it was a very central place, walking distance to mostly anywhere. nice building, nice rooms. Some very nice lady(probably Rebecca) gave us a short briefing about where to go etc. She was very helpful and kind. Bathrooms were almost always available. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Two complaints: our room was to be cleaned on the 3rd. day but probably […] they forgot. And there was no wardrobe to hang our clothes. At least there could be hangers on the wall. We were met as promised outside the apartment, shown the facilities and given the keys. We had a double room with en-suite shower room - glazed doors between bedroom and shower room but curtain to give some privacy. The room was basic but clean and the bed was fine. The lighting was rather dim and the room had no window except via the shower room. The […] shared dining area was just outside our door and, especially the first night, was very noisy until the young people went to bed. Great Location and clean but the paper thin walls make it not worth it.

Overall a quite unpleasant experience with this rental, although both my partner and I traveled quite a bit and rented a few apt throughout Europe : very loud place because of traffic (Gran Via - the near by boulevard is what the name implies - a very busy street) + no AC means you can't really close the windows ,,,not even in Sep.; saggy uncomfortable […] beds and almost ironic - posters everywhere reminding the guests to be quiet and behave like adults (clean after themselves, don't take the towels to the beach etc etc...long list of rules you should follow). Kind of in line with everything else, the guy that met us (Bruno~) I found a bit demanding and blunt/unfriendly. I would advise against this place. Devamı

Apartment Gran Via is just a few blocks away from the center of Barcelona and La Rambla. Which is a great positive. The sharing of the apartment was also a positive since it got us to meet many different couples from all over the globe. And the cost was perfect, you can't get a room this close to everything for so little. So what's wrong with the place? […] No air conditioning in the summer months, just a fan. The windows open, but the Gran Via is so noisy it's makes it impossible to sleep. The beds are very basic and uncomfortable too. And while it claims to have a washing machine for doing laundry, we were told it was only to be used by the staff and there was no laundromat in any of the neighborhoods we walk, nor could any of the staff help us locate one. If you're one budget this is a good place to stay, but if you can afford to splurge a few more euros do it! You'll be grateful to have a good nice sleep. Devamı

place was nice. location was convenient for walking around that neighborhood or taking the metro to downtown sites. from whatever we saw online, we expected a bathroom to be included with our room, and we were disappointed when we got there that the bathrooms were in the hallway for everyone in the hall to use. but, there were 3 bathrooms and we didnt […] have any conflict with getting a bathroom when we wanted to use it. community kitchen and table/chairs also available in hallway area. nice balcony. A wonderful experience, started off with a warm orientation by the apartment coordinator who gave us a good deal of great tips & advices. The apartment is well maintained & cosy. Located right in the middle of town, yet ~10min walk away from La Rambla to avoid the noise for a good nite rest. Besides the well equipped kitchen, the apartment has also […] WiFi which is great. Good location, basically walking distance to most attractions. Nice immediate neighbourhood, but also next to v. noicy Grand Via. Very friendly welcoming and clean rooms. Felt quite expensive for a room in a flat.

After an awful first night in a hostel, we were over the moon to find such excellent accommodation for our remaining stay. We had a triple room in apartment Gran Via for four nights. It was very spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen facilities were fantastic. The only downside was the noise from the busy road below but this was offset by the excellent […] location - just bring some ear plugs! Another friend joined us for our last three nights and the very helpful apartment agent secured us two twin rooms in another apartment just down the road, by Tetuan. Bor til daglig meget på hoteller men har aldrig oplevet ringere standard og for den sags skyld service. Forsøgte da jeg så værelset at finde et andet men alt var udsolgt grundet en vis fodboldkamp. Dette kan på INGEN måder anbefales medmindre man bare vil bo 800 meter fra Plaça de Catalunya. Kunne aldrig drømme om at bo der igen!

Med tanke på det extremt billiga priset så hade vi inga jättehöga förväntningar. Vi blev därför väldigt förvånade av hur bra det var. Bra mottagande och god service från killen som tog emot oss vid ankomsten. Centralt - promenadavstånd till det mesta. Väldigt billigt men ändå väldigt fräscht. hotel trés bruyant du à une mauvaise isolation de la fenêtre donnant sur une voie routière importe. Avons attendu plus d'une heure la personne devant nous donner les clefs de la chambre, celle ci est arrivée enfin mais sans les clefs avons du encore attendre....(temps perdu 1h30 )

Hyvällä paikalla sijaitseva siisti ja edullinen huoneistohotelli. Yhteiset kylpyhuoneet ja vessat myös erittäin siistejä. Kannattaa harkita jos tarvitset paikkaa, jossa nukkua ja säilyttää tavaroitasi. Metroasema sopivan lähellä, josta pääsee kaikkialle helposti. Henkilökunta erittäin huolehtivaista.

Vi åkte i lågsäsong och fick nästan en lägenhet för oss själva mesta tiden. Rummen var mysiga och läget utmärkt. För sjävhushåll ett utmärkt alternativ!

Mycket bra läge, dock en del trafikbuller. Rent o fint, fint kök o badrum o toaletter, de gemensamma faciliteterna funkade bra. Rummet stort o rymligt, högt i tak. Hyfsade sängar. Allt måste vägas mot priset.....Vi anser att vi fått bra valuta för pengarna. Åker vi till Barcelona igen.....vilket är troligt, då vi verkligen gillade Barcelona..... så […] bor vi gärna på Gran Via igen. Devamı

このホテルはキッチン(立派）、バス(トイレ）は最大４組の宿泊客で共有です。ただしバス（トイレ）は２室あります。TVはありません。シーツ、タオルの交換もありません。また冷房の設備もありません。暑い日は窓を開けますが、通りの交通量が多いので、騒音レベルが大きいです。また、地下鉄の振動もあり、居住環境としてはよくありません。二つの地下鉄駅に近いことと、夜中、タクシーがつかまえられるため、朝早くの空港までのアクセスが容易な点が利点です。部屋は角のお菓子屋の隣の建物の６階にあたります。

Near to the Metrostation, 10min to Pl.Catalunya and on the 4th level... pretty nice and clean. we loved it :)

Om du vill ha ett boende till bra pris som är nära till centrum, kan acceptera att dela kök-badrum med andra gäster, är ett rum i Gran Via Apartment ett bra val. Det beror på de andra gästerna förstås, en del ungdomar hade en fest en natt men sedan var det bra. Det tar 10 min promenad till Placa Catalunya. Personen som visar den stora lägenheten är […] angelägen om mer eller mindre direkt betalning vid första mötet, vilket känns lite påträngande även om betalningen ska göras vid incheckningen.Han nämnde betalningen flera gånger. Om du har 200 euro-sedel är detta inte att rekommendera, då man är osäker på äktheten och vill först kontrollera detta. Eftersom de har kortnummer borde detta vara onödigt och känns som om man misstänks för något. Om något är fel eller det finns problem, är de angelägna om att lösa detta snarast. Min kompis satte en plastkasse utanför badrummet när vi kom till lägenheten efter en shoppingtur. Några minuter efter badrumsbesöket var kassen borta. Det var någon städerska som såg denna direkt och tog hand om denna. Hon hann dock gå därifrån innan vi upptäckte detta. Vi trodde att någon av de andra gästerna hade tagit denna, eftersom några matvaror tidigare hade försvunnit från köket. Vi var både mycket upprörda då vi trodde kassen med dyra jeans var borta för alltid. men det löste sig när vi kontaktat lägenhetens ägare. Städerskan lämnade plastkassen direkt till oss. Devamı

Barcelone en Aout, il fait chaud... Dormir fenêtre ouverte à Apartment Gran Via (situé sur une artère très passante) est un défi si on n'a pas prévu les bouchons d'oreilles ! Hormis le niveau sonore, l’hôtel est vraiment bien, très propre et très bien situé. C'est une très bonne adresse.

Helnöjd med detta boende, förutom att det ligger väldigt centralt var priset bra och det var fräscht.

We have stayed at this hostel 2 times now. It´s simple but clean and you can make your own food. Now in the summer it was sometimes hard to sleep, there is no AC and the street outside has a lot of noicy traffic. But over all it´s a great place to stay!

Love the location, very central. The only inconvenient was that I though it was a B&B, but it is just a room in an apartment to rent. If you are young, this is the best place, you can cook your own meals, great atmosphere, near to the discos, etc. However, I would recommended for people over 30s. Min kæreste og jeg boede 4 nætter på Apartment Gran Via og var meget tilfredse med oplevelsen. Ok, der er lidt lydt men hvis man ikke er sart, er det ikke noget problem. Lejligheden er stor og værelserne er pæne og velholdte og flere har en lille altan med udsigt. Der er 2 badeværelser og et ekstra toilet og vi oplevede aldrig ventetid. Desuden er der […] daglig, grundig rengøring så alle faciliteter er pæne og velholdte. Vi valgte ud fra pris og beliggenhed og synes beliggenheden var helt i top. Man kan gå til næsten alle steder på 10 - 15 minutter og der er metroen i nærheden. Kvarteret er super hyggeligt og med mange lokale caféer, restauranter mv. og så er det ikke en klassisk turistzone, men mere lokalt. Modtagelsen var rigtig god, vi fik god information og tips til lokale spisesteder osv. Generelt en rigtig god service, eneste minus er, at der ikke er mulighed for bagageopbevaring efter check-out. Jeg undersøgte mange hostels mv. for priser og disse lejligheder er klart i den billige evne, giver en mere intim og lokal oplevelse og er i rigtig god stand + super beliggenhed til pengene. Husk ørepropper, hvis du er lidt sart mht. lyd så får du et super ophold. Gran Via Apartments er et sted jeg klart vil anbefale og vende tilbage til. Et sidste tip ved booking: Der står i bookingbekræftelsen, at du skal ringe til hotellet ved ankomst for at aftale at få nøglerne, men nummeret skal du desværre pt. kontakte Hotels.com for at få fat i. Det er ganske nemt, men vigtigt for at kunne få fat i nøglerne. Devamı

Good location, blocks away from Placa de Catalunya. Basic equipment. If planning to explore the city most of the time and to save some bucks on acommodation, this will be a good choice.

We had the best time staying at Apartment Gran Via. The location was absolutley perfect. It was clean and fresh. We will for sure stay here again!

This flat was nice with all you need for a five day break in Barcelona. We didn't experince any queue for the bathrooms or the kitchen. It was great that we were able to keep food and drinks in the kitchen. The traffic noise in the neighbour hood is very loud but other than that, we didn't experience any noise.
