Rooms very comfortable and the suite is conducive to having visitors. Hotel is new and pleasant as is the staff. We were there with several family members for a family event. Some stayed in the Homewood Suite side and others stayed in the Hilton Garden Inn and all were very pleased. Thank you.

Highly recommend this hotel. Really handsome public space with ALOT of appealing chatting spots...fireplace. Good breakfast...really attractive rooms with natural views. We were on the first floor, room 164, so it was especially un-hotel like. Wonderful spot.

Great place to stay! We were very impressed. It was a wonderful place with a wonderful price.

The room was comfortable and clean. The service was friendly. Lovely lobby area. Great hotel with access to shopping and our relatives!

We used it as a jumping off point to the Metro and DC, and it worked great for us. A new hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was first rate.

I've come to expect less than the pictures shown at Internet sites. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with the condition and comfort of our suite. Granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and modern cabinetry were nicer than I have at home. The refrigerator and heat/air conditioner were a little noisy. The hotel was a short driving distance […] from Rockville Town Center. Not very much for us to do there. Our main focus for the visit was Washington. Again we were a relatively short drive to the Metro station. However, it was about an hour's ride on the Metro to DC. During our stay, we also checked out Seneca State Park and Clopper Lake. This is a really nice hotel and I highly recommend it. The downside I experienced was a front desk person that wasn't very friendly when I checked in. I expect a smile and a feigned interest in my wellbeing at least. What I got was a feeling I was inconveniencing them. Too bad as that would have made my scores much higher.

The good: Staff were friendly, rooms were very comfortable & clean. The bad: breakfast food only so so, the walls of the room are thin. Apparently room next dr complained we were too loud... We have a 13mo old whose behavior is typical, but apparently childless folks are not so forgiving & quick to complain. The 'heated' pool is pretty cold...

The staff was very accommodating the minute we walked through the doors. We had an issue with our one bedroom suite, and it was resolved immediately and we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite. Breakfast was great, large selection of food to choose from. The pool room and exercise rooms were awesome and the convenience of having a full kitchen made […] it easy to eat and cook in the room. The hotel is perfect if you have children and the location is great as it is close to a lot of restaurants and things to do. Two movie theaters were within 10 minutes. Will stay again for sure. I was at this hotel for a month, in October 2011. Hilton has two properties that share the main entrance. Hilton Garden Tower is to the right when you enter, Hilton Homewood suites is to the left of the main entrance. I stayed in Homewood Suites. Pros: The hotel is new, well maintained, clean. Pool is small, jacuzzi is nice. Laundry room has new equipment. Shopping center directly behind the hotel has numerous good places to eat, including a chipotle, panera, crispy cream and a safeway. I 270 is about a two minute drive down the road. Hotel is 10 minutes from Bethesda (NIH) forty minutes from DC with good traffic. Cons: Jacuzzi gets crowded saturday night. Two properties share it. Weekdays, hardly a person in the common areas. I have typically stayed at Marriotts, this hotel was enough to change my hotel loyalties a bit. The HVAC was frustrating, either too hot or too cold. The Windows wouldn't open more than a few inches, and no other outside air. The solution was to turn OFF the HVAC and leave the windows ajar! It's still the best place we've ever stayed. We were spoiled with luxury.

The Homewood Suites by Hilton in Rockville was an excellent hotel. Very new, very clean and was just very nice everywhere. The room was great - nice little kitchen and living room on the one side, and a nice comfortable bedroom on the other. Everything was nicely decorated - classy and contemporary. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms are very new and hotel is extremely clean.

I travel often on business, sometimes bringing family. I recommend this hotel over all others in the DC area. My room was top notch, full kitchen, super clean and new. The staff was ALL over-the-top friendly, obviously well managed. They found out my baby was turning one year old and made a special birthday card signed by the staff. The hotel is in great condition and has a very nice breakfast. Room is comfortable and suitable for four with sofa bed. Hotel offers complimentary shuttle and pickup to shady grove subway stop. Plan about an hour to arrive at downtown destination or return to hotel. We arrived too late from sightseeing to enjoy the complimentary meal. Homewood Suites by Hilton, Rockville-Gaithersburg is a wonderful facility for a family on vacation. The suites are large, comfortable and have plenty of storage. The indoor pool and spa offer an opportunity to relax after a hectic day of sightseeing. The courtesy breakfast daily, and courtesy light dinner M-TH save money, time and stress because families […] don't have to go out searching for restaurants (though there are several nice ones within walking distance). I have an unexplained charge to my room for $25! Really need more two bedrooms

I am very greatful to the staff at Homewood Suites, they went out of their way to accommodate my family. We booked our reservations through Hotels.com. I called the Hotels.com service told them I needed a room for 3 adults, 2 children they told me that the room at the Homewood Suites would have a room for us and we could request a rollaway bed. We went […] to check in and was told that the hotel could not put and extra bed in the room. I contacted Hotels.com they wanted us to go down the street to a different hotel but it would cost me an additional 60+ dollars. This was not my mistake it was Hotesl.com's. Thank goodness the Homewood Suites staff was so willing to work with us and they rearranged the furniture in the room to fit the rollaway. This hotel is" newer-looking" tastfully decorated and classy. The rooms are clean, spacious and the price was reasonable for accomodation. They provided a great buffet breakfast and managers reception. Staff was really professional and helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel to families.

We were very pleased with this hotel. It has a nice pool and even a children's play room. The exercise room also had quite a bit compared with other hotels.

Great hotel. Best one that we stayed at in the area. Even the "studio" suite is nice & roomy, & everything is new, modern, & clean. Comfortable bed & bedding. Very pretty decor, beautifully decorated, & a full kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator. Very nice lobby too. The free breakfast buffet was very good. The light dinners are a great bonus too, […] but unfortunately are only offered Monday-Thursday. Would be nice to see them extend that great amenity for Friday-Sunday as well. Also, the supposedly "heated" indoor pool was absolutely freezing cold. They admitted the heater "wasn't so good." Hot tub was nice tho. There is a very convenient (but very expensive) little pantry store right off the lobby. No restaurant or lounge, but there is one at the adjacent hotel next door. Also there are a bunch of places to eat only about 1 block away. Overall great hotel. Will absolutely stay again if the price is right. Highly recommend. Note for people with kids: there are no bathtubs, just showers! At least, our room had only a shower. Not sure if bathtub rooms exist. Devamı

Homewood Suites in Rockville, MD boasts friendly staff and tons of services. Tasty breakfasts and dinners are available in a pleasant dining lounge. Our suite was spacious and well equiped. The Hotel is split in two--half is a Hilton Garden Inn, the other half is a Homewood Inn and Suites, each with their own amenities and staff. First, the good: it was clean and the staff was friendly and courteous. At check in, I was able to receive a complimentary upgrade to a 1-BR suite. When we returned home in the evening, there was always a hot […] "Welcome Home" reception that included various hot snacks (sausage and peppers one day, meatball subs one day, etc.) as well as salads, yogurts and beverages. The room was always clean when we returned. We did not have a problem with the AC nor the lighting system. When you enter the room you have to leave a key in a receptacle inside the door for the electricity in the room to function. As long as you leave the key in when you go to bed, you'll have no problem keeping the room cool all night long. Now for the bad: Don't go for the breakfast. We stayed 7 days and not one morning was the breakfast actually hot. Cold scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage (alternated daily), french toast or pancakes (alternating), as well as general continental breakfast items. Breakfast is a nice amenity, but despite the fact that their website claims a "hot" breakfast, it wasn't even warm. Secondly, if you have pet allergies, don't be confused by the "No Pets" policy posted on the website. I saw no less than 3 different dogs going in and out of the elevators. When I mentioned it to the manager, I was told the sales department makes exceptions for certain guests. I was not one of them, as I had to have my dog boarded (which as dog owner's know is not an inexpensive endeavor). Apparently "upper management" would not be happy to hear about it, but I didn't bother to pursue the issue further. I can't say I wouldn't necessarily recommend this hotel to someone, but I wouldn't push for it either. It was clean and comfortable, but nothing special and fell a little short of what I expected from a Hilton brand hotel. Devamı

O hotel é uma graça, tudo novinho e limpo. Dos 06 dias que passei lá, apenas um dia que a camareira deixou a desejar na limpeza. A localização é muito boa, junto a um centro comercial ao qual se pode ir a pé. O café da manhã é repetitivo, mas tem o essencial. A piscina coberta tem guardião, usamos a lavanderia e meus filhos o kids room, que não é fantástico, […] mas "quebra o galho". Gostaria apenas de deixar um ALERTA: no site fizemos a reserva para 05 hóspedes (conforme a seleção, casal, um filho adulto e duas crianças), e nos foi ofertado uma suite com cama king e sofá cama. ATENÇÂO, o hotel NÃO DISPONIBILIZA CAMA EXTRA. Assim tivemos que dormir com nosso mais novo no meio de nós. Por outro lado temos a elogiar o funcionário de nome Mike que se interessou por nossa situação, pois não conhecíamos previamente o hotel e não íamos ficar apenas por uma ou duas noites. Ele levou o caso a sua gerência e nos foi concedido um upgrade para uma suite com duas camas queen, apesar da diferença de tarifa. Achei os outros funcionários um pouco sem iniciativa para o padrão Hilton de qualidade, Certamente ficaria lá novamente e no geral recomendo o hotel, Para quem tem crianças ter uma cozinha a sua disposição é tudo de bom.
