Hotel Aura - Yeni Delhi

When we arrived after pre booking this hotel, they were over booked. They showed us a room with a mattress on the floor for the third adult traveling with us. This room also had cockroaches crawling up the walls and on the floor. We asked if they could supply us with insect spray to kill the cockroaches. The hotel man brought up a tin of room freshener […] and started to spray it around the room. We asked him where the insect spray was and he told us it was a dual spray with both freshener and insect spray conbined. One of our party asked to look at the can of spray and it was only room freshener alone. The hotel man said her would bring the insect spray back. He never did. We rang down to the front desk and told them we were not happy so they moved up to another room which supposed to be a suite which was for one night until our booked room became available. Our adult daughter had to sleep on a small couch with a thin mattress on it and her feet hanging over on to the coffee table. The next morning we had to pack up and wait until they cleaned our booked room before we could move it. Because we wanted to go out for the day we had to lock our suitcases and trust hotel staff to do the right thing. With this hotel being only three star the surrounding out side area was expected, This didn't worry us, but after a long flight from Melbourne to Delhi, we were very tired and didn't need the extra complications with our booking. if u r the one who stays in Taj, Marriot or Sheriton then this one is not for you. It is for ppl who want to budget their trip at the same dont want to conpromise on comfort.

Generally a good and clean hotel, however many of the items stated in the room specification were not true. For example there was no in room safe, and although we ordered 2 single beds were provided with a double.

The hotel is located in a crowded and lively surrounding. There are many hawkers, small convenience shops and budget hotels near the hotel. The first impression is that one will have to stay in a budget hotel. However, I think it is definitely slightly better than the two or three star hotels nearby. The room is adequate and very basic. A comfortable […] bed and sofa and table set. Amenities like soap and shampoo and tea and tea-making facilities were available. However, I am a big hair-dryer person and was disapointed that none were available upon request. The hotel also offer a good selection of dishes in their room service menu. Quite delicious. Stayed in Aura Hotel for 2 days/nights during the Dasara holidays. The first thing that strikes you is the shady surroundings - the hotel is located in a locality that is always bustling even late in the night. The hotel room (Suite) was comfortable, not great. Food in the hotel was average - not recommended. Very good hotel right beside new delhi rail station. walkable distance. Close to metro also. Staffs are good and co-operative. Nice complimentary breakfast. We just stayed for one night, so at a glance ita a hotel of international standard.

Started and finished my trip at this very clean and well run hotel and will be heading straight there from the airport next time i am in this amazing city. The staff are courteous and good natured and allowed me to have a later than usual check-out to accomodate my flight and refused an offer of more money. Many hotels in this area but if the rupees […] aren't a problem go for this one and if noise isn't an issue get a room with a view onto Arakashan rd. Devamı

L'hôtel est convenable et conforme à la présentation annoncée. Le personnel est disponible et prêt à vous aider. Le quartier est animé, de nombreux hôtels y sont d'ailleurs implantés. Les chambres sont propres et la literie confortable. Le seul souci est que la chambre donnait face à l'escalier menant au hall d'accueil. Il y avait donc beaucoup de bruit […] même en pleine nuit. Har nyligen kommit hem efter en resa i Asien. Två nätter bodde jag och min dotter på Aura hotel. Jag ville bo på ett någorlunda bra hotel i Dehli eftersom allt runtomkring bara är ett gytter av allt. Jag blev lite besviken eftersom det kändes smutsigt och mörkt. Det fattades ett täcke på en av sängarna och vi fick be 5 gånger innan någon kom upp med […] täcket. Internet krånglade också, vi bad om hjälp och det ordnades väl till slut. Jag tyckte om området där det låg, rörigt men rätt så mysigt. Vi hade bott på Radison i Agra nätterna innan så kontrasten blev väldigt stor. Devamı

Hotellet ligger sentralt med Jernbanen 10 min gangtur unna. Hotellet ser flottere ut innvendig enn utvendig. Travel gate utenfor, så forvent tuting fra Riksha og noe støy. Service er MEGET bra på hotellet og de er behjelpelige. De har også en egen travel desk med flinke sjåfører man kan benytte seg av. Restauranten er det eneste minuset på hotellet. […] Fikk servert ris kokt tidligere på dagen, varmet opp i mikro. Eneste store minuset. Ellers får valuta for pengene. Devamı

La ubicación del hotel es buena,ya que se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad,en una calle llena de hoteles. La pieza es grande,cómoda,pero las sabanas y toallas estaban sucias. Además al llegar en la tarde al hotel, no nos habían hecho la pieza. El desayuno tampoco era muy bueno.

Veldig fornøyd med hotellet. Men kanskje ikke så lurt med boblebad i India når det er mangel på varmt vann. Hyggelig og hjelpsomt personell. Rene og pene rom - men frokostrestauranten trengte litt rengjøring. Print ut kart på hotellets beliggenhet - drosjesjåføren prøvde å innbille oss om at det ikke var bilvei fram og vill sende oss det siste stykket […] med sykkel - men vi lot oss ikke lure. Devamı

Vill du ha hotell med god standard och samtidigt med lågt pris, skulle jag absolut rekommendera denna hotell. Frukosten som ingick var av acceptabelt kvalité och priset i övrigt på restaurangen var rimlig. Det är 5 minuters gångavstånd till tågstation och ca 15 minuters gångavstånd till connaught place. I beskrivningen står att säkerhetsskåp finns på […] rummet vilket inte stämmer, detta finns inte att tillgå på hotellet. Det fanns personal som var något obehaglig och som tvingade till sig att ge service ex genom att bära väskor och därefter inväntade dricks eller liknande. Devamı

日本人の方であれば、綺麗で安くて満足できる宿と思います。朝食サービスも良かった。 一つ難点を言えば、メトロデリー駅から遠いこと（重い荷物を持って歩くことは難しい。）、ホテル従業員の対応がもう少しフレキシブルにできればな、と感じました。 しかし、次回にデリー訪問の際も利用させて頂こうと思います。

Hotellets restaurang och pris var helt ok. Dock ligger hotellet i ett mycket väldigt fattigt område och man ska inte gå ut efter mörkrets inbrott. Varmvatten saknades i duschen, AC blåste rakt över sängen i ansiktet och rummet var inte bra städat.

Fotos sehen sehr schön aus, obwohl wir die Aura Suites gebucht hatten, zimmer und badezimmer waren sehr schmutzig, flecken auf bett und handtücher, sie haben es zwar gewechselt aber immer noch mit flecken! man sagt es ist halt Delhi. Unsere Meinung nach am bestens 50 usd mehr bezahlen und in einem internationalen Hotel übernachten, sauber, ruhig und […] in einem besserem Quartier. Devamı

Nice staff and well-kept modern hotel. Good value for money. Many hotels in the area will not let Indians and foreigners share a room, for instance Ajanta Hotel or Godwin Hotel. But since I am Indian but a Danish citizen and my boyfriend is an Indian citizen, we needed a hotel where they were not concerned with this nonsense, so luckily Hotel Aura was […] able to fulfil our needs.
