The hotel was excellent. Very clean rooms and property. The staff was excellent and was very helpful. Free breakfast was delish. The only minor complaint I have was the wifi was not the best. But I would definitely stay there again. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

Breakfast was average. Executive suite ????? too small - had more space in Motel 6, would not stay a second night. Room 115 hand basin plug not working, clock not working. Did not see surrounding neighborhood, ignore response.

One of the best hotels and staff I have ever had, and I have traveled a lot personally and professionally. We arrived at 9am and figured we would have to hang out until check in time for the day. The staff greeted us and gave us a room, offered us that mornings breakfast, etc. They arranged for multiple shuttles for us to get around the area as well […] as to help us get to the port for our cruise the following afternoon. Staff was so kind and welcoming! Rooms were great!! Full kitchen for making our meals. Stores are in walking distance if you want exercise instead of the shuttle. We walked to Big Lots and KMart to get items for the cruise, like water bottles and soda, that we could not fly with. Will be staying here again!!!!! Hyatt House will also be our choice hotel when traveling through out the country! I can not say enough great things about this hotel and the experience we had!!! Devamı

Best part: heated pool-loved it! Very nice hotel, overall. The down pillows may have aggravated my allergies. Although very comfortable, I will request alternative pillows next time. Elevators are slow. We stayed the night before a flight, which was convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotel was recently built, The room we had was a one bedroom on the second floor. We had a kitchen with fridge. It comfortably fit our group of 4x. Housekeeping was great. Front desk was friendly and fast. 5Minutes from shopping and Food. Food options: TGIFridays, McDonalds, Burger King etc. Shopping is plentiful as Kmart Foot Locker Marshalls Ross and […] BJ's is near by for supplies. We picked up very cheap liquor at Bj's for our fun. Lastly, hotel has a good free breakfast and nice Mon-Thurs evening free wine and beer. Devamı

This hotes is just a good value, it is a little more expensive that your basic airport motels and still it makes you feel like you are staying at a 4 star resort.

We only spent one night there but we'd gladly stay there again. We've tried several of the other hotels in this immediate area and now have a new favorite. Only complaint was a shuttle driver who somehow didn't realize just how many passengers could possibly fit into the van he was driving. Stayed only 2 nights before leaving on a cruise. Was extremely happy with hotel- but you need to take a cab to get anywhere (activities, dinner, etc.). Friends stayed at comfort inn and cruise port across the street- felt like a third world country - very pleased that we didn't tag on to their reservation. ( not to mention Hyatt was half the price.). […] Airport shuttle was slightly irritating - you need to know what Hyatt you are going to because there is no organization between driver and desk. It's my favorite hotel in South Florida and thanks to Yolanda for the help on the shuttle guidance, for which I had to return a renting car back and she had the shuttle to come get me and guide my through the rental car terminal to get back exactly where I needed to be at in order to be picked up. Thanks

My stay at the hotel was a wonderful experience.I will try to visit again. In the breakfast area I did encountered wonderful workers. I gave them 5 stars for excelence in service. Their names were Gloria and Jean.Thank you so much again for making my travel exprience dificult to forget.

Place was new and original desk person was nice. But after about 5:00 they sent the good ones home. A/C blows right on the bed and has battery back up beeping every thirty minutes all night long - just what we needed to keep my entire family up all night before a long travel day the next day. Actually thought sbout going to the airport at 2:00 am to […] get a better night's sleep. Then, to top it off, the desk person at 5:30am was more concerned about the USAir crew people who frequent the place over my problem with the beeping. Fairly close to get to from Airport, right off the highway. It is a little tricky finidng the driveway as it is kind of tucked back away from the road. Also if you have a car they have a weird gate to get into the parking lot that didn't seem to work right. Overall a good stay for the money, clean hotel and rooms.

The room we had was nice, a king studio with a separate seating area, and a full kitchen. We only stayed one night before our flight so didn't take full advantage of the amenities but had some snacks in the evening with free beer and wine. Found the hotel a bit noisy, our room was close to a secondary exit/entry door and the floors in the hallway were […] tiled so the sound gets transmitted quite well. easy check in, free wifi and parking, pleasant staff, small but clean work out area, and they even provided free earplugs to use with the equipment!

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times before. Usually for less then I paid this time. The room was smaller and the kitchen was missing a few pots and things, along with no soap for the sink. Next time I may go with a Hilton or Express hotel. Not bad, but with the name Hyatt on it, you expect more.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating during my stay. The room was comfortable, quite and relaxing after a loooooooong day. Enterntainment, food and shopping is literally right across the street and if you dont feel like walking the shuttle bus will take you where you want to go. Place was great. Very close to I-95 and easy to get to from Ft. Lauderdale or Miami. Very nice suite that slept a small family comfortably. The only thing that was really wierd is that they had the AC in the hallways way way too cold. Like low 60's or even colder. Why someone would want to waste money to make their hallways too cold, is beyond me. Their […] maintenance or facility guy shoudl have that checked and he could save a ton of dough. beyond that, i can see this room working well for business travels, consulting locally for the week. Comfortable,roomy, well equipped (we had the 1 bedroom suite)except we had to ask for blanket for pull out bed and one thin blanket was not enough given AC blows coolest in that room. Our guests were cold while we were comfortable as our bed had comforter. Bathroom lacks privacy if 4 adults sharing the accomodation(has a sliding door that does not fully […] close). Great spot for the day before or after your Cruise! Great comfortable room. Actually well appointed for an extended stay too! Great room, friendly staff - the "included" breakfast though was just so so . Not bad, but nothing to write home about!

Absolutely wonderful. The suite was well equipped and the staff was topnotch! Delightful social program for guests which included a vast array of complementary food and beverages. About 3 miles from the beach but really close to shopping. A definite recommendation...

We stayed here prior to cruise so our time was short. The suite had almost a full kitchen that we didn't get a lot of chance to use. The hotel was willing to transport us to a nearby mall for resaurants but we elected to use the market in the building. We were able to catch a shuttle from the hotel to the cruise port. To date this is one of the best hotels I've had the pleasure of staying in. The Efficiency apartment style setup and confortabilty gives the feel of home. The kitchenette was a bonus feature. Include was a breakfast. Although they only had pork products for the meat, it still was okay

Overall our stay was good. Room was very good and comfortable. Very good breakfast as well. Our room was near a door leading outside which slammed all night when guests came in and left, I found that disturbing as we slept. One other major interuption was the water flow throught the walls from the upper floors flushing toliets. The staff was super friendly and helpful. This was my first stay and I loved it! My 5th floor room overlooked the historic wooden roller coaster in the distance which was extremely pleasing to me. The breakfast and evening social hour were a real boon. I didn't have to go looking for food...it was right there and free of charge. Bravo. The hotel is in a great location if you have a car. It is right off the expressway. The breakfast was great. The hotel was great for the price. The only problem was housekeeping did not clean our room one of the days we were there even after being asked.
