Not a bad hotel for the price. But out front were about 20 hookers at any given time.

This hotel is located in the middle of a Prostitute and heavy drug area. We never checked in and are still waiting for a refund!!!!! I would take this hotel off your list . Very scary. Also a sign posted was Hourly Rates Avalible. That says it all.

We did last-minute reservation, arrived at hotel at 11:30pm. 5 minute check-in through a "night window" - this did not inspire confidence related to the safety of the neighborhood. Room was generally ok, but there was a car tire sitting on the ground at edge of parking lot. Big truck with refrigeration unit sitting in parking lot ran ALL night, and […] was very loud. Customer service was great. Upon arrival I only waited less than 1 minute to check in. The surrondings were not good or comfortable for my children and I. We were on what people say nicely, the stripe. There was alot of bad activity all and all night long. Coming and going too many times from the hotel was not a good idea. There were people who looked […] as if they lived there. Exactly at 2:30 a.m. it got really noisy. People were talking, hanging out in front of our window, smoking weed. Just off the highway in Fresno, but still close enough to downtown restaurants and bars, this motel was fine for a night on a trip. The room was fine, the staff adequately helpful and friendly (but gave minimal information when asked.... I'm not sure they would have pointed out the breakfast if we hadn't known about it). So cheap and convenient.

For one night here, I killed three cockroaches and found two dead bodies. Also, I found some hair on my bed. Breakfast was terrible. Funny thing is this hotel is not cheap. Never stay here.

The room we stayed in had low water pressure in both the shower and sink. Also, the shower water was cold. They claimed to offer breakfast in the morning but when we went to the breakfast room there was only some off-brand corn flakes, 5 bite-sized pastries, coffee with a funky after taste, and orange juice. The one benefit is that the hotel was within […] walking distance of a Denny's, but you wouldn't want to walk there since the area outside of the hotel is crawling with prostitutes and other low-lifes. Overall it is an acceptable place to spend a night for cheap but there are probably better places to stay for just a little more money that are worth it. Devamı

the neighborhood was a little seedy, the water didn't drain very well in the shower but the room was clean. we knew what we were getting into, haha...

I only needed a place to stay the night. It is not as bad as everyone says it is. The people were really nice and the location was near the freeway but it doesn't bother you. The breakfast sucked but if you're on the road and just need a place to stay the night, then this is a good place to do it.

Room was clean and great service. Would stay ther again.

Large room space, cheap price. The breakfast is run out before I enjoy it.

Comfortable room, just off the freeway, Denny's close by. A ratty little breakfast but adequate coffee.

The neighborhood not that great, but that's where most motels are clustered. Rooms are clean, but very outdated. Service was good. The attendant stayed up till 2am waiting for us (we called in advance that we'll be coming late). Breakfast- 1 cereal and some doughnuts. I've stayed in a lot of budget motels. This one was fine with regard to a lot of things--very close to 99 freeway, refrigerator & microwave inside room (which I often don't have), and all the basics (tv, shower, bathroom, etc). However, the neighborhood is not the nicest. 2 things--first, when I checked in, a police officer was arresting someone in […] the parking lot just a few yards away from my room. I moved my stuff into my room, and after about an hour, I heard a knock outside. I opened the door, saw an officer knocking on the room next to mine, heard her say: "Not you", and closed the door. Second, my second night there was the first time I've ever been propositioned by a prostitute. I got back to the hotel from work around 10:30 pm, and as I drove in, a woman was walking on the sidewalk. I was surprised (which might have shown on my face), but kept driving into the parking space near my room. I was sitting in my car putting the address of my next day's appointment into my GPS when I heard a knock on my window. She had walked into the parking lot, come up to my car, and knocked. She then gestured at herself, wriggling suggestively. I nodded my head no, and she left without any further disturbance. But I was disturbed. Devamı

Creepy!! Prostitution and bum's are everywhere around the hotel! The hotel looks like it was recently painted and spruced up BUT I was up half the night worried that someone was going to break in or steal my car. The bathroom wasn't bad but the floor was sticky. The room A/C was somehow turned off by the hotel during the hours of 1:00 AM - 5:00 AM which […] made the room stuffy and very quite where you now heard the traffic from the freeway. The bed spread was stained by others... The free continental breakfast was a joke! It was dirty with only small muffins to eat! There was corn flakes but the milk was sour as was the milk container which hadn't been washed in weeks! Devamı

location not so great so i went to another rodeway inn off blackstone blvd to see about transferring my reservation...and they were very rude telling me that they are independantly owned and cant transfer, the whole time i couldnt get a word in she just kept pointing to freeway telling me no we cant help. so i went back to original inn and to my suprise […] they were extremely friendly and let me check in early. again location sucks but staff friendly and room was decent. i totally would take great customer service over location. Good clean Hotel with all amenites provided. Room rate is extremely reasonable.

run don't walk, spend a little extra and save in the long run

This motel is in a scary location. Drug dealers and hookers right outside. Also, the show didn't even have a handle. We ended up not staying the night we were so worried. We just slept on our daughters floor instead.

even though the hotel was off the high way I didn't hear a sound.

Although an older property the room was very clean, bed comfortable and air worked perfectly. Had no trouble with shower and it was quiet unlike some of the reviews I have read. I was in the very back. parked right next to door and felt safe. Breakfast was simple with muffins, coffee and juice. good, and clean.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. We were on a road trip from San Fran to Vegas and just needed a place to stay. The family that runs it were all very nice. When we woke up late and went down to have breakfast, everything was gone from the bus tour that had been there; when they saw us come down, they replenished everything. Overnight stay before we travelled to Yosemite. Comfortable room, easy check in and out. Easy access to freeways and community.

The condition of this hotel is good. Staff is friendly. Good variety of breakfast. Many people complaint about the noise from the train. Not a problem for me. After closing the door, I don't hear anything. The only thing that I am not comfortable with this motel is the neighborhood. There are people out on the street at night. I don't have a safe feeling […] staying there. Luckily we were just stopping by and stayed for 1 night only. Devamı

I would not count for the breakfast even if the option is breakfast included. All you can have were very tiny muffins, juice and terrible coffee. Dirty and obscure dinning room.
