Nice hotel for the price. Convenient location. Clean and basic. Missed room cleaning one day (left at 9AM back at 6PM) out of eight nights. Cleaning crew doesn't seem to speak English much. Front desk staff young and inexperienced.

The front desk clerk was not at all friendly...requested to have two rooms next to each other--one was on first floor, the other on the second. After check-in the rest of our experience was top notch. Great place to stay once you get past the front desk.

Overall very pleased with my stay. I only recommend taking a look at your heating system in the rooms. It is quiet loud everytime it turns on.

Quiet,private but near restaurants and shopping. The mattress comfort setting didn't seem to work which didn't bother me, but my husband didn't sleep very well. The desk staff was very friendly. Other than that we didn't really see many people(which was nice). We stayed at the Mason Hilton Garden Inn over our Christmas holiday and had a very nice experience. We have used other hotels in the area and this was by far the best experience. A great place to be at Christmas.

The staff at this hotel were very very good. We became 'friends' with the chef/cook and the bartender. Looked forward to a glass of wine every night when we returned to the hotel. The layout is very comfortable with such a reasonable price.

Everything was outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay! We have never stayed in this town before, so it was difficult to choose a hotel in this area, and we were pleasantly surprised with the Hilton Garden! I have stayed at this hotel before and was quite comfortable. Unfortunately, during this stay the beds were so uncomfortable that I slept the 2nd night on the floor. The previous experience I was in a room with a sleep number bed and both me and my mother had a great night sleep. On this occasion, I found myself on a pallet on the floor to give my back […] pain relief. All other accommodations in this hotel are fantastic. Hotel was OK. Room wasn't made up one day and shower in room didn't work or drain properly.

This was our second visit to this hotel and both times we have been very satisfied with the accomodations. The breakfeast buffet is a bit high. We did not see many guests taking advantage of the buffet. We went out. I was a bit surprised that after the first night that the glass glasses used the night before were not replaced with clean ones. I would […] hope that this was just an error. My husband and I stayed here for a night before a Bengals game. This hotel is basicly brand new. Our room was spotless and had no damage, or signs of wear. The staff was very friendly. It was a very relaxing and quiet stay.

Overall, I would stay a this hotel again, but we had to ask for some things that we should have already had. First, there was a black hairs in the shower. Not like it was left there and not cleaned, but like the hair had clung to a the shower curtain during washing and then fallen in the shower. But still, big yuck factor. Then, the shower was really […] slippery with no shower mat. We requested a mat and never got one. I was too hot with the comforter and too cold with the sheet. I requested a blanket (which I got). Turns out there was supposed to be one in the room. Mainly, just stuff that bugs you when you would like everything to go smoothly. Devamı

Spent two nights at the Hilton Garden Inn Cincinnati-Mason in a King Evolution Junior Suite. Very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel was beautiful, the room is tastefully decorated, and the bathroom was luxurious with fluffy towels and a deep tub. The room was also very quiet. While we did not partake in the breakfast buffet, we did enjoy ourselves at […] the bar one night. The bartender was very entertaining. We ordered a pizza while at the bar to take to our room and found it delicious! All in all, we had a very enjoyable time and will certainly stay again as well as recommend it to others! Thank you! I really appreciated the professionalism of the staff. I liked their attention to detail. I was also impressed with the location accomodations. I was not pleased with the bed and the covering. The bed was not soft and plush like most Hiltons. The comforter was very thin in comparison to those I've had in the past. Great location -lots of restaurants in the area, life-style shopping centers, easy to hop onto I-71 and drive into Cincinnati-30min-dial a comfort level on the beds, quiet room, good climate control

This hotel is very art deco style. Loved the location. Which is near the family fun theme park Kings Island. It provided a great happy hour and delicious breakfast in the morning. The only down fall is if you need a crib for your child. They only have one for the entire hotel . The room was great, the spa could have been a degree or two warmer, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Why does the bar close so early on a weekend night? 10PM? Really? We had a crowd ready to party (40 to 60 year olds) and we ended up with pizza and beer outside on the patio. Overall, I'd do it again.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and decorative hotel. Only negative was the view from our hotel window overlooked the roof and air conditioning unit. When booking ask for a room with a view, not much of view otherwise but better than a roof! We've stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions and while it is in a good location and the general appearance of the hotel is good, the attention to details has slipped over each visit. I stayed here for a week and had the room serviced 3 times. The trash was removed, but there was no sign of vacuum (there was a scrap of paper near the desk when I […] checked in that remained in the same spot the whole week) and the coffee replacement was inconsistent (getting on decalf on one day). But, by far the worst experience was the bathroom cleaning. When I arrived it was ok, but there was some residual hair. After the first cleaning, the hair remained and I didn't get wash cloths. When I ask, I was told they don't have them anymore (so I bought my own). After the next cleaning, the hair remained, but I didn't get towels or a floor mat. I called down to the front desk, but because it was after 9:00, no one could deliver it, so I had to pick them up myself (they could not find a floor mat, so I used a towel). The final cleaning, was the closest to a cleaning, but the sheets were never replaced. To my surprise, the cleaning cart was in from of my room and I saw a lot of wash cloths so I guess they were just out the day I asked ; /!! There are two other major chains in the same area that I might recommend trying first if visiting the area. Devamı

Very convenient to Kings Island and lots of good restaurants. Our family enjoyed two nights in the junior king suites and loved the pool too.

I stayed at the Hilton in Mason, OH for a long weekend in August and I loved it. The location was great, next to tons of restaurants and shopping, not to mention the main highways and the historic castle. Gavin Rossdale was also staying at the hotel during our stay. Amazing hotel for the price. Everything was perfect with the exception of a few things: -I moved the TV a little to the side and the table was a little dirty. -The room was new but, although almost unnoticeable, there was strange smell, probably because of the fresh paint. -I wasn't told the breakfast wasn't free. Great hotel in general.

We booked a King room for a great deal, barely three digits. The room was spacious, clean, well appointed and comfortable. The sleep number bed was comfortable and had an array of pillows to choose from. The bed was supposedly adjustable, but I couldn't tell that much difference between settings. The first night, I found that the refrigerator was a […] bit noisy, but the second night I turned it up for a few hours to get good and cold, and then turned it down before going to bed, and it stayed quiet all night. The only things I gave less than 5 on were hotel location and surrounding neighborhood. Location, because the second night I had to park in an adjacent hotel's parking lot in order to find a spot, and the neighborhood because you have to drive a few blocks to find good restaurants. There is, of course the restaurant in the hotel, but if I'm going to pay the price of a nice restaurant, I'm going to eat at one with normal service (waiters, etc.). Overall, I was extremely satisfied, and would definitely stay there again. The staff were friendly, particularly the evening staff who greeted us with a smile even at the late hour we arrived. we enjoyed our stay. the staff were very polite and helpful. the bed was so confortable, we got a good night sleep.we ate breakfast and it was very good.

Clean new hotel but no fan in the bathroom and the breakfast at the hotel was very poor. There was not enough help..tables were not cleaned off, there was no menu for omlets so you ordered what you wanted and it took forever. Hotel was great!! Very close to Kings Island (5-7 minute drive). Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly. Anything needed for extras while on vacation close by also(resturants, grocery etc).
