Good place to stay and work if you are on business and have to travel across the border Convenient for border crossing and not too crowed if yo need to go our and do some shopping or have dinner. Not too many choices as in McAllen but also not to far of a drive to get to those choices

It was clean and convienent, but the staff was not friendly at all. When I needed to speak to a manager there was never one around. They refussed to match a discount from the internet and made me rebook through Hotels.com again to extend my stay. I might stay here again but it would if everything else was taken. Our stay at the Hampton Hotel in Mission Texas was great. Great location for the function we were attending. The food was great and hot. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and prompt in check in. Overall the hotel was great and we definately will stay there again.

everything was great on our stay at the hampton in until check out , before checkout time our keys did not work any more and we could not get in to get are luggage out. so we had to get them to open our room to leave. thank you.

It was hard to find. The street wasn't on our GPS. The hotel was OK but comparing it to other hotels that I've stayed at in the past, it is a margin below: The drinking glasses in the room were paper cups, the bathroom ceiling needed painting, the rooms seemed a bit smaller and the decor was good but a notch below the other brand. The pool was too cold […] to swim in and the breakfast was just right price for being free. Otherwise, the overall comfort of the hotel was nice, the staff were very pleasant, the hotel is next to major shopping and eating places. We always felt safe in the area. The shower was a first: it was a large step-in shower but the water pressure was not the usual hotel nice shower feel on the body. At checkout, the clerk couldn't figure out how to make it work and had to call someone. We waited at the desk an unusual amount of time but she finally made it happen. It had something to do with reserving and paying through a third party and I think it was hotels dot. I would stay there again as long as the price was the same or lower. Devamı

Conviniently located off main freeway. Helpful staff. Nice continental breakfast. 3rd time staying here while visiting family.

When I made my Reservation I paid for a plan with include Room+Target GC. The people at frontdesk was very disgusting and make me to wait for the Gift card ultil Im leaving the Hotel..... too late to use it. I never choose this "package" again...!!!

Our stay at this hotel was nice. The rooms were okay and the staff was friendly and helpful. My only issue was that my electronic room key stopped working more than once and had to be reprogrammed a few times. The hotel included breakfast which was more than a continental breakfast but not quite a full breakfast. Nonetheless, there were enough choices […] and my son did enjoy making waffles. It was a nice hotel in a nice, quite location. The size of the room was very nice, but I got the king with the sofa bed. Don't know if that makes a difference. I just like having somewhere else to sit and relax besides the bed. Only problem I had was I had planned to sit and relax while watching True Blood on HBO. Hotels.com listed HBO as one of the […] amenities of the hotel but I get there and find out they only have Showtime. Also I had planned in immersing myself in a nice long bath but the stopper on the bath tub was broken so that didn't work out. That was a little bump in my plan but otherwise I was satisfied. This Hampton hotel beats out La Quinta. Hands down. The hotel was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The staff were ALL extremely helpful, perky, and welcoming. If you want to know where to go eat, they'll recommend some local places to get you away from the normal chains too. They served alcoholic beverages and snacks at their happy hours on Tuesday […] and Wednesday. How many hotels have a complimentary happy hour for their guests? As I write this review, I see that this hotel has only 2.5 stars. I think it deserves more than that. I had a perfect stay and will go back to that one if I need to. Devamı

Excelente para los que vamos de compras y necesitamos descansar sin el sonido de la ciudad.

Buen desayuno, precio justo, instalaciones de primera. Cerca de centro comercial. Lo recomiendo ampliamente

Muy mala experiencia con los baños, ya que los que estan en la planta baja junto al restaurante estaban super sucios y sin papel y el baño de la habitación se tapo con un poco de papel y la comida del desayuno bufet muy mala.

El servicio en el desayuno es el único tache una sola persona para el servicio es insuficiente

LO RECOMENDARIA AMPLIAMENTE

SOLO UN PEQUEÑO DETALLE EN EL BAÑO FALTABAN ALUGUNAS TOALLAS PARA MANOS. PERO NADA RELEVANTE, CON LAS QUE HABÍA FUÉ SUFICIENTE..

Me encanto el Hotel y la ubicación exelente, si vas de compras tienes todo muy cerca

La noche del sábado tambien hubo un evento, en la recámara en donde nos hospedamos... habitación 221. se escucha toda la música, baje a pedír si podían solucionar el problema... y no hubo solución... mi familia y yo pudimos conciliar el sueño hasta que terminó el evento...

Está bien ubicado, tiene buena tarifa

El hotel está en grandes condiciones, está a espaldas de un target (caminando) y a un par de minutos del mall de McAllen. Muy recomendable

Un poco de señalamientos le vendria bien al hotel para ubicarlo mas rapido

Simplemente uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me ha tocado hospedarme, habitaciones con excelente confort, excelente trato por parte del personal empleado, buena comida, etc.
