Really good location and excellent value for money. Great facilities in self catering, all modern and new! Hotel is new and clean, comfortable beds, We had balcony where we could eat. There was misunderstanding with parking, reception clerk told us that there no parking and we parked at private parking, but she meant, that all parking spots are taken and we should come to reception next day and check availability. This newly renovated apartment-hotel is conveniently located right on the old harbor. We found the rooms bright, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped, including a larger sized fridge (instead of the small, rarely cold minibar types we found in many other hotels). Breakfast had a number of offerings, including hot ones, […] which is rare in France. The staff was very helpful and informative about things to do nearby. There is a daily evening artisan market on the harbor, right outside the hotel, and lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. Beaches and buses to other points along the coast are less than a 5 min. walk along the harbor. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends. Enjoy! Devamı

Hôtel bien situé à proximité du vieux port de la Ciotat. Accueil professionnel et serviable selon les personnes. certaines d'entre elles sont timides et n'osent pas (?) dire "bonjour" quand on passe et repasse dans le hall d'accueil.

L'hôtel est très agréable, l'environnement est correct mais le personnel est inexpérimenté. En effet, dès le premier jour, 2 jeunes femmes de ménage ont emmené la chemise de nuit de mon épouse de couleur blanche en même temps que le linge de lit. Après avoir tout fouillé, la gouvernante n'a pas retrouvé cette chemise de nuit. C'est regretable et cela […] dénote un manque d'attention de la part des femmes de ménage. de même, le papier toilette n'a pas été renouvelé jusqu'à notre départ. Ces incidents, sans gravité, sont très désagréables lors d'un séjour loisirs où l'on est là pour se détendre complètement. Devamı

Dieses Hotel war insgesamt eine gute Entscheidung und wir würden dort jederzeit wieder buchen. Das Hotel ist modern und geschmackvoll, wenn auch etwas nüchtern und einfach, eingerichtet. Die Betten waren gut und alles sehr sauber, einschließlich des für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel geräumigen Badezimmers. Sehr gut ist die eingebaute Kitchenette. Allerdings gab […] es während des Aufenthaltes keinen Zimmerservice; die Zimmer werden wohl nur bei Gastwechsel aufgeräumt. Das Hotel liegt selbst in einer Gasse direkt hinter dem Best Western Hotel. Das Best Western wiederum liegt direkt am alten Hafen von La Ciotat. Das heißt, der wirklich schöne Ortskern ist keine 10 Meter entfernt. Aus dem Fenster sieht man allerdings nur eine hässliche alte Betonmarkthalle. Uns hat das nicht gestört, weil alle anderen per Internet buchbaren Hotels in derartiger Lage deutlich teurer sind. Insgesamt haben wir uns wirklich wohlgefühlt. Der Service war freundlich und immer verfügbar, das Hotel sauber und angenehm und die zentrale Lage natürlich sehr vorteilhaft. Wer allerdings ein romantisches, typisches Provence-Hotel sucht, ist hier falsch, denn die Atmosphäre ist eher Familien- oder Tagungshotels entsprechend nüchtern. Devamı

Hotel très proche du port à pied, literie matelas moyen, rapport qualité prix exellent

Cet hôtel est situé sur le port de La Ciotat d'où nous pouvions facilement accéder à pied aux différents commerces et restaurants du port. L'hôtel est un peu difficile à trouver car il se trouve dernière le Best Western. La chambre est bien équipée avec une petite section cuisine et il y a un balcon avec une table d'où nous prenions notre petit déjeuner. […] La chambre était confortable et tranquille. Devamı

C'est une jolie résidence tres bien située. Les personnes de l'accueil ont ete charmantes. Les petits dejeuner sont extra. Notre chambre etait spacieuse et calme. Ne pas hesiter a prendre la voiture pour faire la route des Cretes entre la Ciotat et Cassis, Attention vertige !!!

Bien situé, très propre, confortable, très bon état des chambres et des parties communes, peu bruyant de l'extérieur et de l'intérieur et très bon accueil à la réception. Bien sûr le stationnement est difficile mais peut-être résolu par le parking souterrain, mais attention aux grosses voitures car les places sont exiguës! -et un peu cher-. Comme déjà […] signalé par un autre avis, des odeurs de tabac alors que la résidence est non fumeurs. Je l'ai signalé, mais ce n'est pas non plus catastrophique. En résumé, j'ai été très satisfait de l'ensemble. Devamı

A parte il tempo, per il quale non possimo intervenire direttamente se non conoscendo Dio in persona, tutto è stato buono. L' ultimo giorno dell' anno lo abbiamo trascorso al club nautico (forse un po caro per le prestazioni offerte). Il resto del soggiorno sia in albergo che nella cittadina e dintorni è stato gradevole.
