girişte yaklaşık 40 dakika bekleyerek otele giriş yaptık. oda avluya bakıyordu daha doğrusu 5 metre ilerideki diğer odaya... doğal olarak perdeler devamlı kapalı yaşadık. talep etmemize rağmen ek para isteyerek dışarı bakan oda verebileceklerini söylediler . gelelim kahvaltıya.... bir gün peynir varsa o gün domates yok,yada tam tersi. kahvaltı bence […] tam fiyaskoydu. tek güzel şey karpuzdu... (5 gün boyunca zeytin hiç olmadı) konumu güzel heryere kolay ulaşılabiliyor . en uzak yerden taksi tutsanız 15 euroyu geçmiyor. bu arada taksiciler güvenebilirsiniz.bizdekiler gibi değil ) Devamı

Very friendly & helpful staff, great location, lovely breakfast, contemporary hotel.

Hotel itself was great -- only complaint was that they turned off the air conditioning at 6pm every night. So we had to sleep with the sliding door open to get any air (bring ear plugs to drown out traffic). Hotel is right by the Termini, which is great if you are planning to use the subway to see Rome -- cheap and relatively easy to figure out. But, […] like with any many trains and bus stations, there are some shady characters hanging about. that said, I never felt unsafe, you just need to be aware of your surroundings - the same can be said for any city. The hotel was located perfectly and very nice!

The hotel is modern, clean and across from the main Terminal making access quite easy. However, the consumer must be aware that an evening stroll is discouraged as in most major cities resting next to a central station. In addition, be mindful that 'NOTHING' including wine glass are given without a fee! I bought a lovely bottle of champagne from Sorrento […] to be drunk on my last night in Rome. When I noticed there was no bucket or glasses in the room, I approached the bar to be informed "I can not give you a bucket because I may not have enough for me and the other guests". Moreover, they charged me a total of $6 Euros for 'the service' of providing me with the two champagne glasses. Additionally, when I asked about the password for the WiFi system, they informed me that it would cost $3 Euros for the first 30 minutes. Well it took just 12 minutes to load up their web page. You pay for the room exclusively, nothing more. For an upscale modern hotel, they respond with a 'no frills' approach. Devamı

Convenient location, right next to Termini station, buses, airport shuttles, convenience store, pharmacy, grocery store a well lit area, very safe too. The hotel is small but very clean, open 24 hours a day. The rooms are basic but very comfortable with free wi-fi and a decent breakfast too. I stayed there once in the beginning of my trip and came back […] to stay there again because of the great location especially if you are going to be hauling your luggage. I highly recommend it. Overall its a great hotel, located 2 mins walk from Termini central station and ~20 mins walk from most attractions. Its spotlessly clean, looks new, high tech feeling. Room is very good, comfortable, shower is great, clean with hot woter. good stream, they even give sleapers! Bed was comfortable. Hotel staff is kind and helpful. 24 hrs check in, lugagdge […] storage service for after check out. Breakfast was great, lots of pastaries and capuchino, and all others - cheese, jams, yougort etc... Downsize - area is a bit unfriendly at night, lots of immigrants close to the termini station, but its realy just two mins walk, and lots of cops are present. also, no coffe or tea at the room. other than that - great hotel! The location is excellent. People are so nice and rooms are also excellent. It should be a higher price hotel but now it's very reasonable.

The hotel was recently established upon a renovated building. Everything is almost new. Comfort is of a great level and convenience to the Termini Train Station is absolutely a must. However for the businessman who requires connectivity the hotel's wireless internet connection was practically less than 25% coverage in three rooms I tried it out. Had […] to change room several times and I was charged 60 euros for 3 days of internet service per device (meaning that if you wanted to connect your iPhone you'd have to pay an extra 60 euros) The price was steep and the service provided was extremely poor. Couldn't practically do a video-conference or a VOIP phone call due to the lack of proper connectivity. Upon presenting the issue to the hotel and discussing with the management the serious poor condition of their wireless connection, I was still charged 180 euros for the 3 devices I attempted to connect. If you're a businessman this is not your place. If internet is not an issue, then this is definitely a place to try. Devamı

This was a great stay. Really nice hotel, with a really comfortable bed and a great breakfast. Will stay there again.

This is a very nice hotel in an excellent location right next to the train station. The breakfast is very nicely served. They can also give you boxed breakfast if you have to check out early. Unfortunately, Internet is not included in my price package. I had to pay extra for Internet connection.

The hotel is in need of a refurbishment. Staff were friendly, and did their best to assist where possible. The bar was closed during our stay, as was the restaurant on some nights, which we were not advised of previously. Overall I would not recommend this hotel.

Great hotel, fantastic friendly staff will defently stay there again. Right across from the main train station and close to everything aprox 15 min walk max to all major tourist sites.

The hotel its located centrally, very covenant. Our room was cold, all the heats were out of order + the bathroom . The breakfast was average, nothing special.

My family of 4 stayed at UNA from 13 to 16Dec11. We were very impressed with the quality of the service and rooms. We were pleasantly surprised that there was such a gem within 5mins of the Rome Termini station. We would definitely return and recommend this hotel to all our friends.

We were using the train and the Termini Station is 1/2 block from all new and modern hotel! Excellent breakfast included. At termini there is also a shopping area and all public tranportation is centered there. Absolutely wonderful.

The location was very convenient being a block away from Termini. Clean, modern hotel with conformable bed. We stayed 3 nights and then came back after coming back from Amalfi Coast and stayed another night. They gave us a free upgrade since we were returning customer. I am gluten-free and dairy-free and their breakfast accommodated my needs better […] than 2 other hotels we stayed in Italy. Overall I give 5 stars that they deserve. Devamı

This is a fanstastically located, modern and stylish hotel with excellent service. We were upgraded to the suite which I cannot fault at all - a perfect room for a special occasion. Everything covered!

The UNA hotel was so much more than we expected. The location, just a two minute walk from the Termini and from the tourist buses made it perfectly convenient to move around the city. Excellent location, close to train station. Breakfast - large range. Room was large, very clean, best shower I've had in Europe for many a day. Plenty of places to eat nearby, good range and value. Room rate very reasonable considering location.

Una Hotel Roma was very nice and very modern. Totally impressed with fancy key mechanism (just hold hotel card up to scanner rather than inserting into door like most other hotels) and other electronic updates (remote controls on both nightstands allow you to turn off/on all lights without getting out of bed and also controls temp setting). Walk-in […] shower was huge! Good water pressure. Fancy closets. Strangely, no iron/ironing board in room. Bed was comfortable enough, although I prefer a firmer mattress. Hotel offers pillow menu but I didn't use that option. Speaker in bathroom allows you to listen to tv. Hotel has free buffet breakfast (serves warm foods, not just cheapo continental fare) but I had to depart before breakfast service started so they kindly packed a breakfast bag for me (2 beverages, apple, sandwich, cookies, etc = not skimpy at all!). We were there in late October. We felt the room was too chilly but the electronic thermostat wouldn't allow anything higher than 23 degrees Celsius. Am glad I had my friend to cuddle next to because otherwise I probably would have needed to sleep in my fleece jacket! Our particular room could have used some minor cosmetic maintenance (cracks in wall, scuffs from luggage, shower door trim was loose) but nothing that detracted from ambience of room. Wanted a hotel close to Rome Termini station for ease of transport to airport. This hotel was in great location for that purpose. However, there were the usual seedy characters loitering in vicinity so I wouldn't advise women to walk around at night alone. Other downside of location is it's very close to trolley rails so the trolleys kept me up at night for a little while. I was so exhausted from intense sightseeing that I didn't have that much trouble tuning out trolley noises but I can see this being a problem for light sleepers. Devamı

We really enjoyed this hotel and it was extremely convenient in its location, great service, great hotel restaurant and comfortable room, but pretty small (very European). What we didn't like about the location was that though there were many restaurants around the hotel, much of the crowd was tourists. We did find it very useful though to be close […] to Termini station and within 15 minute walk to all main Rome attractions on the East side of the River. We paid extra for a terrace, and it wasn't really worth it... not really any views and sun hit is directly and was super hot. Great location if you're arriving/departing by train - two blocks from Roma Termini. Very helpful staff, spacious room, clean and quiet.

The hotel is 2 blocks from the main termini station which makes it a perfect location when arriving in Rome from the airport or sightseening using the metro system. The hotel is very nice, clean, comfortable king size bed which is sometimes difficult to find in Europe. I would return to this hotel.

This Hotel is close to everything a traveler could want. Fine restaurants around the corner, easy transportation arrangements, and a central Rome location. Definitely a 4 star Hotel with top flight service,

Beautiful hotel, great service, awesome breakfast buffett, could not ask for a more convenient location. The only thing wrong was the shower. Pretty to look at but you risked injury to life and limb everytime you used it. The bathtub was deep, had sloping sides and a narrow, slippery bottom. A partially moveable glass wall was all you had to hold on […] to (no grab bars, no non-skid mat). Very tricky to get in and out especially when the tub was wet. The faucets for the tub extended several inches from the side wall and I have the bruises to show that it was a hazard. The only way to reach the shower controls was to get in the tub and crouch under the ceiling mounted shower head which gave you a cold rinse everytime you turned on the shower. I think the hotel management should try using these showers a few times themsleves. Once your shower was done everything else was very nice. I'm not sure I'd stay there again though just because of the shower. Devamı

I stayed in a couple of 5 star hotels on this trip not as nice a Hotel Una Roma . I'd loved this hotel. It had great service, was modern, and in a great location. It caters to business travelers, but loved it as a tourist. The room was smaller (typical size for Europe), but extremely nice with a lot of decorative touches. The bathroom had a full size […] tub. The location was perfect - one block from the train station, although, almost all the attractions are a 20 min. or less walk from the hotel. There were several good restaurants within a block of the hotel. The hotels complimentary breakfast was superb with lots of variety of foods. We also enjoyed their bar for our evening nightcaps (cookies with a dessert wine - gotta love vacation eating). Devamı

We stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. Italy is expensive anyway, lots of surcharges but drinks were really costly here. Good breakfast buffet. No workout room, in fact they laughed when I asked, no pool, no view despite high rate room. Overall, it was modern and clean but not user friendly for the price.

The UNA was built only a couple of years ago and is of very good standard. The rooms are very comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was included and was of a normal 4 star hotel standard. The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the main train station in Rome which made access to the Metro and Airport a breeze. Would stay here again.
