The hotel's location was really hard to find, however the rooms were clean, large enough and the beds were comfortable.

Very nice hotel, very clean and personnel is helpfull. Be aware that it's not a real bed but a convertible Bed Couch. it's not as comfy as a real bed.

"Enjoyed our stay"
Realy nice place, clean, friendly. A few very minor negatives: location on map is incorrect, so GPS sent us to the local school, shame no service before 3pm, but staff friendly and helpful. croissants a little stale, but rest of breakfast was great. highly recommended.

"No air conditioning and it gets hot here."
There was no a/c and when you opened the balcony door smoke from neighboring rooms came in so if you had to choose between being smoked out or being too hot in the room. Nice kitchenette, room was good for the price. It was very noisy, other guests were inconsiderate, playing music in the cars in the parking lot, banging around the hotel and smoking […] constantly plus the traffic on the road going past the hotel was very loud, must be bouncing off the building or something but it was hard to get to sleep with all the noise going on. très déçue du confort de la chambre. Nous avions demandé avoir un lit et avons finalement eu un canapé lit de très mauvaise qualité. impossible de dormir à cause du bruit des ressorts et de l'inconfort du matelas.

"Appart hotel Les Rives du Léman à Gex"
Si l'essentiel est le lit dans un hôtel, il faut savoir que la chambre n'avait qu'un canapé-lit. Celui-ci grinçait horriblement et nous n'avons pas dormi. Le reste parait dérisoire : pas de bonde dans la baignoire donc pas de bain possible, pas de mode d'emploi pour la commande de chauffage et personne pour répondre à la moindre question le soir, même […] au téléphone, odeur insoutenable dans le couloir ( venant manifestement du local poubelle à l'extrémité ... ) L'appétit manquait au petit-déjeuner, c'était mieux ainsi. Hotel was easy to find once I knew it was in GER. The staff were very helpful, room was comfortable for a short stay. bathroom shower needed replacement which they are doing. Breakfast was modest but good.

1 nuit passée en appart hotel. Appartement vaste, lumineux, neuf et propre. Seul regret : un check out à 10h en semaine et le petit déjeuné servi jusqu'à 9h30. A recommandé pour une soirée étape.
we vonden het een heel geschikt hotel en zeer centraal gelegen om de omgeving van Geneve te bekijken. Onze kamers waren beneden, wat een uitzicht gaf tegen een kale muur. Dat vonden we jammer. Het servies en bestek zag er nieuw uit en was zeer compleet. We misten wel een waterkoker en een koffiezetapparaat. Verder schone en nette kamers. We willen er […] zeker weer een keer terug.
