LOVED the hotel! The hotel is clean and well staffed. Great for business. Not by the beach, but only 15 minutes from. Gym and pool are in good condition. Free breakfast is good.

Got the hotel and was greeted upon arrival. Check in was smooth and fast. I got to my room and inspected it. I work in Crime Scene Investigations and was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. The room was larger than what expected very comfortable. The size of the suite was great for our family. Nice modern look and feel. I just didn't like how the a/c was either on freezing or off and stuffy, and I'm not a fan of sink outside the bathroom which wakes up everyone else in the room when in use.

Very nice spacious, well-appointed room. Mall nearby is car-centric - not geared to walkers. Would be good if the hotel advertised the airport shuttle more prominently. If hotel tells you not to sign up for the shuttle, ignore them and sign up. 25 people showed up at the same time for a 14 person shuttle service.

Clean, quiet, convenient. And the complimentary breakfast was superb.

I thought this hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Very convenient location to the airport. Friendly staff with a nice bar/food service downstairs. I liked the set up of the room and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful I stayed for a weekened and the room was awesome....I would say that my fridge was not working, there is no microwave and worst of all no vending machines however other than that my stay was amazing....the breakfast wasnt anything to brag about but for what I payed....I will definately stay again...the room was just that bea […] utiful!!! Great hotel location. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Room was well laid out and spacious. Breakfast was well supplied with an average variety. Really enjoyed my stay there and would stay again and recommend to my friends.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel during our recent stay in Fort Lauderdale. Our worst nightmare came true upon arrival. We were given our key and headed to our room. Upon inserting the key and opening the door, I was greeted by two men in their underwear wondering why we were entering their room! It was a bad situation for both the people occupying […] the room and my wife and I. We apologized and went back downstairs. The hostess then called the room and mentioned that they were not supposed to be in it. However, they were checked into the room by another hostess. Obviously, the front desk did not have it together. We then went to our new room and began our 3 night stay. After the 1st night, the maid had not came by our room. We called for towels. No biggie. After the second night the maid had not came by so we called the front desk. They sent the maid who was very angry about having to service our room. She asked us to leave so we did. When we came back she had not hardly touched the room. I then called the front desk to bring us clean sheets. The Manager and some superviser came to our room to deliver the sheets and understand why we were upset. I explained everything to them. At first the Manager was defensive and then came around. They attempted to give me drink coupons which I declined. The bottom line is that I will not be staying there again and will be sure to let my friends no to beware. Devamı

For the price. Should have had a better breakfast. Cerial and muffins I could get at a much cheaper hotel. Room was nice.

Great Hotel. I'm going to seek out Hyatt Place hotels after this experience. The front desk attendants actually remembered my name. They even remembered that I got a nonfat Latte each morning and went to make one up for me. Rooms very clean and breakfast was great. Only negative is that the TV did not work on my treadmill but in fairness I did not ask […] anyone to fix it. Overall great hotel in a great location by the airport with restaurants and shopping (go to the restaurant “Las Vegas” for some amazing Cuban food). Devamı

This hotel was located immediately off I-95 and there was a decent selection of fast food restuarants in the vicintity. Acceptable breakfast foods and decent room service menu. The beds were very comfortable. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay outside of Miami. Will use this hotel again if in the area again.

The Hyatt Place Fort Lauderdale Airport was convenient and easy to check into. Our room had a musty odor when we walked in and after some investigation we noticed the sink was leaking onto the carpet. The room was nice in the typical Hyatt Place fashion and all the hotel services were up to par.

It was my family first time booking with Hyatt Place. We were impressed that the room was very clean & spacious & comfortable. Staff were friendly & helpful. My family truly enjoyed our 2 days stay here. Bravo!

I found this hotel to be clean, the staff friendly and the room nice. The only issue I had was with parking. The parking lot had a single bar gate which was card activated and you needed to additionally push a button and wait for the desk to open the gate - which was a little inconvenient and really not any kind of security feature at all for an open […] area where cars could be freely driven out. I love the location of this hotel . The accommodations was ideal. The staff was wonderful and friendly. It was simply splendid . It accentuated my wife's and I 20th wedding anniversary.

The confusing thing is making sure you're going to the correct Hyatt. Once you're past that, the hotel is very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised and contemplated staying for another day. Great hotel.

Great hotel at an incredible value. Service was top notch, place was super clean and well kept up.

My husband, 11 year old son, and I stayed there for 3 nights. We loved the location because it was close to local fast food and just about everything including the beach. The hotel was very nice. My only complaint is that the room seemed like it had never been aired out (which I guess most hotel rooms are not) and had a very musty smell to it. Well, […] there's another complaint. The hotel was clean. The staff was great. But getting there was ridiculous. It took 45 min for us to FLY from Tampa to Ft. Lauderdale...and it took 50 min for the shuttle to pick us up! When we called, the person at the hotel "had no idea where the driver was!" It took three phone calls. Ridiculous. That was the first impression of the facility. Everyone associated is more than pleasing! Great rooms Great service from check in and during...the King bed is to never leave your Room...so comfortable! Huge flat panel TVs with an abundance of ports ! Grab your partner and escape for the weekend!

Staff very consistant with needs and knowledge of area ! Very chic for the price ! The staff were remarkably kind and smart with a smile ! Large TVs with plenty of ports. Alivaro,Carlos and Jennifer demonstrate efficency at all time.

I was looking for a hotel in Ft. Laderdale area and came across this hotel. The reviews were great so I decided to book there. Well - they did not disappoint me! Location - The hotel is located just off I-95 so it was real easy to get to. If you plan to go to Ft. Lauderdale beach / Los Olas area, it's 15 min drive. You would need a car though to commute […] as cab could get expensive for multiple trips. There is a shopping plaza a block from the hotel. Parking - Plenty of free parking. Condition - As we walked past the doors we enteres the lobby and it was sparkling clean. The hotel is very welcoming. Check-in - Check in was a breeze. The hotel staff was very nice and checked us in within minutes. I requested a room away from the highway (2 small kids!) and they acknowledged. Rooms - The room was spacious. I did not realize at the time of booking that the rooms in this hotel have a sitting area with comfortable sofas and writing table and then the beds separated by a partition. The room and the toilet were very clean. Now the best part - FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST - They have 24 hr kitchen and a proper restaurant. The breakfast had a lot of variety - donuts, bread, muffins, bagels, cereals, fruits, yogurt, oat meal, juice, coffee and more. If you still want something else you can always order it and pay for it. Special Mention - The second day after our checking-in, we noticed cigerette smoke smell coming in our room. We called reception and they sent someon to check immediately. They offered us a different (bigger) room rightaway - no questions asked. I loved that! I highly recommend this place Devamı

We chose this hotel because of the shuttle service. After being told that we'd have no trouble getting a shuttle at 5AM we were the first couple in the lobby at 4:40 AM. The shuttle was full and left us and another couple to call a taxi to take us to the airport. This cost each of us $25. Both couples were extremely disappointed in the service. We stayed one night in a King bed room, asked for one not facing the highway and on an upper floor so it was quiet. The furniture in the room was a little dated, but aside from that the room was very nice and comfortable, quite spacious, and good quality for the price. Parking and wifi are free. This is a clean, modern, no frills hotel. Guest staff was accommodating. Complimentary breakfast was good. Overall I had a pleasant if not memorable stay.

As a business traveller, I stay frequently at the Hyatt properties and generally am pleased with the Hyatt Place. At this location I was a little dissapointed with the service of the front desk staff who 'ran out' of water for purchase but, as I was informed rudely, could go to the other floors and buy it from the vending machines, of which I didnt […] have cash on me and there was not an ATM. This could be consitered my fault without having cash but if you have ever risked your $3 in a hotel vending machine, late at night, hoping for water when you push the water option and getting a sprite....or having to go to multiple floors to get the water because it is sold out, then you can understand my frustration at 11:30 pm. Lastly, I did not like the parking situation. You park in front by the lobby to check in and then park in basically gated parking (which is accessable to any pedestrian). This would be great however, the entry ways are not lit and it is very hard to see the key 'fob'. Traveling alone as a female, I did not feel comfortable with this so I walked around the entire property to get to the front to enter the hotel as I take my safety very seriously when I travel. Devamı
