Red Roof Inn & Suites Beaumont - Beaumont

The hotel is clean staff is wonderful but rooms need a fridge and microwave .

I stayed here a week ago and there was many bugs (roaches) in the bathroom it made my stay very uncomfortable, I had to get my friend to come and kill them, then the shower wasnt clean I wore my flip flops because I was afraid of getting bacteria on my feet. I think this hotel can do alot better with cleaning of the rooms.

The comforters had burn marks on them but the room overall was clean. The staff was very polite although a little lazy instead of delivering the extra towels I requested I was asked to come down to the lobby and pick them up. NEVER AGAIN AT RED ROOF,... ROOM DIRTY AND HOTEL DIRTY AND NOISE ALL NIGHT LONG. THEY NEED SECURITY, A LOT OF PEOPLE HANGING AROUND THAT WERE NOT GUESTS, BUT FRIENDS OF EMPLOYEES.

The hotel is very nice but built very poorly due to noise easily heard above you and next to you. Had to move rooms due to the noise above me and it was somewhat better in the next room I got. The price is right but they could have built them better.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The first night our bed was horrible. When i told the front desk the next morning they went above and beyond to make things righ, no questions asked. everything was ok except shower,took my wife 10 mins to rinse her hair,not much water pressure. shower leaked through the bottom glass also and had to use all the towels to soak up water on the floor.probably won't be staying there again!

Overall the hotel and room are nice for the price. The hotel room was smaller than expected. The only main complaint is the shower hangs from the ceiling rather than the wall. For a woman, it is difficult to shower like this and not get your newest hair do wet. Still a nice hotel though. Room decor was nice.

The overall hotel was ok. The room was clean and comfortable. There seemed to be a lot of parties going on though because there was a lot of noise at times and there were a lot of beer cans and pizza boxes left near the trash cans by the ice machines. Bottom line, the Beaumont TX Red Roof Inn is a good economical option. My husband and I stayed there for 6 nights across the Christmas holiday and would stay there again. It's a good location and the room was clean. Although the layout of the room was on the small side and a little inconvenient, you can't beat the value. you dont mind have nothing but pre-packaged cold breakfast you dont mind having a shower that is AWFUL you want a pet friendly hotel that does not charge anything for them! you want a hotel that is very reasonably priced! you want a hotel that is close to plenty of places to eat! This is my first and only Red Roof Inn experience. The room is so dirty! Shower is filthy and towels are stained! I can hear every step made in the hallway. The walls are paper thin and I can't sleep through the noise. I'm stopping here on my way to New Orleans and I was hoping for a hot shower and a good night's rest. Sometimes when the price is right, you get just what you pay for. The room was quite small for a king-sized bed and two people.The bathroom gave only one option for bathing - a showerr (no tub) and an overhead (in ceiling) shower head with no way to adust it. Bring a shower cap if washing your hair is not an option.

The room was clean and well kept. Very comfortable. We did go down for the "intercontinental breakfast" to find some coffee and a single honey bun in a bowl.

This hotel is nice and the service team is very friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

I was really pleased with the modern design and comfort of this hotel. The room was small but very well appointed. The bathroom was large, spotlessly clean with beautiful fixtures and flooring. I could have stayed comfortably for a week. And my hotels.com rate was almost half the rate I paid just a few days later for a last minute check-in.

we had trouble getting some sleep, because of two large dogs in the room above us. We did not know that pets were allowed to stay in this hotel with us. My wife is afraid of dogs. will not stay there again.

Everything was great. There was no breakfast or coffee ready. It was still early in the morning.

Room was great. People were great. Public areas need a good cleaning. Breakfast was a joke. A bad joke. The desk lady did warn me that it was simple, pastries and juice or coffee. It looked like they just bought things from the vending machine. I did not check the coffee urns, but there was no juice and nothing worth eating.

The price is what attracted us to this hotel, but once we arrived, the hotel was clean and new. The receptionist was curtious and helpful. The room was contemporary and relaxing. We will definately stay here again. The price is a shock when you get into the room and see how nice it it.

The staff here was awesome. Very friendly and interested. Check in was a breeze and their's 24 hour coffee. Smoking room did not smell. Rooms were extremely modern and well laid out. Very cool.

The address of the hotel was not easy to find. For breakfast there was only cookie and coffee. There was no hairdryer. The bed was not very clean. The price was very low. however, most of the stuff in the hotel looks new. The hotel is 2 years old. 28/Nov/2011

This is a nice and modern new hotel. There were no odors or stains anywhere. Staff was great. Price was right. Highly recommend!

King bed takes up most of the room. A very bare bones place

Everything was satisfactory. Quiet and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was the minimal "continental breakfast," which consisted of packaged sweets like Honeybuns! Coffee was good, however.

the reason i rated the service a 2 cause when i asked the housekeepers for towels they told me they didnt have any...they could have offer to get towels or tell me were i could get them...she was to busy on her cell phone...all though the young lady at the front desk was very apologetic that checked me out...becuase of her i may stay there again

Overall the hotel was ok for the price. I would rather paid a little more for a best western. My room which was a king suite was ok. It had a kitchenette which had a fridge, small sink and 2 burners next to the sink. For it being a "suite" is was small. Te shower has a half glass cover so you get very cold. I had tons of natts and my sheets were dirty […] with other peoples head hair and other body hair which was gross! Called the front desk to see if house keeping or someone could bring clean sheets but their is only person who works at night. I was by myself for this trip and I hated that I had to go down to get clean sheets at midnight and the lady gave me sheets that were too small. So I slept on non fitted sheets with natts flying on me. It was horrible. The hotel it self is nice for the money however I felt like my room needed to be exterminated. I really didn't expect the beds to be as comfortable as they were and although the room was compact, it was also very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a very good experience.

We have never stayed at a Red Roof Inn before, so this was our first. It was a new hotel, so the hotel was still "fresh". However, there was a large group of youngsters hanging out in the parking lot, so I had a sense of insecurity. The shower was horrible. 9 Foot Ceiling and the shower head hung from the ceiling. I loved this hotel, very nice, wonderful people, very respectful when conversing or answering any questions I had....my husband is student teaching to finish his degree in Beaumont while working fulltime as a police officer in beaumont...so I will be staying once a week downthere until he finishes his degree...we are newlyweds so of course we miss each […] other and his passion is teaching...he will be retiring from being a Policeman to Persue teaching...we appreciated the kindness shown to us and look forward to staying there weekly for the next 12 weeks....thank you. Breakfast is nothing but sweets in plastic wrapping! Comfort is poor quality, location is easy accessible. Nothing too impressive, not returning!

The hotel was nice overall. I couldn't get any hot water for my shower on the third floor. I really would have like a regular small table to eat my dinner on instead of the pseudo desk/table. I had to look at a wall while eating because the tv was mounted on the wall directly above the desk/table.
