Great location, comfortable room. Would recommend taxi versus metro from airport as there is LOTS of walking at each change.

Superb service, excellent location for the art quarter, very comfortable and the spa is a real bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent for the money

I stayed for 3 nights, staff is friendly and speaks good English. All major attractions of Madrid or on walking distance from the hotel. Nice clean rooms. Excellent breakfast was included. There are no buts for me here! Dennis

Our visit to Madrid far exceeded our expectations and the staff at the Radisson Blu made our visit much more pleasant. Pablo who managed the front desk was helpful and professional. He made helpful recommendations on local establishments. My wife and I are picky eaters so he made several recommendations. The restaurant staff serving breakfast were phenomenal, […] did not have dinner at the hotel, so I cannot give an objective review, but Im sure they are just as excellent. The morning staff went the extra mile to create a special breakfast each morning. The hotel location was ideal, it was clean, quiet and most important, the bed was comfortable. We come from a high tech generation and I still saw many people walking around with paper maps. The iPhone was a life saver. We never got lost and always knew where we were. So, for those of you going to Europe, take your iPhone, I prefer the Droid, but Verizon's G3 does not work with the current infrastructure. Devamı

The location is outstanding, room was a bit small as is usual in Europe, people were very helpful, and price reasonable. I'll stay there again when I'm in Madrid.

The staff was very helpful. We were just asking for restaurants and they made the reservation on our behalf. They even checked out several of the events we want to do to try to book it for us. They even had a free spa but we did not have the time to take them up on it. Location's great. It's very close to the Prado & Thyssen museums as well as Reina […] Sofia & Atocha. But it's at a nice quiet corner/plaza that the city noise will not be a problem. Devamı

Very modern and dark colored interiors with back lit everything a bit too much for my 60 yr. old tastes. Room had a small balcony over an active street. Improving neighborhood around it with lots of activity at night.

This hotel has excellent location but I really dislike the smell of the lobby, elevators and corridors. The smell was of sanitary pipelines.

This hotel was a great value and so comfortable. The staff was great and very helpful. The room was very comfortable, except we don't like to sleep under a duvet so they supplied us with other covers. It is right across the street from the Prado and very close to other wonderful sights. Metro is a few blocks away but not a bad walk and it is one block […] off Huertos, the street that has so many tapas bars and restaurants. It is in the historical district and close to many of the great plazas...things were going on for Christmas so there was much to see. We would stay here again but ask for a room away from the street, as street noise was a problem when windows were open. The only other complaint is that there was very little shelf room in the bathroom except under the sink; however there was a towel warmer and that was nice. We were not aware of the fact that all outlets go off when you leave your room so if you are charging any equipment be sure and do it while you are in the room. Devamı

I was extremely pleased with the accommodations and service at the Radisson Blu Madrid Prado. We had originally booked at another hotel, but when they replied dismissively to an email I sent requesting information, I viewed that as a red flag. Fortunately, I had just read the New York Times review of the Radisson Blu, so I rebooked there and was not […] disappointed. The location is incredibly convenient, just ~100’ or so off the Paseo del Prado, placing it immediately across from the Prado Museum, yet located just behind another building so that traffic noise was limited. The hotel is on the corner of a small side street and a little square that houses a pleasant café/bar, with tables and plenty of seating. The reception staff at the Radisson Blu was a group of young, attractive women and men who were always welcoming, cheerful, and readily helpful. They greeted us pleasantly each time we passed through the lobby. Our room (212) was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. It overlooked a side street, so while we didn’t have a glamorous or expansive view, we could open the window to see the little square in front, yet we still enjoyed perfect quiet for sleeping. In fact, the hotel seemed to be exceptionally well sound-proofed, and that’s saying something, because I am a light sleeper. (Rooms on the front facing the square might not be as quiet.) The bed was firm but comfortable and offered a variety of pillow types, both light feather and firmer polyfill. The room offered plenty of lighting options: you could turn the lights up to very bright to see into a loaded black suitcase and yet also dim the bounce lights to more subdued lighting. The bedside reading lamps operated individually so that I could read the guidebook before sleep without keeping my husband up. Our bathroom didn’t have a tub, just a shower, but the rain shower had a handset with enough pressure to massage my feet. The hairdryer was so peppy that I used it instead of my own. The hotel had a very compact layout and felt small, but the rooms were sufficient size with a modern, hip decor. The location is the best thing about this hotel -- across the street from the Museo Del Prado, parks, the Metro, Tour buses and shopping. The bathrooms were elegant and clean with great facilities. The internet service was also very good, […] and free. The only downside of staying here is the noise at night -- it overlooks some cafes and bars and there was construction happening in the hotel during the days we were there. A perfect place for a short stay. For longer stay the size of the room is too small. Across the road from the famous Prada Museum. Nice cafeterias outside. The bed makes the hotel the ultimate choice for me.

An old building that has been thoughtfully refurbished to create a well equipped and extremely modern hotel. The hotel is quite compact, meaning that the rooms and the fitness suite/pool are on the small side but the overriding feeling is one of comfort.

Hotellet ligger helt perfekt ift. museer, tapas barer, små spændende butikker og indkøbsgader. Hotellet var lækkert, supergod morgenmad/brunch, lækkert med pool og sauna i kælderen efter en lang dag i den skønne by. Kan kun anbefales.

Kabel TV Kunne ønsket 2-3 kanaler på engelsk (var bare 1 nyhetscanal - BBC World) Ellers meget fornøyd med oppholdet og hotellet

スタッフは皆感じが良く英語が通じ、快適な滞在でした。部屋はスタンダードルームで申し込みましたが、アップグレードしてくれました。強いて難を言えば、バスタブのないこと、プラド美術館等に近い分、駅からやや遠いこと（徒歩約１０分）位でしょうか。周辺は夜間でも人通りがあり、治安面は問題ないと思います。

This hotel is more or less across the avenue from the Prado museum, close to the Reina Sofia, and at the edge of a part of the city that features many nice restaurants. The hotel building is old and stately, but the interior has been remodeled to a modern style - unfortunately with a number of cumbersome or impractical designs. For example, the bedside […] table is wedged between the wardrobe door and the bed so that half of the former does not open. For the business traveler, the round table that works as a desk is much too small. The service was good and the rooms clean and well equipped. Devamı

Excellent hotel. Hard to fault it. Only slight problem was that I couldn't open my window for security reasons.
