Sunon Holiday Villa Hotel - Shenzhen

This the worse nightmare i had experience booking the hotel thru the internet. The hotel side stated there is no booking done by hotel.com even i show then the confirmation slip and so the payment done by the credit card. Worse is no room available and end up giving a small room whereby at the end i had no choice to get my kids share the room with my […] relative or else we are force to sleep on the floor due to no extra bed can be added. This option had being given after we quarrel for almost an hour. Somemore the incident take place at 10pm night time when we reach the hotel. The location of the hotel is so so convenient if you want to shop and if you dislikes to take taxi, the train station is just next to the hotel where you can avoid to get cheated by the taxi driver. The overall service in the hotel is average.. . One of the Manager of the Front Office always looked grumpy and scolded the staff at the presence of the […] guests. It is wrong to do that as the manager just belittle his own staff and no respect at all to the guests. I am working in the hotel too and there is no way that you should treat your staff that way. like ussually this hotel is nice, but when i visited last week, theres a renovation behind my room, so its very noise. i ask reservation to move to other room if its possible, but they told me to ask about it tommorow morning, they dont give me feed back at once. the good thing, when i check out from this hotel, i left my wallet in deposit box in my […] room, i realized this when i want to pay taxi, so i try to contact hotel staff, and lucky me they found my wallet. thanks to sunon team that give me my wallet...i really apreaciate it. I have 2 times staying in this hotel. Everything was good just like before. But there are 2 new experiences for this time, Good thing: i left my wallet in security box. Must have been my 3rd time staying here. Will stay again due to its fantastic location for shopping. Next to the Metro.

this is the second time I stayed here. Had requested for a non smoking room but was told no such rooms under superior category. Had to bear with the smell even though they dissinfect it, so called.

It great place to stay, it v near metro, step out it dong meng shopping area.. Hotel is clean n staff are friendly

Good location as it is just next to MTR exit and shopping area.

The hotel is very near to Lao Jie train station. For the price, do not expect too much. Generally, clean hotel, they provide the daily necessities like toothbrush etc.. Bed is quite hard but not much of a problem for us. They have football channels which is great for my husband who loves football! Would recommend!

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean. The most important thing is the location of the hotel is perfect. Will very recommended.

Good location

I had stay in both Days Inn & Sunon Holiday & i must say i really prefer Sunon Holiday alot more. Rooms rate are cheaper & it comes with breakfast for 2 pax. Breakfast was good, serve hot food & drinks. Room is abit smaller than Day Inn but consider big enough for 2-3 pax. Location it is just a building or a street away from both hotel. The dongmen shopping district is just at your doorstep, and it's next to lao jie MTR station which is only 2 stops from the HK border. Been to Shenzhen 3 times and stayed here all 3 times. Only problem is this time, the hotel room had very strong lingering cigarette smell.

It's location is as close to dongmen shopping and metro as you can get. Literally only a few steps away! Hotel is really good value for money, includes breakfast too. Although it wasn't that great but still overall good deal. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Very near to LRT station, just 2 mins walk out and you'll reach hotel, Lao Jie street market and shopping malls was just few minutes walk from hotel. Breakfast was just so so but they only have limited seats for guest, so need to wait for tables or share with strangers, which i definately feel uncomfort on this. The perfect location in Dong Men - Shen Zhen . The staff are very friendly & polite . The MTR is not very close by hotel . Prefer to take taxi to come to hotel is just RMB 15 - 20

near 4-star quality with a 3-star price tag. clean hotel room and bathroom, convenient location, friendly staff and fast service. Only issue was the room we were given still have smoky smell even we asked for a non-smoking room.

Fantastic location right in east gate shopping area. Right on the subway line - and only 2 stops from Lowu HK border station. Hotel was clean and modern. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The bathroon was super modern and clean - nice design with a frosted glass wall separating it from the bathroom. Staff were friendly and some spoke english. […] Free internet in lobby and a Great massage center right next door. Warning!! Always specify a room with a window. They booked us into a wndowless room but the staff were nice enough to move us to another one with a window immediately. Breakfast was included but not to my (western) tastes - white bread and lots of fried meats and greasy stuff and terrible coffee. Better go to the starbucks just down the street. Best place i've stayed at in china in that excellent price range. Will defiantly recommend it and return next time (for a room with a window and no breakfast) Devamı

Location is awesome! Very close to all the vibrant night scene. Good bargain for the price. We request for a non-smoking room and it was all fine when we entered the room... However, I suspect that all the rooms share the same central air-con unit and the smoky smell lingers on and on.... it was not a comfortable night at all. Great Location - near Laojie Metro, Shop Good service, Great Value (breakfast included)

Highly recommended. Stayed for 2 days from 23-25 June 2011. There were clean towels and bedsheets everyday. Free internet access on the 1st floor. Local asian breakfast like porridge, noodles, bee hoon, toasted bread amond others. Easily accessible to shopping areas and train station

2층 공사 중이었다. 그냥 공사가 아니라 벽을 부수고 다시 쌓는, 이정도 공사이면 호텔 리뉴얼이라고 공시하고 그기간 동안 손님을 받지 말아야 한다. 16일부터 20일까지 있는 동안 계속 2층 공사였다. 그기다가 호텔패스에서 싸게 예약해서 그런지 2층을 배정해 주더라. 내방 바로옆이 공사 현장. 최소한 2층은 비우고 배정을 하지 말아야 하지 않았나?? 드릴에, 망치질, 페인트... 암튼 호텔생활은 최악이었다..

酒店配套服務 1) Check in 非常快捷, 雖然標明是2pm Check in, 但我1點去到都可以即Check in 即有房 2) 房間大致整潔, 有牙膏,牙擦等即棄日用品 (因看過以往的Comment 說酒店冇提供所以特別列出更正) 3) 列明是Queen Size 床, 但最後只是兩張單人床褥並排一齊 (或者其實只有兩張單人床架連床褥放左一起), 而且床褥超硬 4) 太接近東門步行街, 凌晨3-4點仍有不小車輛經過,發出嘈音, 最終整晚睡不著) 5) 只提供一份早餐 (住的是雙人房, 兩個人住的) . 若要另買一份需要RMB$32 6) Hotels.com 內的地圖標示不準確, 出發前請再查閱. ***7) 每隔15-20分鐘, 廁所去水渠會發出怪聲音, 應該是樓上樓下用洗手間, […] 引致渠口壓力不一從而發出聲響....聲浪很大, 一直至到3-4am...令人睡不著 ***8) 不定時有敲門聲, 掛衣架的聲音發出, 起初以為是鄰房的聲音....但1-5am不斷有怪聲音發出 周邊環境 1) 非常鄰近老街站 e出口, 東門步行街的正對面, 方便一些為找酒店而煩惱的旅客. 近羅湖站 2) 地鐵沿線多景點, 老街站: 東門, 大劇院站: 萬象城, 科學館站: 深圳購書中心 3) 行東門步行街, 貴重物品一跟要好好保管, 提防扒手 總結: 如果你係容易熟睡, 又想方便快捷到酒店的話...係唔錯0既選擇. 否則請參考以上個人經驗再作衡量. 場所は地下鉄老街A出口出てすぐです。ナイキショップの隣って感じ。ホテルスタッフは若者が多く皆フレンドリーで手際良し。3人だったのでEベット入れたが部屋がすごく狭くなってしまった、2部屋取れば良かったと後悔。朝食は１人分含まれていた、朝食料金は３２元って言ってたかな。安いけどイマイチ…。建物は綺麗だった併設されているマッサージも安くていい感じだった。リピートすると思う。

Вполне приличный отель из недорогих. Минусы: в номерах только проводной и медленный интернет, а WiFi только в лобби. По ангглийски почти не говорят. Вид из окон на глухие стены. Не получилось выписаться на сутки раньше, пришлось тоже оплачивать. Плюсы: не дорогой, очень удобное расположение, рядом много станций метро, и ЖД станция.

酒店地址非常便利, 客房也相當舒適, 尤其衛浴設備很不錯。最令人滿意的是, 服務員服務相當熱心, 對於身為旅客的我感到相當放心。

真的太方便了, 食嘢同shopping太棒了, 花了一點點時間就找到, 方便不在講, 如你真的喜歡行街, 這真是太好了......房間清潔整理，住得舒服，職員服務友善.........我和男友都很喜愛^^

此次是第二次入住,雙人牀房間較小,前台員工禮貌好,包2位自助早餐,款式不太多,尚可接受,近老街地鐵站,購物,用餐方便,可惜.二次都不可延遲交房.整體尚滿意,下次會再考慮入住.

地下鉄老街駅のA１出口を出てすぐあります。 東門という深川で一番賑やかな繁華街の中にホテルはありますので買い物を楽しみたい人にはとてもいいロケーションだと思います。 部屋も中国のホテルにしてはとても綺麗だと思いますし、値段もリーズナブルでおすすめです。 ただ、繁華街の割りに近くにはコンビニがなく、夜にちょっとしたものを買いたいときに不便です。しかも、日本の渋谷のような街なので、夜は若者が路上で集団で遊んでいてちょっと怖いので、夜は出歩かないほうがいいかもしれません。

香港国際空港に午後７時頃到着。翌日広州へ行く予定でしたが、香港はホテル代が高く、深センで１泊することとしました。空港から路線バスA43でＭＲＴ上水駅まで約１時間（30.9HKD）、羅湖まで１駅（21HKD）、ボダーを超え、地下鉄で２つ老街駅（3CNY）で着きます。A2出口出てすぐ分かります。タクシーでも15CNY位でしょうか。部屋はそこそこ広くキレイ。ホットシャワーは湯量十分。ただ足ふきがシャワー室の扉に引っかかるので置く場所に困ります。周辺はショッピング街で歩行者天国のある有名な場所至近です。食べる場所・買い物には困らないでしょう。ホテル代込みの朝食もまあまあ。目的地が香港でも、ボーダーは夜１２時まで空いているので、香港でバカ高いホテル代を払う位なら、割り切って深センで泊まって香港に通うの […] も一興。 Devamı
