W London Leicester Square - Londra

The best thing about this hotel is that it is very central to alot of restaurants and theatre and shopping areas. There were a few things which were lacking. We requested for newspaper everyday but we didn't get it until we kept calling for it. In the email confirmation it was listed that we will get a coffee maker in our room but we were told that […] it was not correct. However they made it up to us by offering 2 cups of coffee and a kettle with teabags and instant coffee. On the whole the staff are very helpful and if you tell them the issue they will try their best to sort it out Devamı

Location great We arrived around noon and we had to wait for an hour to get a room. We were given a room for the disabled on the sixth floor and were happy with it. Waited and got one on the third floor. Room was very comfortable but the noise factor was unbearable. Had to put up with loud music till 2.30am every night!

Bar downstairs is deafening even in the rooms above until about 1 am

The location is perect on the corner of Leicester square, the service was fantastic and the rooms exceeded our expectations. Super modern and friendly staff. The spice market restaurant on the ground floor is a must.

I have stayed at W hotels all over the world, I love this hotel chain. Its young, trendy, and has a great energy. If you are into the nightlife scene, this is the hotel for you!

I think " truly creative" in combination with high comfort and service level is the word to describe this excellent hotel. Also not too far away from a unique dining experience at Hakkasan. You'll be amazed :)

Still some teething problems but the staff were very pleasant and went out of their way to help. Rooms are small and compact, but fine if this is just a place to sleep. In general as always W Hotels tend to be overrated because they are hip, but you cannot beat the position of this property

O hotel é novo, quarto amplo,silencioso, bonito, longe do tradicional, perto de tudo, lojas, cinemas, teatros e muitos, muitos restaurantes. É o local do agito. Apenas achei o atendimento um tanto impessoal, mas acho que foi devido, ser um hotel grande. Para quem quer sossego e um ar bucolico passe longe.

O hotel é moderno, porém o atendimento é muito bom. Super bem localizado, metrô perto e vários lugares para comer por perto. Super recomendável para quem viaja a lazer ou negócios e quer curtir um hotel de boa qualidade. A academia e a sauna, muito boas também!

Great hotel, great location, high standard and big rooms. I recommend this hotel, and I will stay here on my my next trip to London.

O hotel é perfeito, super moderno, com um bar sensacional, e um clima super legal. O pessoal do hotel é extremamente atencioso e profissional. A localização também não podia ser melhor, com ônibus, metrô, restaurantes e atrações todos bem perto. O quarto é extremamente confortável e moderno, embora outros W tenham quartos maiores. Para a Europa, entretanto, […] é enorme! O banheiro e a ducha são ótimos e muito confortáveis. A única coisa é que após o 2o dia o chuveiro ficou com um pouco de cheiro de mofo, talvez porque deixavam um tapete do lado de dentro para evitar que a água saísse para o quarto. A localidade do hotel, embora ótima, tem uma pequena desvantagem: Ele fica no meio do Chinatown, que não é a parte mais bonita da cidade... Mas ande 2 quadras em qualquer direção e estará fora desta região e em outras áreas bem mais agradáveis. De resto, foi uma estadia sensacional e recomendo sem sombra de dúvida o hotel para qualquer um que queira estar em Londres! Devamı

Très bon hôtel, situé à côté de la station Leicester. Il faut environ 50 min de métro depuis l'aéroport d'Heathrow. Le spa est inclus avec la chambre mais pas le petit déjeuner. Sinon, hôtel très luxueux, de nombreux services et un bon accueil.

ホテルの所在地は繁華街のど真ん中！！しっとりとした雰囲気は皆無ですが、スタイリッシュなホテルの内外装と立地の良さは最高です。ソーホーも至近距離！！ナショナルギャラリーも徒歩圏内！！ビッグベン、ウェストミンスターもジョギングで10分程度！！地下鉄の駅はピカデリーサーカス徒歩5分レスタースクエア徒歩3分！！ ハロッズまでも地下鉄でナイツブリッジまで10分ぐらい とにかくアクセス良し良しです。

Mycket coolt hotell med nattklubbskänsla. Mörkt, trendigt och "sexigt". Kanske inte det hotellet man åker till om man vill ha en romantisk helg, snarare dit man tar sig om man är ute efter en syndig partyhelg.

Genau so sollte ein modernes, dem heutigen Zeitgeist entsprechendes Hotel sein und dies mit eine überaus freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Belegschaft, welche all die Wünsche versucht zu erfüllen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Ett av de bättre hotelen i london. Dock är de ganska nyöppnade (feb 2011) och det är fortfarande saker som inte flyter riktigt bra. Tex har jag bott där totalt c:a 20 nätter och brandlarm har gått igång 3 gånger mitt i natten och en gång på morgonen. Det enda som ser som minus (och det är inte deras fel) är att det är omöjligt att få tag i en taxi […] utanför hotelet... Devamı

The hotel is brand new, and has a very central location at Leichester square in London. Stylish rooms with "open" badrooms. A little unpractical but makes the room feel much larger. The tiles on the floor around the wash basin are very cold. Atleast you get free slippers since there are no heating in the floor. At a five star hotel like this , the wifi […] should be free of cost, and not cost annoying £16 pr. day. Suprisingly we and the neigbour room had some problems with the lightning system. 2 days, the only way to turn the light off was to go to the door and remove the card, kinda annoying to walk back to the bed in the dark. When we checked out we were given a receipt to check concering our stay. On the receipt it said that we had taken 8 items from the minibar that was wrong. During the evenings we had switched items with bottles that we had bought ourselves outside the hotel to be cooled off in the minibar. But replaced back again before the cleaning each day. Somehow the bar register if you remove items and it turns up on your bill. It was easily cleared at the check out, but a little annoying to have to explain it. We had a late return flight, and was given a late check out and they also stored our suitcases in the meantime we were out in the city before going to the airport. All in all a very "hip design" hotel, with super location and nice services. Can reccomed this hotel to others. Devamı

Great hotel and location. Just opened, so some services and functionality will probably be improved as they get in place. For party people it´s perfect :-)

Je ne connaissais pas la chaîne d Hotels W. Il s avère que ces des Hotels tops en général mais je viens de passer un séjour dans le meilleur hotel que j ai pu faire. Et hotell som egner seg godt for fest, men dårlig for familier. Hotellet gjør sitt ytterste for å fremstå hipt, og lykkes ganske godt.
