The Loft Hotel - Miami Beach

Great location with a helpful staff. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest and shower leaked but overall you get what you pay for. I plan on staying there again.

it was great for what i needed it for.....get ready to go out, friends to hangout while getting ready & after party. It was a little dirty, but as long as you wear shoes/flip flops it's cool. It had a great space compared to most south beach hotels....close to everything, small table to have breakfast on, full kitchen (great for making drinks), 2 closets […] to put your stuff away, even a chase lounge. Valet parking is not offered from the hotel it's from the hotel next door, so it took over 45 minutes to get our cars. But over all id' probably stay there again. Devamı

This hotel was a block from the beach and collins ave, but had the most disgusting bathrooms I have ever seen. Cracked mirrors and tile, stained toilet and mold in the shower. Everything was very old and horribly maintained. Don't recommend.

We chose this hotel because we need a lot of space but are on a budget. It was exactly what we needed! The room was spacious and clean, and having a full-size frig and other kitchen items was great. The location was great, and the front desk staff was very friendly. The only two minor issues were 1. the shower drained slow and it took a day to get fixed […] and 2. the room smelled a bit musty, and I couldn't figure out how to open the windows. But overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for a large group looking for a no frills place to stay! Devamı

The hotel is just not what I'm use to and I'm only 26 years old

Roaches galore, they were even kind enough to follow me home.

Great value , Clean, The staff were real nice. I am a native south Floridian and would recommend this hotel. Come on down and enjoy.

Nice place. Like the decor and area. Beds could be a little more comfy. Price is reasonable. Owner/office staff was helpful. Lots of shops nearby to walk to.

The Loft is in a good location just a block off of South Beach. The area was quiet parking was easy and convenient. The room itself was a converted apartment nothing special, a place to sleep.

The female reception was delightful and very helpful. The male night receptionist was was rude and not helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable but need some TLC. The location was perfect. The price was right for the location and the type of accommodation. Just basic and comfortable with a little need of a face lift.

My room was basically a studio apartment, with a kitchen, eating area, bed, and couch. The bathroom could use some updating, as could most of the hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. The tv was a bit ancient too, but you're in South Beach, who's watching tv?

We stayed one night as a last minute fix to our other arrangements. It was not the worst place but next time I will definitely make sure I have my plans in order. The Essex House across the street is a lot better (not the Hilton but better). I just felt really uncomfortable while sleeping at the Loft and if I would not have had a few drinks before […] going to bed, it would have been a lot worse! I did not feel safe and even though I Lysol'd everything down (eventhough I do this at every hotel I stay in), I still felt icky...I did not shower there because I knew I was traveling home and the tub at the Loft was not cool!! Otherwise, it was a place to sleep at half the price of most of the other hotels near the beach...the location was pretty perfect. I guess this spot would be great for teens/college students traveling to Miami for a quick getaway. However, I would actully just put my money together and sleep 4 to a room at the Essex House ;). This hotel is in a very good locaton. The staff was friendly.

The concept of the hotel was good, but onwer is seem not to be putting up any money in it. My room had roaches in it, also the bedding was not great at all. I found molds on the shower curtain.The tub had chiped paint in it. So if you decide to stay here, please shake out your bags or you will be bringing some new pets home with you!!!

I think of The Loft Hotel more like staying at a friends apartment. Very small, full kitchen, dining room. Great Location! Room can use an update but great deal for the price! The room was not what I thought it would be. There was a musty smell, dingy towels, very old looking hotel. The paint on the walls was coming off. The worst part was the mold in the closet. I checked out of this hotel immediately. The only good thing about this hotel was the location. It's in the heart of South Beach.

This is the place your parents dragged you to when you were a kid: Darkish, exotic, mysterious, yet totally comfortable and familiar.

First, I understand that this is an old building, and so I am not judging it on that aspect. However, I chose this hotel based on the reviews and the amenities and it was not worth even half of the price I paid. Pros: it is one block from the beach and walking distance to shopping; it has a full size fridge Cons: 1. slow front desk, minimal customer […] service 2. WORST mattress I have ever slept on. And, I slept at a Super 8 the night before, so that is saying something. The bedding is low quality and had stains. 3. There was a dirty washcloth hanging on top of the shower curtain that I have no idea how long it had been there but IT WAS NOT MINE. Gross. 4. When I removed the towels from the bar and unfolded it, long black hairs were everywhere. I AM A BLOND and they were supposedly fresh towels. 5. The TV is so small you can barely see it from both beds. Also, it has a built in VCR, for what I am not sure, since places no longer carry them. 6. The overall appearance of the rooms are decaying: chipping paint, mold in the bathroom tile, and just a general rundown. Since we were only staying one night, I went ahead and just endured it. But, if we had been staying any longer, I would have walked into the room and walked right back out and gotten my money back. This is NOT a three star hotel. The resort fee is ridiculous since there are absolutely no amenities that would make it worth it. The computers were down when I was checking out, so I was not given a receipt. I mentioned the worse of the problems when I was leaving and the front desk acted completely unfazed. Devamı

The Loft is just the place if you are a group of students on spring break. One block from Ocean Drive and beach. For an older couple like us on a combination long weekend and business trip, not so much. It was the best available on short notice. You never know what you are going to get ordering online. We were pleasantly suprised! Clean room. Actually felt you could sleep IN the bed! Suprised the room came with kitchenette! Bathroom and Kitchenette dated but clean! One block off from Beach access and Ocean drive hot spots! Desk personel were wonderful! Our one night stay was excellent. The room was cozy and spacious with even a nice little dining room with table and chairs. A complete kitchen with full size fridge and stove. It was surprisingly quiet for a south beach location. We were able to rest and relax. A very nice getaway!

Very Cozy within the Heart of the World Famous South Beach you can smell the Beach a Block away. You've got shopping Clubbing just everything within a 2-5 minute walk its an awesome Hotel very Clean a little more spacious than I expected can't wait to stay again.

Being only a block away from the beach and a short walk to Lincoln Ave - this was the perfect location. Excelente ubicación....cómodo pero no lujoso. Ideal para una visita con planes de rumbear y solo usar el hotel para dormir y recuperar energía. Le falta mantenimiento pero en buenas condiciones generales. La suite posee una cocina bien equipada por lo cual puedes ahorrar dinero preparando tu propia comida. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt in dem Hotel. Netter Empfang und weiterhin gute Betreung. Großzügige saubere Zimmer, nett eingerichtet. Zentrale Lage, leider kein Pool, aber das Meer ist nicht weit weg. Ich würde es nochmal buchen.

l'hôtel est bien situé dans Miami Beach car à proximité de la plage et de l'animation. Parking à proximité 24 $ pour 24heures. Chambre en rdc correcte mais propreté discutable, ménage mal fait : on s'attend à mieux à Miami !

Ratio between price and performance was great. Of course the hotel was not luxury but we had a quite spacious room (except bathroom) und it was clean. The best point about it was the location. Me gustó mucho la estancia en el hotel, cumplió todas necesidades. Lo unico que recomendaría es que le dieran un mantenimiento por fuera y que pusieran un lugar para poder estar fuera de los cuartos.
