The facility is old and showing its age-- needs updating, but very clean. The breakfast consists of bread you can toast in the office toaster, muffins (some fresh, others not so much), apples, and weak coffee. Many choices of eateries nearby. It is on the main road, so convenient for a stop on the way to Banff. WIFI is a plus. Heater is either on or […] off--turned it on low temp just to take the chill off and woke up in the middle of the night to an overheated room. Can't sleep with the window open due to traffic noise. Comfortable and clean. Owner operators very nice people would stay again. Reasonable priced and comfortable!

The motel is located outside of Kamloops City Centre. You require own transport. It is also close to a railway track. Could feel the room shaking when a train is passing through. Close to Trans-Canada Highway but not noisy. Breakfast is available but have to eat them in your own room, no room at the reception areas. All in all, good value for money […] for a good night sleep. Very good motel and very convenient to stay in..Breakfast is good and so neighborhood is pleasant.You may go for early morning walk.Will stay there again.

The overall stay was good. They could use larger plates for the waffles for breakfast. I would stay here again.

If all your looking for is a place to sleep then i guess the Ranchland Motel is ok. Although the beds and pillows are hard as a rock and the continental breakfast consisted of a loaf of bread and a toaster. There are a lot more choices in the area that would have been better.

I have stayed in this hotel many times over the years. When we arrived the air conditioner was running full blast so we walked into a nice cool room which was wonderful. Service was great. Linens not of the best quality but the room was clean.

the room was large, nice to have both table,chairs & couch along with the bed. will certainly stay there again

Great if you're coming from the east but easy to miss - watch for it on the left side of the highway. In Valleyview district. Railway on the other side of the road is very busy but it didn't bother me (no crossing to toot for).

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and close to all that I needed. Pharmacy grocery store and restaurants but just enough out of the way to be quiet. I would stay again, very clean, comfortable beds and big rooms.

Just off the hwy,it is clean,comfortable,quiet and reasonably priced. Very easy and quick check in with a delightful lady and the key drop-off could not have been easier. Would most definitely stay there again.... Thanks

The hotel is old but well kept. The sheets were clean and the room was tidy. Despite it being very close to the highway, it is actually on a quite side street. This is not a 5-star resort but not advertised as so. It met our needs of getting a good night's sleep. Recommended for people who just need a bed and a shower.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights while our son completed at the Western Canada Summer Games. The room was laid out a little strange - the sink / mirror was in the sleeping area instead of in the bathroom. the front desk staff was not overly friendly, and the continental breakfast was a little slim. However, the room was clean, the hotel common areas […] were kept tidy, the hot tub was excellent and the view was great. The people working there were great. When I took the covers off my bed, there was a huge bug in it !!! I slept on top of the covers. Breakfast was toast. I will not stay here again... was not worth the price.

Front office desk people very friendly and helpful. Room extremely clean and comfortable. Loved having a fridge and microwave. Quiet despite being close to the highway and railroad tracks. A little further from city centre than I realized but great service for a very affordable price. Wireless internet worked very well.
