We are a family of 4 staying 2 nights in this hotel recently. The location is very cenvenient to the Shin-Osaka Station if you take the JR trains, because the exit is from the East. It will take much longer walk. though covered, if you take the Subway (Red) line. Overall we are satisfied with the cleanliness and rather quiet environment. Definitely […] value for money spent. it's impressive for this hotel, including the breakfast, the room, and the service. But there's one thing that I want to suggest is the WiFi access in the room would be better.

The hotel is surprisingly clean and certainly a good place for budget traveler. It's location is quite convenient with just less than 10-minute walking distance from the Shin-Osaka JR station. THe only drawback is that there is nothing much to see around and the street is very quite during the evening.

Short walk from Shinkansen and local rail services. Adequate size and breakfast. Bargain!

I enjoyed the breakfast, room is quite clean. The only drawback is that the neighbourhood is rather quite.

Small room and bath, but well equiped with amenities and daily accessories. Friendly and helpful hotel stuff, going all the way to help.

I have booked this hotel due to what I thought a shrt walk from the Shin-Osaka station - but it's not, it's almost 10mins and when you have 2 big pieces of lugguage to push, it's not an easy walk. It is WOW worthy for cost vs services. Especially comparing w other hotels in Japan. Distance : not to far from Shin Osaka station. Facility : room is clean and good quality of daily use ( they accommodated "pola" in side bath for shower, and have bath tub. Accoomodation incl. Good breakfast Services is great.

The hotel is a little bit hard to find for the first time as when you come out from the station, it's full of shin-osaka hotel, but after you found it, it's actually pretty easy to locate. It takes about 10mins-15mins to walk to the hotel and there's a lot food to eat nearby. We both stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in the middle of August 2011. The hotel is located about 5 minutes away from Shin Osaka by foot. It's very convenient to hope on the Shinkansen. Shin Osaka is only 1 stop away from Osaka Station by regular train(s). There are some convenient stores located between the hotel and Shin Osaka. Inside the Shin […] Osaka, there are many restaurants & shops. The hotel is clean & the staff is friendly. I stayed in this hotel while attending a conference, and there was great transportation links. The hotel itself is fine. Comfortable, clean, utilitarian. At the time, it also had the best price for the area. Its nothing special, but we slept well and all of our contact with the staff was positive. The neighbourhood has a few restaurants, but the station […] seems to be the major pace to shop, etc. for basics (also have a post office, convenience stores, and several restaurants -- there are also bakeries that sell everything at a steep discount at the end of the day -- we took advantage of this several nights for the next morning's breakfast). The hotel did offer breakfast, vending machines and cheap pot noodles, which we did not take advantage of. We also figured out after a few days that you can take a lift from one end of the station to the road where the hotel is, and avoid going over the pedestrian bridge. Coin laundry is available in the hotel annex next door. We were in the room for 5 nights, with no complaints. It isn't super central if you're going to explore Osaka, but my wife used it as her home base (while I was at the conference) and did OK. The underground/metro, trains, and city buses all have connections nearby. There is also good (wired) internet in the rooms. BBC News was the only English language channel on the tv, but this was good to keep track of the world. There was a small refrigerator and kettle (for tea) which was also useful. Based on our needs (having to be by Shin-Osaka) and the price, it was the best deal for us. I would stay there again if I had to be by the station. Devamı

Shin-Osaka, let's face it, is not the cool part of Osaka. Forced to stay there for a conference happening nearby, I had chosen Shin-Osaka Station Hotel Annex because it was the cheapest in the area, but once I found it (do be careful with getting there, it's tricky at first) I was actually really happy with it. This is a very practical hotel, true to the Japanese sense. The rooms are modestly sized and ours was very very clean. The AC takes some time to kick on, but cools the room down nicely, and advantage of having a smaller room. Shin-Osaka station is right across the street and can get you anywhere.

I had a wonderful stay there! Love it! I will return if I visit Osaka again,,,, the nice thing is in fact it's far away from the commotion of the busy town area and there is simply a quiet neighbourhood at night that I could sleep soundly. Fantastic location!

A nice, comfortable hotel very close to the train station. The staff was very accommodating when we checked in and got us to our rooms very quickly. We only stayed here one night and were very happy with the quality for the reasonable price. The hotel was easy to find and staff very helpful. Expected the room was small but importantly clean and comfortable. Basic amenities but enough to ensure you get a good night sleep to enjoy your day actvivities. Will recommend for budget travellers. Convenient location right near the Shin-Osaka Station, so if you're using the trains to get around this can be a place to crash while you spend the day all around southern Japan. Hotel staff spoke English pretty well and was helpful to me. Room not big, but larger than expected. Would stay here again.

Small room by Western standards, but roomy for this price range in Japan. Plenty of room for one, but may be a little close for two. Internet free and worked well. The bed was pretty hard, but otherwise comfortable. The thermostat was on a timer or some other delay, but after pushing all the buttons, the heater finally began to work. The staff all spoke […] pretty good english and were very responsive. I had some laundry done; it was reasonabley priced and delivered when they said. All rooms face the railroad line, but rooms have double insulated windows, so train noise was very low. Only 2 blocks to the Shin-Osaka train station, and not far from the Itami airport. If you arrive by train with luggage, take the Shin-Osaka east exit where there is an elevator to the street, bear right and walk two blocks south to the hotel. Breakfast cost was similar to breakfast in train station and tasty for a buffet. Make sure you ask for toast, it was great. Devamı

Las habitaciones con pequeñas, pero caben 2 adultos con un poco de coordinación al moverse. el staff del hotel habla algo de ingles y son muy amigables y atentos. Incluye desayuno tradicional japonés o accidental. a 5 minutos caminando de la estación, lo cual lo hace un excelente punto si vas a recorrer el área de kansai con el shinkansen.

部屋や設備面では細かい心遣いが溢れており、ビジネスユースとしては充分。あえて言うなら、すぐ近所にコンビニが無く、建屋が分かれているのが面倒くさいくらいか！

距離車站只要5分鐘路程,出入非常方便,尤其車站只有東西口不複雜,服務親切, 免費早餐分和,洋式營養非常均衡,如果攜家帶眷那就是首選,唯一小小缺點就是火車聲音注意聽是聽得到.下次大阪旅遊希望再次入住.

저렴하고 목욕시설이 있어서 좋다 일본에서 저렴하게 이용할수 있는 좋은 호텔이다 목욕 시절도 깨끗하게 시설완비되어 있습니다 중심지에서 20분정도 떨어진 곳이라서 조금 불편하다고 생각할수도 있다고 생각된다

房間空間很夠,早餐不錯,服務親切,交通便利

飯店鄰近新大阪站，走路約5分鐘。雖然房間及衛浴稍小，但很適合只是要過夜的人。飯店服務周到，會盡量滿足客人的要求。

飯店所提供的基本生活用品,應有盡有 唯房間真的很小,不過除此之外,也沒有其他缺點 是個平價又優的住宿地點

Very good service and nice staff, speak good English. (Not a sure thing in Japan. ;) Close to Shin-Osaka Station. Good rooms with everything one could possibly need and not too expensive. Recommend the Japanese style breakfast!

각종 할인에 이벤트로 저렴한 가격에 예약했던 호텔이라 싼 게 비지떡이 아닐까 걱정했지만 가보니 의외로 쾌적하고 친절해서 좋았습니다. 일본 호텔이고 가격이 싸니만큼 객실은 조금 좁은 편이지만 신오사카역에서 도보로 3분 정도 거리에 있는 만큼 접근성도 나름 괜찮다고 할 수 있고, 주변 거리가 호텔이 많아서 밤에 조용합니다. 직원분들도 친절하시고 관리도 충실히 잘 되고 있는 것 같다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 오사카에서 머무는 동안 이 곳에서 4박을 하고 교토로 이동 후에 두배로 더 비싼 호텔도 이용해봤는데 객실 넓이나 접근성 외에 서비스 측면이나 객실 청결도를 기준으로 생각해보면 오히려 그곳보다도 여기가 낫지 않았나 싶습니다. 만약 […] 또 오사카에 놀러갈 일이 생긴다면 또 이용해볼 의향이 충분한 곳입니다. 특히 조식은 아침잠이 많아 먹어볼 기회는 없었지만 시설이나 청결 상태가 매우 좋아보였고, 소박하고 아담하면서도 아늑해보이는 조식당은 보기만 해도 평화로운 어느 가정집 부엌같은 느낌이 들어 포근해보였습니다. 그 조식을 못 먹어본 것이 참 아쉽네요. 일단 신오사카역 근처라서 지하철을 타고 관광을 하러 다닐 때 편했어요~ 역근처라 소음 걱정하시는 분들 계시는 거 같은데 저희도 처음엔 걱정했는데 창문 꼭 닫아놓고 여름이니까 에어컨 틀어놓고 있으니까 소리 안들리더라구요~ 다만 주변에 음식점같은게 없어서 조금 걸어서 야식 사러 편의점에 왔다갔다 했어요. 호텔조식은 먹어본 적 없어요. 호텔이 전체적으로 작고 찾기가 조금 어려울 수도 있는데, 역에서 그렇게 먼 것도 아니니까요. 지하철역에서 잘 찾아가는 방법은 신칸센 타는 쪽에 동문으로 나오셔서 오시면 가장 빨라요. 전체적으로 만족했지만 호텔 주변 편의시설 때문에 조금 아쉬운... 가격대비로는 정말 좋은 듯요!

신오사카역의 기찻길 옆이라 기차소리를 제외하곤 아주 조용한 곳이다. 역 주변인데도 불구하고 주변이 깨끗하고 조용했다.

El precio era excelente para la situación del hotel que era la que buscaba a menos de 5´ de la estación de tren. Si el plan es moverse con el tren bala es un hotel más que adecuado. El desayuno rondaba los 8 euros pero no lo probé. El personal domina un inglés más que justito pero es muy amable. Internet por cable gratuito pero algo lento.

L'hotel e' molto vicino alla stazione di Shin Osaka, nonostante il fatto non sia stato facilissimo trovarlo la prima sera . In realta' e' a meno di 300 metri. In un viaggio in giappone durato 2 settimane, con permanenza in 4 alberghi piu' o meno dello stesso standard, devo dire che e' stato il migliore Comodo e pulito, molto silenzioso, il bagno seppur […] piccolo era molto attrezzato. Questo Hotel e' stato l'unico in cui abbiamo avuto pochi problemi per piazzare i nostri due giganteschi borsoni da viaggio. Personale gentile e premuroso, parlano un discreto inglese. Purtroppo gli opuscoli turistici che hanno a disposizione sono solo in giapponese. Le stanze ripeto sono piccole ma i prezzi molto bassi fanno si' che sia una buona soluzione Devamı
