-lit with each side of the bed having its own adjustable reading lamp. Overall, I would stay there again. Devamı

This is a well located comfortable hotel in the WanChai district of Hong Kong. The rooms are clean and typical size for HK. Cable TV is limited (no CNN) and Internet is available for daily charge. It is very close to some clubs and restaurants on Lockhart Rd and only 2 blocks from the MTR. This is a very central location for everything going on in Hong […] Kong. This hotel was wonderfully located in WanChai, if you plan to be in this area during your stay. There are a variety of restaurants and bars nearby. However, the girl at the front desk was the nicest and most helpful concierge at any hotel in asia we have been to, and that was what made the hotel memorable for us.

立地条件も良くインターネット無料の部屋に宿泊しました。 チェックインも英語だったのでスムーズで、スタッフの心遣いが細かくて良かったです。 立地条件は申し分のない条件で、部屋は一人で泊まるには十分です。 フロアも黒をシックにまとめて落ち着きのあるホテルでした。
